Super cute and clean house with everything you need for a trip to Topeka!

AnnMarie's space is unique and lovely. We wish we could've stayed longer, but we really enjoyed our one night stay. It was nice that a great walking/running path is just a block away and local restaurants, cafes, a playground, and the library are within easy walking distance. The space itself was cozy and inviting. We would definitely stay again.

The house was nice, well kept, and clean. The front steps are something to watch out for when it's icy out as it's made of wood. The neighborhood was quiet and located centrally to shopping, restaurants, and main highways which made it extremely easy for us. The yard was large and appreciated by our dog and kids alike; truly enjoyable space for family to visit and have people over for dinner between the upper and lower living room areas. Laundry was quiet and efficient, showers warmed up nicely and the house stayed warm without over running the furnace. Great place and location for the price!

This house was perfect for us. There was 8 of us total attending student visit days at KU. Location to KU was less than 7 minutes. The house was easy to find and was as described. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Location was convenient to Mass Street. There is some street noise from 9th Street, but this didn't bother us. House was amazing. Felt large and was very easy to feel right at home. Lots of charm. Nice and clean. Would stay here again!

We had a very good time at this AirBnB. We decided to just have dinner delivered because there were a lot of games that we played as a family. If you’re just staying to sleep, this is also a very good place for that! We’ll definitely stay here if we ever go back to Topeka! Oh and the hosts are very proactive and responsive as well!

We stayed as an extended family for a funeral. It happened to be a busy weekend in Lawrence and wound up being the perfect place.

We really enjoyed our stay here with our two dogs. The location was great and it was very comfortable inside the guest house. Hope to stay again when we are in the area.

We had a great stay. This place was in a great location for us with nice, fun amenities. We had a small issue upon arrival that the host corrected immediately and to our satisfaction. Very friendly and responsive host. The home looked like the pictures and was nice.

Monica’s house was beautiful and better than pictures (if that’s possible)!!! She was very helpful and responsive when I reached out. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay here again!! Easy and reasonable clean up.

This Airbnb was amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice—it’s much bigger and even better in person. It was super clean, well-stocked, and perfect for my family. The extra room with bunk beds and an extra bathroom was a great surprise for the kids! Jessica was quick to respond, and the living room setup made for awesome movie/game night! The property is beautiful with plenty of space to relax. Highly recommend for families, and the host should update the pictures to show how great this place really is!

The house was just as described. The neighborhood is quaint. The kitchen was wonderful and full of kitchen accessories which was very handy.

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. They were always available to answer any questions and offer helpful tips on exploring the area. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again in the future. We really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was exactly as described. Appreciated the Roku TV's in every bedroom. Also - the faucets in the shower were a little complicated but there were actual instructions on how to use them on the wall by the faucet - that was a really nice touch. Great water pressure in the shower and very comfy beds. Walkable to the triangle which was also really nice.

Both the tiny house and surrounding property were beautiful, serene and just what I was looking for. Planning on making this an annual trip.

Think all of the coziness of grandmas house, minus the clutter and dust. This place is warm and welcoming, but SPOTLESS. 3 bed/2ba, comfortable beds, linens and towels that felt great, and every imaginable thing you would need. I love airbnb's like this where ALL the necessities are available and all you need is clothes, a toothbrush and toothpaste, and the food you're cooking. (Oil, seasoning, coffee, and creamer, were all available, along with every kitchen gadget ever produced.) And the banana bread in the other reviews met up to all the hype. Delicious.) This place is a true respite, and Karen was one of the most accomodating hosts I've had, and we airbnb A LOT. Excellent stay.
