It’s an older apartment building. It’s been updated in some aspects, but not a total renovation . Dog-friendly was the most significant reason for selecting this location. The dog park was in good condition. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and checkin was easy. Was looking forward to visiting the pet friendly patio at the bar mentioned, but once we pulled up the bar learned it’s closed. While there are things to do in walking distance, this is primarily a residential area, so you’re not going to find something within 2 blocks.

This was close to everything and comfy to stay in with a larger family.

Covered parking was a plus and a welcome basket was sweet. Very close to TU.

I believe this was my fourth stay at the Carriage House - it is a beautiful, peaceful place and spotless. Laurie and Harry are wonderful, warm hosts. I so appreciate the ability to walk around their land and by the river. I look forward to my next stay with them.

Young was one of the best parts of our stay! The house itself was gorgeous, it was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. There was plenty of amenities, including towels/soaps, kitchen supplies, board games, books, and more. She even provided candies for us! We had 6 people during our stay, and we were cable to accommodate everyone. While the house was very nice, by far our favorite part of the weekend was getting to know Young and her husband! They were both so nice and greeted us with a smile whenever we saw them. She even gave us a bottle of Champagne, and brought us oranges in the morning. She was happy to help us however possible! I would recommend this place to everybody, clean house, perfect location (walkable to Aggieville and campus), and wonderful host! We can’t wait to come back and visit!

I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb property, and my experience was truly wonderful. Upon arrival, Mesiah went above and beyond by surprising me with a bunch of delicious cookies, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming gesture. The property itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. During my time there, I encountered a minor issue with the dishwasher, but Mesiah responded immediately and had it fixed within no time, ensuring there were no disruptions to my stay. It's clear that Mesiah is dedicated to providing a top-notch experience for guests, always going the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. I felt completely at home throughout my visit, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in the area!

This home was perfect for our short stay. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The house is also decorated so cute! It smelled freshly moped when we walked in. Would stay again and definitely recommend. You can tell these hosts aren’t new to this and their experience and professionalism is apparent!

This is our second stay at the Farmhouse Inn. Both times we have invited 4 other couples for a weekend of fun and relaxation. We brought our own food drinks and cooked great meals and had a great time together. We watch UNL Volleyball and walked around the property. We went to Hartington and had good beer at the brew pub. They also had live music. It was a great trip. The house is great for 4 couples. The kitchen is the best of any airbnb that I have ever stayed at. Lots of plate, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils etc.... It is large and easy to cook in. The beds are comfortable. The internet works well. The property is private and comfortable. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents it self.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Corn Palace Cottage, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the space was. It was evident that the host takes great pride in their accommodations, as everything was spotless and organized. The attention to detail was impeccable—there were little touches throughout the cottage that made the stay feel extra special. The price was also incredibly reasonable, especially given the level of comfort and quality provided. The cottage was cozy yet spacious, with comfortable furniture, high-quality linens, and modern amenities. The peaceful ambiance made it the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring the areas I truly appreciated how the space had been thoughtfully designed with both style and functionality in mind. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or a convenient base to explore the surrounding area, I highly recommend you stay here.

I stay at these cottages often. They are comfortable, quiet, and roomy. If you want a great stay in Pawhuska I highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay here. Mrs. Becky and her husband were very sweet and just wonderful hosts. Lots of history in this home. The beds were very comfortable and the home was perfect to accommodate our work crew.

David's place was perfect for our visit and David was an exceptional Host! We were in Wichita to visit family and were coming from different parts of the country at different times. David sent the entry code way ahead of time and we were able to access the house ahead of schedule, which was so nice! The kitchen was well-stocked, not only with utensils but also with spices and condiments (thank you!) so we were able to cook for ourselves. The house is pretty historic, and David displayed information about the house and people who built it and lived there. After we arrived, David stopped by to explain the light switches to us (so helpful!). The Grand Room had plenty of seating to gather the family together, and there was a big dining table for games and meals. Despite being right next to the river and street, the neighborhood was very quiet. There was plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street next to the house. It was cold, so we didn't use the outdoor amenities. Next time!

If you are in the Sioux Falls area you need to book this place - such a gem! We loved staying there.

Darling house with comfy beds. Completely fenced backyard which was helpful for my dogs. It’s on a slightly busy street, but once inside traffic noise wasn’t a problem. Would definitely stay again on my return to Sioux Falls.
