We had the most wonderful three-week stay at Fred's place in Champex-Lac! Fred was helpful, communicative, and welcoming. His home is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view and extremely well located. We loved the wood burning fire place, and the well-stocked kitchen. Everything was easy to use; and the WiFi was excellent for working from home. There are so many excellent restaurants and activities within walking distance, but the chalet itself is very quiet and feels secluded. We would highly recommend this as a cozy, beautiful, welcoming retreat, and hope to one day return!

We loved our stay here in Courmayeur. The location to Via Roma shops and restaurants as well as to the cable car for skiing were perfect. It was super clean and functional, and we enjoyed both the indoor area and the outdoor patio. Surrounded by gorgeous mountains, the town and home were truly wonderful! Paola was very responsive and helpful!

Perfect ski getaway! Nelly's place proximity to the slopes was superb. Cozy and well-equipped, it made for a fantastic winter vacation.

Such a great location - close to the ski lifts, ski hire and the shops. Everything we needed was there and Daniela could not have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful - a truly wonderful host.

We stayed at Alessandro's place in March 2025 and had an amazing stay. The location in Furi right next to the gondola is incredible for groups prioritizing skiing over proximity to the town. We also discovered that we much prefer this side of the ski mountain versus Sunnega so this was a home run as well. If we stayed over on the Sunnega side of town it would have taken us 90 mins each day to ski over to the Furi side. The one hiccup is that the gondola from Zermatt to Furi runs 8:30am- 5:30pm and if you are outside that window it costs 120 francs for an electric taxi to the chalet. We didn't realize this at first-- 120 francs for a 20 minute taxi ride is insane but even after figuring out the travel details we would choose to stay in Furi again. We loved making dinner at the chalet and playing cards in the evening. If you're there to focus on skiing and spend some quiet time in the evenings then you cannot go wrong!

Ich war fast zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft von Federica und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist mit sehr viel Bedacht und sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen und zu kochen. Sogar scharfe Messer gibt es. An Tagen, an denen das Wetter nicht gut ist, kann man es sich mit ausreichend Decken und Kissen auf dem Sofa bequem machen und sich an der angenehmen Wärme des Kamins erfreuen. Für alle, die die Ruhe und die Natur lieben, ist das ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und Kraft tanken. Federica war, wenn erforderlich, schnell zu erreichen und die Kommunikation war unkompliziert.

The location was excellent, particularly for skiers with a lot of heavy equipment and luggage. It was a short walk from the train station with little elevation change which is not common in Zermatt! The unit was extremely large with lots of open common space and a large dining room table. Lots of natural lighting and extremely clean. We did use the laundry in the basement which was convenient and easy to use. Access to the ski lifts, shuttle bus and Coop grocery were all very convenient. We highly recommend this unit!

Had a wonder time. The view is breathtaking! House was well stocked and very clean. Sabine went above and beyond to help with making a few reservations. She was always quick to reply. Her nephew Fabio helped us with our luggage and that was very much appreciated! My only comment is that you should be in good health and be able to hike up as there are many steps to reach this house. For us it was good exercise. ♥️🇨🇭

We absolutely loved our stay in Zermatt and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting! The flat is spacious, with stunning views of the town and you can even see the peak of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and bakeries. It’s also less than 10 minutes to both the train station and one of the cable cars for skiing. The locked storage room came in clutch on our last day, allowing us to explore freely after the 10 AM checkout before catching our 1 PM train.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Skipiste ist direkt an der Wohnug gelegen und man muss nur einmal die Straße queren! Sehr schön fanden wir, dass wir bei unserer Ankunft eine gute Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln vorgefunden haben, mit welcher man locker den ersten Abend satt wird, falls man nichts dabei hat!🤗 Alles war liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und sehr nett! Wir haben uns zu zweit in der Wohung sehr wohl gefühlt!😊

Merci pour les bons conseils ( balades et restaurants) , les belles histoires sur la maison, le village et ses habitants et les délicieux petits déjeunes frais du jour fait chaque matin. Bravo pour cette belle maison rénovée avec amour et respect des matériaux et de l histoire. Bonne continuation. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement !

Lorenzo isn’t a super host, he is a superb host! Incredibly friendly, helpful and always responsive. We had a terrific stay in this cosy apartment. It has everything you need and more! Very close to the ski lift, ski hire and the centre of town. Lorenzo provided a place to park our car, left very clear instructions and answered all my questions. It’s a comfortable apartment with a small patio from which you can see the sunrise on the mountains. It has a lot of amenities and it’s warm with comfortable beds. There is a lot to do in Cervinia. Snow sports but also walks and I went dog sledging too! Plenty of nice bars and restaurants nearby. We simply had the best time and would highly recommend Lorenzo’s place.

