Really nice stay. A very cosy, comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The highlight of the stay was the fantastic breakfast, with a fantastic view of Dartmouth. Lizzie and her husband are warm, welcoming and friendly. The stay was also very reasonably priced compared to others in Dartmouth, and even more so given how nice a place it is. I would definitely recommend staying, especially if you are visiting Dartmouth for a Pass Out Parade.

Fantastic accommodation for our needs. We were walking the SWCP and stranded by the ferry stopping. Keren picked us up and dropped us the following morning to our start point. Lovely welcome and spiced apple cake was a bonus! The accommodation was spotless with our own bathroom. We had a healthy breakfast with home made bread and preserves. Keren & Mal we’re incredibly supportive and helpful on our trek.

As ever Jan was a fantastic host. Lovely rooms with a great view and excellent breakfasts.

Great Airbnb - comfy beds, lovely breakfast. Belinda very friendly and helpful. Dartington village is in the middle of some beautiful countryside but only 5mins drive to Totnes.

Katie was very friendly and the view out of our window over the fields of sheep and cows was lovely. A very rural and secluded location, but within minutes of Ashburton. We will definitely stay at Katie‘s place next time we are in in Devon.

Nogle dejlige rolige dage i et historisk interessant sted i landlige omgivelser. Princetown er et godt udgangspunkt for vandreture over heden. Det er muligt at spise aftensmad i Princetown, som ligger en km fra Tor Royal Farm. Hyggeligt at bo på en gård med køer, får og venlige hyrdehunde.

Newcourt Barn was so peaceful and cosy; set in a beautiful location with a sense of being deep in the countryside. Helen couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodg: offering me an early check-in before my goddaughter’s wedding and use of the Guest living room for a Zoom meeting after check-out the following day. My room was comfortable, clean and I immediately felt at home. I was sorry not to be staying longer! Breakfast….well, the awards are well earned. Delicious. I cannot recommend Helen’s place more strongly. It surpassed any expectations I had: I just wanted a nice spot to sleep after a wedding but I found a homely guest house I’d love to come back to for its own sake. Thank you, Helen.

Jo is a friendly host. The B&B is very close to the town centre. Good value for money.

Cathy and all her staff were so friendly more like a family than staff. The accommodation, was warm, cost and quiet. Everyone was so helpful always making sure I had enough of everything and making sure there was nothing I needed. Breakfast was wonderful with great choice of food. I shall miss everyone but I hope to visit again in June. There were renovations in progress during my stay which obviously caused a little dust but did not disrupt my stay, I am excited to see what the finished project will look like. I had a really lovely stay, and I would recommend this hotel very highly.

Great stay, convenient location close to town which was perfect as we had car issues. Beverley was communicative and clear on everything before and throughout the stay. The house and room itself was very clean, tidy and homy. Beverley and her husband were very friendly, welcoming and generous with their kitchen and lovely garden. Pukka teas an added bonus :) It was easy to add my friend to the booking and no problem switching to 2 single beds. Although the room itself is as little on the small side for 2 with 2 beds none of this came as a surprise as Beverley explained everything clearly and nothing was a problem for us. Good value for money..Finally if you are a dog lover, Herman the Chorkie (daughters dog who visits some days) will steal your heart forever and you won't want to leave him! Thank you will be returning

I arrived tired after driving through lashing rain. I was made to feel immensely welcome. Everything was very fine indeed and Rachel had put a lot of thought into providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

I looked forward to returning to Rebecca's comfortable and welcoming home. Arriving in Sidmouth to cycle the hills I can say that Salcombe Hill at 29° is steeper than Peak Hill at 22°. There is also an easy route along the lanes to Cullompton. Great location !

Our stay with Anne & Jonathan was perfect. They both made us feel very welcome and we loved exploring their farm. Anne is also a wonderful passionate cook, we were spoilt with her delicious home made food. Many fruits and veggies were grown on their land. The standard of the accommodation is also very high with a fine attention to detail and wonderful old furniture. The stay suited us perfectly and really look forward to staying again with them. The Inn is surrounded by beautiful fields and a short drive to the beach. Very friendly place with good local pub atmosphere. Great for a night or two to explore the area.
