Booked fairly late but were so pleased we did. Perfect location for what we were doing and so close to lovely beaches in the area. Property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Iona and Paul were really welcoming and very accommodating hosts. The property is beautifully situated in a pretty village - walkable to the sea, with two good pubs nearby. Lovely gardens and use of a pool (with a sea view). Clean and comfortable beds. We will be back ! Thank you.

Superb experience with a welcoming host and brilliant location. Hans looked after us during our short stay, always willing to lend travel advice. The highlight was absolutely the breakfast. Truly set us up for a day out and incredible value for money. Thanks Hans!

We had a fantastic Holiday! Weather was mixed! But made the most of everyday with booking activities rain or shine! Alice was a fantastic host always communicating and asking how we were! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Caravan was great! Clean tidy and very homely! Sea view stunning even when it rained 🤣 All in all a super holiday!! An excellent place with a great character of its own. A very good range of facilities and spotlessly clean. Host was welcoming on arrival and an added, unexpected bonus was a range of supplies and treats awaiting us. Thoroughly recommended!

Fabulous little place to stay! Just what we needed for a night away so we could attend a wedding reception at Pynes House. Exe Valley Farm shop near by so we could pick up some breakfast pastries. Cottage was cosy and comfortable, adjustable heating was great as it was still a bit chilly at night. Lovely decor, spacious feel. Beautiful setting with lots of lovely birdsong. Even saw our first Swallows of the year! Great local walks and fabulous pub next door to the cottage. Very private but knew Kate the host was there if you needed help. Thanks for a great stress free stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Ros’s cabin. Arrived at about 18.00 and left by 10.00 next day so it was a short visit. Ros was super helpful, showing where to walk our 2 dogs and a great recommendation of the Church Inn at Rattery which is only 5 mins drive away. We will hopefully be returning for another stay in the near future. The cabin was just as described and did not disappoint at all - a lovely place to stay Many thanks Ros and Peter

Great stay at the apartment. Chris was a great host, we didn’t meet him in person but he was incredibly helpful & accommodating, replying to messages very quickly. We only stayed for one night, two adults & two children and our dog. Everything was as described, very easy to find, easy parking and lovely areas for the dog to run about, clean & warm. Although you are minutes from the moors so ideal if you are going walking. Chris gave us some local recommendations for food which was great. The cromwell arms was lovely. Overall the apartment ticked all boxes for us for a one night stay ( being very picky if we stayed longer the fire exit light would annoy me at night time as it seemed bright - but that’s the whole point of it!) Thank you for a great stay!

I’ve stayed here before so knew how beautiful it was. Jane was very responsive to messages and was here to greet us on arrival. The basket of snacks was ready and waiting as was wood for the log burner and candles. Beds were beautifully made up with hot water bottles and extra blankets if necessary. Beautiful place to stay I would highly recommend.

Peaceful location and surroundings. Great space in the property which was tidy and clean. The property had everything we needed for our stay. EV charger was helpful with our electric car. Tash- the cat was very friendly. We would definitley stay again.

As described, The flower house is small but perfectly formed. Quirky high bed (very comfy), and beautiful bunk room. Naomi greeted us and the hot tub was ready for the kids. Which they were excited about. Lovely thoughtful hamper with treats and essentials. Great that our dog could come and safe enclosed garden space. The flower house was lovely and cosy and it surprised me how comfortable the temperature was (I thought it might get cold but it didn't) The kid also loved petting the horses, and we're desperate to meet the Alpacas (maybe next time!) We also had a lovely meal at the New Inn in broadclyst which was a very friendly pub, with games to entertain the kids and a great little pac man table. I would definitely recommend for a small family getaway 👍

The accommodations were very well appointed and the host went above and beyond by leaving plenty of goodies for us to enjoy during our stay. Everything was very clean and modern and was very roomy. The host’s husband came to meet us nearby when our SatNav lead us astray and took us to the wrong place. A very lovely place to stay especially if you like peace and quiet.

A brief but thoroughly enjoyable stay. Charlotte could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We felt truly welcomed from the very moment we arrived. Clotted cream scones, movies downloaded for our boys, lovely fresh bread and real butter! Who could ask for more? And a lovely garden with stunning views in which to enjoy a morning coffee. It's a long way from home for us, but I sincerely hope we'll be back one day.

A delightful little cottage which is perfect for a weekend or holiday, and was equipped to a very high standard in every room. The bathroom had a plentiful supply of fluffy towels, complimentary toiletries and lashings of hot water for the shower and roll-top bath. The bed was supremely comfortable, and Cath even left some bedside chocs. The kitchen has every gadget you could require, from all the usual ones, plus a coffee maker and a hot air fryer. The sitting room had a smart TV, loads of guide books, paperbacks and games. Cath was a very welcoming host who left essentials in the fridge, fresh scones and jam on the table, and even some beer and cider to get us started. She also took the trouble to leave a bed for our dog and a basket of dog toys. We couldn't have asked for more and I am sure will stay with her again.

My Dad, Daughter and I had the most wonderful weekend stay at this beautifully designed barn. The layout makes fantastic use of the space, and the large windows and doors offer breathtaking views of the surrounding grounds—open fields, trees, and wildflowers as far as the eye can see. Waking up to birdsong and heading down to feed the chickens was such a lovely touch. The barn itself was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The log burner made for cozy evenings, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rain shower and deep bath were pure luxury. The kitchen and dining area had everything you needed for cooking and entertaining. And, of course, the hot tub—an absolute highlight—was the perfect way to both start and end the day. Our host was fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble. This place is an absolute gem, and we can’t wait to return!

My stay at Frances’ was absolutely lovely- she made us feel very welcome from the offset! The place is very charming and homely- I’ll be back for sure if I return to this neck of the woods!

Her place was a quaint and adorable 3 bedroom house perfect for our stay. She checked-in with us frequently and we loved the beautiful views. Thank you Heather!!
