What a wonderful experience. Sarah and Dan were outstanding, always quick to respond and went above and beyond for us. I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities at Sarah and Dans home. Every detail was perfect. It was a true home away from home. Both Sarah and Dan have been so understating, when work at my property had been delayed. They didn’t falter and quickly ensured we could stay longer. I couldn’t have asked for more, they have both made us feel so welcome in their home. And nothing was too much. The location of their property is beautiful, peaceful and tranquil. Views overlooking the valley are breathtaking. There is literally all you can ask for at this property, no expense spared. This has been the best experience for us, everything was so seamless. I cannot recommend the house enough, stunning. And to top it, the most amazing hosts. Thank you so much Sarah and Dan x

Julia's cottage is lovely and I would highly recommend. It is warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The area is quiet. We heard no noise during the night. The beds are all really comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more! From the cottage we explored Blanaevon and Abergavenny. The views in the surrounding area are magnificent. Lots of dog friendly places locally. Most of the shops in Abergavenny say dogs welcome. Coffi Lab cafe in Abergavenny is a must visit. It welcomes dogs and even has dog drinks and dog treats as well as delicious drinks, cakes and snacks for humans!

Nice home, made a nice change from staying in a hotel whilst working in the area. Would re book in future if available

Lovely night away for my partners birthday, instructions from Bill were clear and the place was easy to find. The hot tub was lovely and relaxing in the evening and the place was nice and cosy! When booking I asked Bill if it was possible to have some balloons for my partners birthday and he didn’t disappoint, we arrived to balloons and banners set up in the living room which was a nice touch. Definitely recommend and we will be back in the future. Thank you!

My husband is from Cwmbran and we stayed at Tom’s cottage for a month-long visit with family. Check-in was a breeze. The location is perfect. It is somewhat quiet with two pubs only a stone’s throw away! it also doesn’t take long to walk to Cwmbran town center (around 30 minutes for my husband and I). Tom was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. The cottage was very clean upon arrival and had all amenities described on the listing! We felt right at home the entire time we stayed at Primrose Cottage. We are looking forward to staying again in the future! This place was wonderful. It had so many nice touches and was beautiful and so comfortable. It even had a yard to sit in. We loved the Fork and Tune down the road and there was live music. It was right by the forest and easy to walk there. We had no trouble finding parking.

absolutely spotless linen beds were excellent. everything you need was provided in the kitchen . was perfect. great hosts very responsive if I ever need to stay here again would not hesitate to book. many thanks

Just come back from a two night stay in the Haybarn. It was very relaxing and comfortable and warm. Pippa was very communicative and responded to questions very quickly. Check-in was extremely easy and the location directions very easy to find. There was everything you needed in the property with some little added extras ie milk tea coffee sugar shampoo and things like that. Having the pool right next door to the living room was amazing although heated it was still a tad cold but you can’t please everyone not a complaint but personal choice. The bed was extremely comfortable and bed linen of a high standard. You would need to drive to local shops for provisions as too far to walk.

The lodge was wonderful, so comfortable and with great views. It contained all we needed and Emily had supplied some nice goodies for us - thank you very much. We certainly would recommend this place to others.

We had a wonderful few days here. The excellent location made it easy getting to some fantastic waterfall walks. Short drive to Brecon for the supermarket and takeaways. The house is gorgeous and the log fire and hot tub welcoming after a day exploring the superb surrounding area. Clare gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and there was essentials and treats to make us feel at home. We would loved to stay there again and would recommend it highly.

A beautiful little place, in a beautiful little spot. We found a cute welcome basket on the table with a welcome pack and snacks. It’s very clean and tidy, with lovely decor. A good selection of additional amenities; great selection of books & games! The hot tub was a fantastic addition too! The garden area was very secure, which was a relief as we had our dog with us - he loved the place too! Lots to do, not too far of a drive to get to so many different places! The hosts were lovely, welcoming us as we arrived & gave clear instructions on how to find the property. I would highly recommend this little hideaway, and will definitely book again if we come back to the area! Thank you Gemma & Roly! :)

Just back from a lovely stay at The Elms. Jan was very helpful and friendly and the info on the app was really handy. The accommodation is easy to find and set in stunningly beautiful surroundings, the gardens are gorgeous and I can imagine it’d be paradise in summer with the swimming pool (obviously not in use in Feb!) The Elms was lovely and cosy and has everything you need to make yourself at home. The beds were lovely and comfy, plenty of hot water and spotlessly clean throughout. We drove to most of the local places of interest and didn’t get to walk much of the surrounding countryside due to the weather but I’m sure there are some beautiful walks to be had in the area. The local chippy was nice and there’s a CoOp just down the road which was handy. All in all a great stay, thank you Jan!

Three friends in their 40’s away for a short weekend. Perfect place to catch up. Pool was wonderful to have. Pub a stones throw away. Easy to stroll around the country lanes and fields. Very clean in all rooms and kitchen well equipped for cooking. Jacqui was on hand whilst respecting our privacy. We would return.

Lovely hidden family staycation! Lovely location with loads of parking Easy check-in 13 mins drive to Breacon! Brilliant hot tub with amazing views (Only comment would be Chlorine content was a tad high for anyone with sensitive skin) Kitchen and bathroom were clean and cosy! Kitchen is fully equipped with amenities (Sauce pots and trays were available but no frying pans which is no big deal) Lovely welsh biscuits on arrival! Definitely recommend for a lovely retreat!

We loved our stay at Tamsin's place. She was there to greet us, gave us a walkthrough of the cottage and some top tips for places to go. The cottage was spotlessly clean and really warm, as well as the added bonus of having the wood burner, which made the evenings super cosy. The beds are comfy and it was just so nice to sit in bed with a cup of tea and hear the birds. The location is beautiful and there are walks from the door to both Glastonbury Tor, Glastonbury Town, as well as the local farm shop and cafe, Middlewick Farm, which was a great place for a morning coffee. Overall it was the perfect place for a long weekend, my only regret was that we wish we'd stayed longer!

The house was very comfortable with everything we needed. The host answered all our questions promptly. There was useful information about what to do and where to eat. We had a great time celebrating a significant birthday with family and friends, in a very pretty part of Wales.

Superb property - great for our ever growing family. Cinema room bean bags great idea - although I’m sure the videos of this 50 year old trying to get up will be making the rounds!

We have just returned from a stay here whilst we visited our son at Cardiff Uni and family in Gloucestershire. The house is well located for proximity to the M4 Newport and Cardiff particularly . It was dog friendly . There is a fenced area at the bottom of the garden and a park nearby for walks . Parking is on a side street . We had no problem finding a park on it and we were back and forth frequently . The house is next to a very busy A road and the front bedroom is noisy as a result but coming from London that didn’t bother us particularly . The proximity to a fish and chip shop, Greggs, Tesco extra and sub zero ice cream parlour was most welcome ! The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with when we needed help with a couple of small issues .

I stayed in oak tree nest, the annexe onto the cottage, for a month. It was a lovely cosy space which was just what I needed. Lovely peaceful surroundings with a garden to sit in to enjoy the sun. Melanie the host was lovely, she was responsive to any message I sent and was very helpful. Would have extended my stay if I could!

We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed out stay. we stayed for two weeks to just unwind and go for walks along the canal and countryside. The location is extremely peaceful without being remote. Well equipped and comfortable. I am sure we will be back.
