A spacious home by the water. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this location and it was very special. The views are beautiful, had a fire right by the water and relaxed by the beach. A perfect getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need, the living room is super comfortable and great to relax with the family. The kitchen was spacious making it easy to cook and entertain the family. We loved the hot tub, playing pool and having family dinner. Overall a fabulous experience!! Great host- great communication. Highly recommend

We wanted to take my elderly mother to a nice location and this place delivered. It is one level which made it easy for her since no stairs. The view is magnificent, just like in the pictures. There is lots to do, we did some fishing and also got some crab and oysters. They also have kayaks that we used. Place is secluded but also next to a small little ferry that we had to try out. The host was very responsive when I had questions and sent someone immediately when one our kids locked a door. Highly recommend

Lovely spot, well appointed with everything you need for a beach vacay. Super clean and organized. Comfy beds, awesome backyard, bikes and kayaks to borrow. We had a great stay!

My group of 15 friends had an incredible time staying at Jessica’s home on the water. We went for my birthday & New Year’s Eve, and surprisingly it was warm enough to enjoy the outdoor amenities. We even had a pickleball tournament. When we got to the house, everyone was super impressed with the design, views & quality of all that the house had to offer. Would highly recommend Jessica’s stay to anyone!

Excellent location right on the Chesapeake Bay, and fantastic communication. Host always responded within an hour or even less, even a month ahead of our reservation. I echo all the other positive reviews for this property and how exactly it matches the photos. Couple things to note for future tenants 1. The two private piers/docks (shown in listing photos) beside this property are not accessible by guests. Those belong to other houses. 2. Running water has a yellow tinge. Host explained that it is due to mineral deposits in the entire neighborhood but it’s completely safe for drinking and other use. However, I have chronic GI problems and often get constipation from mineral rich water. So I bought cartons of drinking water from the nearby Food Lion.

This is my second time staying at this place - I typically rent over the winter break. The owner keeps it in good shape. The basics are available and in good working order. I appreciate that there is plenty of space yet feels warm and is easy to heat up so you’re always cozy in the winter. It easily fits 6-8 people without a need for couches. Folks have plenty of space to spread out between bedrooms and the eating/dining room. Good space for movie night (tv is large and two couches are comfortable). Provides some board games and the outdoor space is huge so lots of room for kids and pets to run around, or deck space to get in some early or sunset yoga /meditations. While it is on a main road, it’s set back and incredibly private. Sunlight comes in so well but at night, I felt safe! Doors lock tight and front has bright lights so no one can hide. Plenty of parking for 4-6 cars though without any pulling out /double parking, easily fits 4. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Check-in was smooth. Deluxe 2 bedroom was very nice and large enough for my entire party. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the resort amenities - but had a lovely stay. Would stay again.

The Holiday House was perfect for our family visit to the Williamsburg-Yorktown-Jamestown triangle. The location is between Jamestown and Williamsburg with convenient connections to everywhere on the Peninsula. The kitchen is extraordinarily well stocked for preparing meals. Great sleeping arrangement. Lisa is a wonderfully gracious hostess and provided Christmas presents and s'more for the kids. We loved our stay!
