We very much enjoyed staying at Red Sail and exploring the local area. The walk down to the harbour is very easy, only 10 minutes max, where you find great places to eat and traditional pubs. We had good communications with the owner who was very helpful on a small issue we had on arrival. We had a great time in Brixham.

Been here a few times. Great locality to walk into Torquay. Good communication with the owners. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Sure we will be back. Thanks so much

A beautiful house, cosy and warm lots of character. Very clean, lovely kitchen and a selection of cheese and bread left for us on arrival. Lovely surroundings beautiful views from the balcony and living room. Two bathrooms and enough towels. You will need a car however very close drive to local shops and Paighton. Very friendly hosts recommended places for lunch. Would recommend a visit and we hope to return.

Stayed for around 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful winter holidays together with my young family. The house is stunning the interior design is lovely and and the views are heavenly. Log fire with plenty of fuel was a big hit! pool and hotub a once a day at least activity for the kids especially during bank holidays. The fully stocked playroom was perfect for our young children. Really captured some great memories together with our family in this peaceful location and setting and came away wanting more!

We live locally but needed a place to stay whilst having renovations done. Leanne was really helpful and supportive and the caravan was perfect for our stay. We felt like we were on holiday! Lovely little holiday park and I'm sure this would be a great stay for anyone looking for holiday.

The Dragon’s Nest is a great house in a central location in Brixham. Plenty of local amenities and recommendations from the host. The house is set over several floors so was ideal for us as a 3 generation family staying. Plenty of cutlery and crockery for children and a high chair available. Well stocked kitchen including salt/pepper/oil. Lynn was really quick to reply to any message I sent her, and kindly arranged early check in and late check out for us. She also kindly allowed us a shorter stay than they would otherwise have agreed to over the Easter holiday period. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you.

Thank you Charlie and Simon. All seven of us agreed that your house is beautiful and excellently equipped for us all to share a special week in together. It was also a fabulous place to base ourselves for adventures in the surrounding area. We were blessed with wonderful weather and took advantage of your lovely gardens and patio too. Two VW Golfs fitted neatly into your garage and there was always space on the road for the third car. Our dogs felt very at home and safe. Thank you again 🤩

Perfect space for what we needed! Lovely big living room and kitchen/dinning room where the family could spend time together, great and secure outdoor area for our dog. Close to the harbour but away from all the hustle and bustle. There is a hill to get to the property but keeps fit when walking. Claire was a great host! She was very responsive and sent over all the information we needed to feel welcome and comfortable, will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next family visit

We absolutely loved our stay. It was a beautiful place and very well equipped. Lots of little things had been thought about great attention to detail. Even had little cups and saucers the kids could have hope choc in. Was prefect and will definitely be checking out the hosts other properties or will be returning. Thank you for a lovely stay. The accommodation was ideal for us as a family of 4. There was a generous welcome pack and Mike in the fridge. The static caravan was spotless inside with a well equipped kitchen. It was easy to get keys and we were given a warm welcome at reception and could have an early check-in. Perfect for a short stay and would be a nice base for a summer holiday too.

Kathryn’s place was a lovely peaceful place to stay, beautiful views of the sea and Kathryn was helpful whenever needed. The bed was very comfortable and the home was spotless with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The beaches are nearby and the steam train is well worth a trip, you can see the train from the views from Kathryn’s garden. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay hope to be back soon.

Perfect location for Paignton beach, pier, train station, local parks. Spacious with lovely relaxing garden area.

A very comfortable apartment, with everything you need for a long stay. Super welcome pack. Delicious! Plenty of space and great views. Walking distance into Brixham. Ralph and Tanny were excellent hosts, very helpful and friendly, went above and beyond actually. Very responsive host. Definitely recommended.

This apartment was perfect for our weekend stay. The view is amazing and the location is ideal, only a few minutes by car to the town centre.

Beautiful clean and thoughtful accomodation, I really appreciated being supplied with fresh milk and bread so breakfast was taken care of. the outside area was brilliant and it was seperated nicely from the hosts and felt quite private. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for home comforts. the only thing to note is it's not suitable for light sleepers that want an early night as you can hear everything through the floor 😅

Loved the house, we stayed for Christmas it was perfect for our needs. The host had put up a beautiful Christmas tree for us. It was super Christmassy and a short walk into town for the lights and a few drinks in the pub. The house was warm, clean and the host was welcoming - we were so happy with everything! We had a perfect family Christmas all together with lots of space. The house is decorated querky and interesting - we loved it.

Richard's place is beautiful and the photos don't do it justice. The house is tastefully decorated, very roomy and has everything you need. It's in a picturesque location; sundowners in the garden watching the sunset over the Exe was particularly memorable and Topsham has loads of great places to eat and cool shops. Richard was a great host who communicated in a clear, friendly and timely manner.

We had a wonderful stay, the views and surrounding area are stunning. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing short break in the sunshine, wish we could have stayed longer - perhaps next year as would love a return visit! Thanks

We had a wonderful stay at Coombe Villa. Simon and Charlie were so helpful and responsive. They really went over and above to help us and provide anything that we needed. The house is great and so well equipped with everything that you could need. We travelled with two very young children and it was ideal - everything very easy and cots, blackout blinds and more were provided. The house is spotless and so well designed. It’s within easy walking distance of lots of amenities and the guidebook provided by the hosts was so helpful. We would highly recommend this thank you for such a great stay!

Amazing location with stunning views and great property that is ideal for a large family gathering! The garden was the star for us and our four legged friends - we all really enjoyed the space and privacy. 👌We had a family ‘Sports day’ one day for all twelve of us and there was more than enough room. The house itself has everything you need for a relaxing stay and there are loads of really good places to visit and eat at - some great pubs and we’d really recommend the vineyard five minutes down the road for a tour! (@Swanaford Vineyard). Some of the local roads are a little tight for space - one car only but if you go slowly and be respectful of other road users it’s fine. We also tried some local golf courses, Teign Valley the closest, all gave some good challenges but are also really well looked after. We also had a private chef one night (@LeFrog) which made for a very special anniversary celebration. Would highly recommend if you are a large group booking the whole place.

Our stay at **Moor House in Totnes** was a wonderful experience for our group of ten. The house is delightfully **cosy** – with its spacious rooms, inviting seating areas, and warm atmosphere, it provided plenty of space for us to relax and come together. The **artistic** design of the house particularly impressed us. Every room is decorated with great attention to detail, full of creative touches and inspiring elements that make the house truly unique. It’s clear that a keen eye for aesthetics and style has shaped this space. But what truly sets Moor House apart is the **thoughtful** atmosphere it is **imbued with**. There is a quiet presence in the house, as if its history subtly lingers in the air without being overbearing. This special character gives the place a depth that is almost tangible. For groups looking for a unique stay full of charm and personality, Moor House is an absolute gem!

Our family had a good stay, there was plenty of space for 9 adults and 3 infants. The garden was really spacious and we enjoyed use of the fire pit, BBQ, trampoline and hot tub. The only downside was the kitchen was a bit small for us, as we cooked the majority of meals at home and ordered a big food shop for a week, which we had to split between the two kitchens (upstairs and downstairs). Walkable to Princetown where there are local facilities and amenities, plus driving to many nice places on the moors, but roads are narrow and can take some time to get places, being in the heart of Dartmoor.