Sil was a great host, friendly and responsive. The chalet was spotless and furnished with great care. The surroundings were beautiful and very peaceful: highly reccomended.

Die Unterkunft in der Nähe von Pila war super schön. Nach der Anfahrt den Berg hinauf, waren wir in einer anderen Welt. Das Haus lag toll, wir konnten über einen kleinen Trampelpfad hoch nach pila laufen, haben aber das Auto mit den Kindern bevorzugt. Die Gegend ist ein Traum zum Wandern und Fahrrad fahren. Die Restaurants in Pila sind super lecker und die Angestellten freundlich. Bei schlechtem Wetter haben wir uns Aosta und umliegende Burgen angeschaut und als es nachts merklich abkühlte konnten wir den Ofen einschalten um das Haus zu wärmen. Das Haus ist klein aber es fehlt an nichts. Es ist alles vorhanden was man in einem Urlaub mit Kindern braucht. Küche, Bad, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Grill, Sitzplatz außen und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Woche im Ferienhaus von Giulia war toll - das Haus hat alles, was man sich wünscht und ist gleichzeitig mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer ist spektakulär, die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig und durch das viele Holz sehr gemütlich. Zu den Skiliften kann man gut laufen. Wir waren an Fasching dort , dennoch waren die Pisten nicht voll. So hat auch das Skifahren viel Spaß gemacht. Gerne kommen wir wieder nach Alagna Valsesia. La settimana nella casa vacanze di Giulia è stata fantastica - l'appartamento ha tutto ciò che si può desiderare e allo stesso tempo è dotato di tutto il necessario. Il camino nel soggiorno è spettacolare, la casa è grande e spaziosa e molto accogliente grazie a tutto il legno. Si possono raggiungere facilmente a piedi gli impianti di risalita. Siamo stati lì durante il carnevale, ma le piste non erano piene. Quindi anche sciare è stato molto divertente. Ci piacerebbe tornare ad Alagna Valsesia.

Una casa splendida, spaziosa, pulitissima, dotata di ogni comodità, siamo stati alloggiati in 5 per Capodanno. Si trova in una zona estremamente tranquilla ma a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro di Aosta e dalla stazione di partenza della telecabina di Pila. Considerando il periodo, la posizione e le caratteristiche della casa, abbiamo trovato il prezzo davvero conveniente. Fanny è una host gentilissima e disponibile. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo assolutamente.

Really well equipped chalet in a fabulous location. It is off the beaten track, which some people might not like, but which is what makes it so special. There is cross-country skiiing, and hiking trails nearby, as well as a lovely bar for apres ski on a sunny day and sustenance for walkers. It's a 20 minute drive to the Cervinia ski area, and just 5 or 10 minutes to Valtournenche, which connects to Cervinia. (In fact about 3 minutes away there is a place you can park and join the Valtournenche piste.) The house has everything you need (although wifi was a bit patchy - but if you're getting away from it all that doesn't matter). It's worth knowing that the bedrooms are on the top floor and the only toilet on the bottom of the three floors. There's a slight lack of natural light, but the small windows and thick walls help to keep the place feeling warm and cosy. Sylvie was very responsive. Overall highly recommended!

Passare qualche giorno immersi nella natura fa sempre bene all’anima e al corpo, e la casa di Ezio è proprio un piccolo gioiellino con una vista spettacolare sulle montagne. La tranquillità e la serenità che abbiamo trovato durante questo meraviglioso weekend ci accompagneranno sicuramente per tutta la prossima settimana. Ezio è davvero l’host perfetto: ci ha fatti sentire molto benvenuti, come a casa. Inoltre, ci ha fornito un sacco di informazioni su attività e ristoranti e ci ha aiutati a organizzare una magnifica ciaspolata nei dintorni. Tutto davvero fantastico! Speriamo di tornare presto! 😊

What can I say: the chalet is enchanting and Margherita/Matilde are wonderful and responsive co-host. The chalet may not tick every single box in terms of modern comforts, but for a precious 600 year old building in a mountain hamlet it is incredibly well designed and equipped. We found it in immaculate conditions and equipped at a very high standard (no dish washer, but there is no space for it). Most things were provided for, rather than the bare empty cabinets one often finds. No central heating; the pellet stove is very cosy and warms up the place very nicely, but it needs to be turned on and off (no time programming). The location is equally enchanting, but it’s a vigorous trek up, so it may not be for everybody. I was moved the moment I walked in, so magical is the place, and felt right at home. It may not be for everyone, but it certainly made me and my family feel privileged to be able to share in its history, beauty and warmth. Thank you Virginia and Margherita!
