The place is new, nice and affordable. Fully furnished. It has everything you need in a condo unit(with pool and playground). The host is very responsive, kind and accommodating. She makes sure that all our concerns are addressed. Highly Recommendable!

I had an amazing stay at Ariani's place! The unit was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to Ateneo Senior High School, making it easy to explore the area.

Absolutely loved the apartment. Such a cool setup, It felt like home. We stayed two months while preparing to move into our home. Analyn and family were so great. My wife, a Filipina, and Analyn talked often. There is a grocery store, drug store and several little places to eat close by. We would stay again!

This villa exceeded all our expectations! The oceanfront location is absolutely stunning - waking up to sunrise views over the sea was magical, and having private access to the ocean via stairs was incredible. The home is immaculately clean and perfectly laid out for large groups. With multiple bathrooms and showers, our family of 8 never felt cramped, and there was room for even more guests. The host was exceptional - incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by helping us arrange local tours, including land tours and island hopping with trusted local guides. This personal touch really enhanced our stay. The amenities were superb, and having the ocean as our backyard was an unforgettable experience. Perfect for anyone looking for a spacious, clean, and well-located property with outstanding hospitality. They even cleaned the place during our stay, which was much appreciated because we were able to come back to a pristine place after being out and about. Would highly recommend!

We booked and stayed at Aiza's place, twice, last year (2024). Why? Because the place is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and has the amenities we need. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located near eating and shopping areas. Best of all - Aiza is a very responsive host, addressing and resolving any concerns and questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

We had a great stay. Our car did not fit in the parking area of the house since it's big but good thing there's a basketball court 20 steps away from the house so we parked it there. thank you ma'am Mercy.

Only had overnight stay with friends here. Not really a huge place but comfortable enough for a group of 6 pax with complete kitchen utensils which is very ideal if you are planning to cook your meals. It also came Netflix and board games which we all loved. I think the only thing that needs improvement is the WiFi since it's not as fast and stable which hindered our karaoke session but overall, we loved the place and the unit itself. Main bedroom looks aesthetically pleasing as well with an airport view plus the air-conditioners are really working well which is great! Host CJ is very accommodating too for answering all my concerns since day 1 so that's a major thumbs up for me! Overall we loved the place. Though finding our unit on the building itself is confusing, we managed to get there with no issues. We had to rush though the next day since we headed out of town for another trip overall, happy with our booking so Thank you, CJ and Michelle! Highly recommended! ✨
