I have never used an Airbnb before and not too sure what to expect, but was really surprised by the standard of this accommodation . There was a lovely welcome basket and bottle of bubbly in an ice bucket waiting for our arrival. Everything was spotless and decorated tastefully with comfortable super king size beds. Wished we could of stayed longer!

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Tucked away in a tranquil corner of the South Hams, the Stables was just what we wanted. Out of the hubbub of Salcombe in lovely countryside you can happily walk into town in 20 mins. The apartment has everything you need provided by helpful, friendly hosts.

Josie’s place is situated in a beautiful and peaceful location within Dartmoor National Park. It was the perfect one-night stop for us on our way to St Ives. There are some charming pubs within walking distance from the property. Josie was very friendly and responsive throughout our communication.

We really liked the place. It was exactly as advertised. The view is great. The indoor parking space is very welcome as there are not a lot of parking space very close. All the instructions were really clear. We are definitely recommending the place! Thanks.

The house and garden was amazing and I would recommend it for anyone who would love a little holiday in a nice remote area with a town just 5 minutes away

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The apartment was super clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our time at the apartment. It was spotless, very well furnished and everything we needed for our short stay. The beds were comfortable and the views especially from the main bedroom were spectacular. The boys absolutely loved the hot tub and it was a very peaceful place. The walk to the cove was amazing (although steep). All in all a perfect visit! Thank you so much!

What an amazing place to stay and fantastic hosts. Being from Devon I always dreaded going back to the same places. We have now found the perfect place to stay. Convenient location, great cottage and the walks from the cottage are beautiful. The cottage is spotless and felt like a home from home. The local pub, the wild goose is a real old pub and the team working there and the locals are so friendly and the food is amazing. A must to try. I have stayed in many places but this ranks as number 1 and we will be back when I next go to visit my parents in Torquay. Thank you both so much for such an amazing stay. We loved every minute.

We had a really lovely time in this beautiful home. The pools (swimming and table!) were a real hit with all of us. The little ones loved running in the garden and playing football as well as swimming. We had a very relaxing time celebrating a big event.

We’ve just returned from a 3 night stay at Little Spindles with our 3 children (7, 9 and 6 months). The home itself is beautifully designed and set in a great location. It was spotlessly clean and every detail had been thought of making our stay even more special. Poppy and Tristan were great hosts too and were so accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back!

This was honestly one of the best AirBnBs we’ve ever stayed in. It was really easy communicating with Fiona and the house was modern, comfortable and clean throughout. The beds were amazingly comfy! The house is within easy walking distance of both the university and the city and yet was blissfully quiet. We really appreciated having off-street parking, the little south-facing garden and being welcomed with some very thoughtful touches (fresh flowers, little chocolates and even a bottle of wine!) on arrival. We felt at home straight away. We’d definitely not hesitate in trying to book again if we were to revisit Exeter.

The house suited us perfectly. Very near everything so a great location. But on a quiet street so peaceful too. We didn’t attempt the garage as have a big car but found parking nearby easily. Comfy beds, cosy sofa, practical kitchen. Would recommend.

Frank is a super welcoming host. His family home is spacious, comfortable, very clean with everything you could need. The beds are really comfortable too with great bedding. I really liked the super soft sheets. The enclosed garden was great for our dog as was the utility area. We enjoyed having the piano there, it's a lovely house for acoustics. Frank is exceptionally quick at replying to messages and a brilliant host, nothing is too much trouble. Plantation Lodge is very convenient for walking into Dawlish, down some nearby steps, or you can walk down/up by the road if the steps are too much of a challenge (our dog refused them coming up, but she's only little). There's a handy walk along Plantation Terrace, behind the hospital into nature area for dogs and play park for kids. I highly recommend this property and would definitely go again.

The Italian Garden is a magical respite. Down a tiny country road, near mostly farmland and hills, you’ll find this incredible hideaway. We arrived at night and will admit didn’t do much research before booking (although there’s a lot of info online if you search theitaliangarden)- so were shocked to find that this gorgeous home is nestled just in front of nearly four acres of a phenomenal private garden that you often have to yourself. Words can’t do it justice … just go! The house itself has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you can imagine to cook or bake. There’s a gas fireplace for cold nights, and an outdoor fire bowl. Every bit of the house is luxurious and comfortable. It’s in an extremely quiet part of southern Devon, but just a 15 minute drive from bustling Totnes with unique restaurants and shops. There are many other nearby towns to explore, and Dartmoor is also very close by for gorgeous walks and landscape. Our week flew by - we can’t more highly recommend i

Had a fantastic stay at the villa between christmas and new year. The villa has such space and full of character. It was presented perfectly clean and with everything you could ever need. The owner was very helpful and really easy to communicate with. The villa is well placed for exploring south Devon. Would definately like to stay here again

This was a lovely stay. The place is very cosy and clean. I slept very well and felt at home. It’s very close to the beach. David was very welcoming and helpful. I’d definitely stay again!

Fantastic location with even better pub. Walking is spectacular with so many coves to choose from which most r dog friendly. Property was lovely and everything there u needed. Bonnie was on hand with any problems. Would highly recommend. Daz,Rach and Lottie

A lovely break in Brixham. Chris has a superb apartment, spotless and stylishly decorated. Exactly as described with every amenity possible. Fully equipped kitchen and a lovely sitting area to watch a large TV. Comfortable bedroom and lovely outside space. Chris was a very responsive and helpful host, answering our questions very promptly. The property is situated approx a 10 minute walk downhill to the town and harbour where there are a lot of nice restaurants and bars. Chris recommended the coast path to the Nature Reserve and that was lovely - a very nice cafe for refreshments- Guardhouse cafe. Our fav restaurants were Olive and La Petite Maison whilst Liberty have some amazing cocktails. Walking back home up the hill is a bit harder mind you. All in all, we had a delightful break in Brixham so thank you Chris for all your help. Gareth and Kay

Five stars all the way. Described as a flatlet, but we have stayed in a lot smaller places with Airbnb! Peter has renovated the house to a high standard, this part of his huge dwelling is given over to rental units. It works really well. There is a separate entrance at the side of the property with keycode access for self check in. The apartment was spotless on arrival. The sleeping quarters and bathroom are excellent. You will be amazed at the tiny kitchen unit. It is really functional and well thought out. Hob, microwave and fridge, plus lots of pans and equipment. Decent coffee machine too. Walkable to the Quay and to town. Supermarket is 200m away. Brilliant.

This was a lovely apartment. Super clean and comfortable and in an ideal position . The view of the sea from the balcony was really beautiful,even better than it looked in the photos. Communication was excellent. Milk and cream tea super appreciated on our arrival . Very handy for the train station too :)

The Burrow was perfect in every respect. Situated in the most beautiful of settings, we wish we could have stayed longer. From the time we arrived we felt relaxed, the Burrow was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, everything you could wish for and a few extras as well! We were welcomed by our co-host Simon who gave us a quick overview of Reservoir Retreat & was ready to share a wealth of knowledge about the local area, amenities & attractions. Reservoir Retreat was even better than the photos on Airbnb & was really well appointed & our hosts had provided some thoughtful goodies for our arrival. The location is so peaceful, with beautiful views over the countryside and Dartmouth and is the ideal perfect escape yet with great walks, pubs, restaurants and shops on the doorstop. Perfect!!
