We had a great stay, 4 adults & 3 dogs. The chalet was roomy, clean and homely. The hot tub on the balcony was amazing with wonderful views. There were countryside walks around the site as well as activities. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family and hopefully return in the near future.

Lovely, spacious cabin, amazing value for money! Hot tub is great and the cabin has everything you need. Would recommend and would love to stay again!

The lodge was lovely and spacious! It felt like a home away from home. The surroundings were lovely and well kept! Views were beautiful! The decking has been cleverly made private with the hedges and bushes between each lodge. The hot tub was lovely! We all enjoyed our stay and will most definitely book again in the future!

Amazing as usual. Absolutely spotless as always. Peaceful and calming the views are just delightful and so calming. Lovely on site maintenance/cleaning people don’t interrupt your stay or privacy. Lovely people and really helpful if needed. Cleanest place we have ever stayed it’s immaculate throughout. So cosy. Lovely hot tub on the balcony listening/ watching all the wildlife it’s beautiful. You will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to book again. Great value too. Shops nearby restaurants pubs petrol stations ect. Just awesome:)

Absolutely love this hidden gem in the heart of the Devon countryside but very accessible from main routes into the area. Fantastic holiday resort - spotlessly clean with first class facilities. Perfect for families with children. The lodge exceeded expectations being in the best location on the site, incredibly clean, warm and very comfortable. The hot tub was a real bonus and very competitively priced compared with other properties that do not benefit from all the amenities. Host communication was excellent throughout. Would not hesitate to re-book now we know of this one.

This is our second stay at Rachel's Chalet, its a great place to stay and be based from. a few minutes from Dartmouth and in a great location for all of Devon. The Chalet itself is clean and tidy with everything you'd need for a basic get away! we'll be staying again soon!

Amazing getaway - you wouldn't know there are other people staying nearby as it is so quiet. Peaceful, relaxing and a great place to use as a base to explore Dartmoor and Hay Tor. Me and the dog loved it!

Lovely place to stay , clean great view good communication with AJ, shops 3 minutes drive away, grass outside good for dogs and children to play, the beach is not to far away . Great place to stay I’m booking next year well done AJ nice meeting you.

If you're looking for peace and quiet this is the perfect spot. The cabin itself is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. One of the highlights for me was the sounds of birds. The surrounding area is perfect for morning walks or just sitting outside with a cup of coffee. The hosts were kind, responsive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay.

Wow, what an incredible stay! First and foremost, I have to give huge praise to the host—she was always incredibly responsive and beyond helpful with any questions or requests we had. From the very start, she went above and beyond to make our family weekend trip absolutely perfect. I honestly can’t thank her enough for her kindness, understanding, and dedication to making sure every detail was just right. The home itself was spotless and had such a warm, homely feel that we instantly felt comfortable. Our kids didn’t want to leave! The area was peaceful, the neighbours were lovely, and it was just a genuinely relaxing environment. Just a minute’s walk from the house, you get to enjoy stunning views and some lovely walking spots. There are also plenty of places nearby for kids to enjoy, especially if they love a beach setting. But again, I have to circle back to the host—she truly set the gold standard for what hospitality should be. She was an incredible host!! Thank u once again 😊

Had a lovely few days getaway. Shepherds hut was cozy with a lovely little patio. The bed was really comfortable and the accommodation had everything as described in the listing. David & Jan were great hosts. Responded to all messages and queries really quickly. Flexible and relaxed check in and out. Nice friendly people. Would definitely recommend and will be stopping again in the future.

Enjoyable stay with 2 dogs to try and escape the worst excesses of bonfire week. The accommodation was as expected in terms of size and facilities which were modern and comfortable. The individual room heaters soon made the temperature comfortable in the living room and bedroom as we didn’t bother to try work out how to activate the central heating. The Torbay conurbation is surprising large and busy for a first time visitor to the area but the western end was quieter and offered a great selection of beaches and countryside to enjoy with the dogs. Brixham is a gem of a small town. Katie was a responsive and pleasant host on behalf of the owner of the property.

We had a lovely stay at Katie’s place. The bedrooms are a touch on the small side, but otherwise we can’t fault the lovely bungalow. The location is great and views are breathtaking. Despite being small it had everything we needed for a couple and young baby, including a well equipped kitchen, microwave and washing machine.

We had a lovely stay at Jo's. The caravan was spotless. Perfect location for the beach with our dogs. Response to enquiries instant. Thank you. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

If you’re doubtful about booking then don’t be ! We arrived to a spotlessly clean bungalow, yes it’s smallish but it’s cosy and has everything you need. The window seat was my fav loved sitting in there getting the sunshine from about 11am to early evening. The outside space is ideal for al fresco eating and location at the top of the park is perfect and views are gorgeous . The kitchen has everything and more you need if you are catering for yourself even weigh scales and a toastie maker. Bedroom again is compact but the bed is sooo comfy and again spotless. Lots of games , dvds and books if you need them. We used the second bedroom as a dressing room. The site is so peaceful with lovely walks to the creek at the bottom of the lane and a visit to the national trust Greenway property well worth a visit ( Agatha Christie’s home) . Dartmouth, Brixham and Kingswear all easily accessible.
