This place was great. Kelly and her family were very responsive and friendly. The loft was very quaint, quiet, and right in the heart of the town. You could walk to a nice restaurant, or drive depending upon your preference in the moment. I walked the downtown area and felt like I had been there for years. Very cordial and engaging locals in the area. I have wanted to stay in a loft just to see what it was like. After staying at Kelly's loft, I am now a HUGE advocate. If you want a nice place to stay,...this is nice, clean, quiet, and also right near great amenities, AND have that small town feel, THIS IS IT!! I travel to the Kansas City area 3 - 4 times each year. This place will definitely be part of my search for future trips back to the area.

I rented this for my step daughter and her husband as I was unable to accommodate them on their trip. I accidentally have my step daughter the wrong code and Neil was so quick to respond and help them get in. They loved staying here!

This place was amazing! Spacious, bright and inviting. An awesome spot for families or a few couples! We would definitely stay again.

Great spot in the middle of Mass street. Space was clean and roomy. Instructions for check in and stay were clearly laid out and easy to follow. Parking is easy on the street, just download the parking app to handle. Few things to consider. You are above a couple of restaurants, so you will smell the fresh bread and food quite a bit. Not bad if you’re a foodie! There are dumpsters behind the spot so you will hear noise late at night with restaurant crews tossing trash and the trash trucks early in the morning. Not bad, but you’ll hear them. Overall great spot in the middle of all the action on Mass. we will absolutely book there again if our daughter ends up at KU. Kore and team were super responsive and excellent hosts.

My friend and I traveled to Kansas with 4 dogs for a dog competition and stayed at this lovely AirBnB. It was absolutely perfect! Staci was super responsive to messages, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was very quiet. After each day of competing with our dogs it was nice to come “home” to a cozy place to rest, relax, and recoup for the next day.

We really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was exactly as described. Appreciated the Roku TV's in every bedroom. Also - the faucets in the shower were a little complicated but there were actual instructions on how to use them on the wall by the faucet - that was a really nice touch. Great water pressure in the shower and very comfy beds. Walkable to the triangle which was also really nice.

This is the third time staying with Tyler, and I’ll keep coming back. Great location, the unit is clean and roomy with everything you need for a weekend trip to Lawrence.

This is my second time staying at this home. It was just as delightful as the first time! It is hard to find an airbnb that is chemical-free (no air fresheners or fabric softeners) and this meets my requirement of that! Everything about it makes me feel at home. Highly recommend!

Carrie was AMAZING to work with and extremely responsive. She was always available and happy to answer any questions. Her place was squeaky clean and we felt at home. I would HIGHLY recommend this place but really renting any of her places. She has by far been the best host out of all of the Airbnb I have stayed at. If you are looking don't hesitate to rent from her! She was very accommodating even with my sick mother. You won't be disappointed trust me!

Renee and Francis's place was perfect - cute, tidy, and within easy walking distance of Mass St. From snacks and tea to extra pillows and blankets, the house had everything we needed. Both hosts were super -- responsive and friendly. A great stay. Highly recommend!

This is a great location, close but not too close to downtown or campus. Very convenient yet very peaceful, even during recess at the school next door. The house has plenty of space, a useful kitchen, and charm of an old Lawrence home. This is my hometown and I'd gladly rent this place again.

Ashley was a great host—very responsive with clear instructions for check-in and parking. The place was clean, quiet, and stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. Great location, close to restaurants, bars, music venues, and coffee shops. The building felt safe and the neighbors were friendly. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Lawrence, KS!

The apartment was beautiful very easy to find excellent communication extremely clean and sophisticated property would highly recommend this day! If we are back in Lawrence, we will definitely be using him again!!!!

The only difficulty is parking which is why this is the perfect property to hang out on mass for the weekend! It has a dedicated parking spot and is a cozy place in the middle of downtown!

Stayed here for my Advanced Trauma Life Support class and excellent walking distance from Stormont Vail hospital. Host was awesome! Cleaning lady was excellent and very helpful! Absolutely would stay here again!

Reidel is a great host. He reached out multiple times to assure our stay was going as planned! The house was in a great location for visiting KU campus/basketball game.

What a great place to stay! Just like the photos and description. Perfect location for downtown happenings and plenty close enough to campus as well! Super easy to access tons of restaurants and nightlife if you want! Jessi was a great and responsive host! The condo was in great condition! Will definitely rent again!

Great place for two adults or two adults traveling with one or two kids. Exceptional value for money. 5 minutes to the Merc, ten minutes to Mass Street, 20 minutes or so to Clinton Lake. Particularly worth noting is that most Airbnb places say they have a "full kitchen" when they have skillet and a spatula. This is a FULLY equipped kitchen with pots, pans, mixing bowls, spices, and even a little cooking oil!
