Very spacious and clean house for large group. All 14 of us don't feel cramped into one house. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of utensils and crockery to serve everyone. Excellent view from private decks where you can enjoy unobstructed sunrise. Very short drive down to the beach, no need to fight for parking, just drop off beach goers and return for a nice coffee. Great host and definitely recommended for family gathering.

Stunning place! Looks like the photos but even bigger. The kitchen was great and had everything you could possibly need, also loved the big selection of tea. Movie room was cosy with a nice couch and surround sound and the beds were comfy. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay in this peaceful location just a short drive from the beach.

From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. the house is spacious with more than enough room for two families. the view is spectacular with views right across the peninsula and the back beaches and sitting on the deck was an antidepressant, you could sit out there for hours. the house has everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. Michelle was a great host and always responded to our questions. we were appreciative that Michelle was able to let us check in earlier and check out later upon our request. thanks Michelle for a wonderful stay on the peninsula!

Fantastic quiet, beautiful modern home with rustic touches made it feel really nice to stay in. Shaine left Chocolates on table were very kind snack on arrival. ❤️ Spacious living room and bedroom. Great it had apps on TV; Netflix, Youtube, Stan, Binge etc. Full equipped kitchen, with salt&pepper, plus spray oil made it easy to cook breakfast each morning. Very wonderful airbnb, will return again on my trip to Rosebud.

Had a wonderful time here. Jane is a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful during booking, and throughout our stay. The house is magnificent, very comfortable, and all the amenitities as described to make our stay comfortable. The pool and spa was perfect, and water was crystal clear. The balcony was so peaceful to sit out and enjoy a quiet coffee. The kitchen was well equiped for us to cook at home, and although the stove gas pressure was not strong, was complemented by an excellent Weber bbq with side burner on the deck. Of note, for dog owners, the outside is not fully fenced in, which is fine for our indoor dog, but just FYI. Also the spiral stairs to second level are quite steep so we just needed to ensure the top of the stairs was blocked off for our toddler with luggage, but important for those with young kids or elderly. Our group of 10 had a very enjoyable stay and wouldnt hesitate to book again.

Loved our stay at Kim’s place. Clean and tidy. Dog friendly and park next door was great for my dog. Short drive to town and so many beaches, we visited different ones every day. The hot tub was really excellent as well to wind down at night. Kim was kind, responsive and pro active. Highly recommend!

Tess was a great host. She was really easy to deal with and made checking in and out so easy for us. The house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for your stay. It’s a short drive to the Main Street in Rye which made heading to the beach and having a great time over the weekend really easy. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I spent a few days at this beautiful villa to celebrate my birthday. The views from my bedroom and from the entertaining area were spectacular. The house has all the amenities you need. The tennis court is a bonus, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi were also nice to have. The beach is a few minutes away walking distance. We will definitely go there again. The Host Peggy, has been so helpful in all our queries and is a very nice person indeed. We highly recommend this beautiful villa to everyone looking for a fantastic holiday. We had a lovely stay at The Nest. Spa was great and very relaxing. Loved waking up to the wonderful expansive views and the cows in the field. Very enjoyable !

Great large size house with plenty of space to enjoy. This property was so easy to find, just off the main road. The spa was delightful, the colder weather ( Mid June ) was a bit chilly outside, but the water temp was perfect. A wonderful getaway home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We really enjoyed our getaway in such a new home with all the mod cons. I loved the views of the river and ocean, and the pool and spa were great on the one warm day we had during our stay in March. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are classy. It was a top shelf stay

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. Great stay, short drive to the beach. Spa and sauna were easy to use with clear instructions from Paul on how to use both. Complete privacy separate the main house to the back where the bungalow is Would definitely come back again :)

Hands down, the best experience on Airbnb. The pool is amazing that our 4 year old son didn’t want to leave. He in actual fact termed the place as “our new home”. Amazing communication by Peter, very proactive and friendly. The host actually allowed us to check in at 1pm instead of the scheduled 3pm and allowed us an hour later checkout. So we checked out at 11am instead of 10am. We shall definitely return soon for more days stay. Very much recommendable.
