we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

Exceeded all expectations, beautifully and tastefully decorated; loved the beach theme with the decor; the beds were extremely comfy and the linen clean and fresh. The home was extremely well equipped, and a very useful information book supplied. It was warm and had constant hot water and a super bathroom and shower. The property had been decorated with lovely Christmas decorations throughout and the added touches of milk, coffee, biscuits and a basket of dog supplies was a very pleasant surprise. The box of games was brilliant, and we made use of those. We visited The Old Manor Inn, both evenings as only a short walk away, and it is a lovely friendly pub. We stayed locally for walks with the dog and found plenty of good places to eat. Thank you so much for making our stay a pleasant and memorable one.

Mark has built something very special, the photos do not actually do it justice. Very clean and modern, superb outdoor area too and magnificent views (with a great pub nearby as a bonus!).

The Victorian Farmhouse was an excellent venue for a large family reunion. The place was spotless and had all the things we needed (adults and children) to have a great holiday - thank you

We had a fantastic week, the house was perfect for our family, the rooms were huge and the location and views were stunning. There's so many lovely places to visit within a short drive. I couldn't recommend the house and hosts highly enough.

The house is lovely. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could want. Plenty of towels supplied. Very quiet area. Would be even better in the summer. Only downside is not having dedicated parking but we found a spot just down the road.

A delightful stay in wonderful surroundings, views are sublime, home from home facilities, dog friendly property with lots of walks, well equipped kitchen although we didn't really cook as there are so many restaurants and bars to try! Julie ensured we had everything we needed and communicated well. look forward to a return visit when we have a bit more time to enjoy ourselves.

We stayed over the Christmas week. It’s always a worry as to whether there will be sharp knives, enough trays while cooking Christmas dinner etc but I need not have worried as there was everything we could possibly have wanted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and all items were clean, good quality and plentiful. The whole property was very comfortable, warm and spacious. Outside areas were accessed by the grandchildren, they enjoyed a daily swim. The system for booking is excellent. We managed to have a brief game on the tennis court and the children had a little time in the play hut and on the equipment. The zip line was a real hit. It would be lovely to be able to return when the weather would allow more use of the great outdoor facilities. Laura and Richard are great hosts. Brilliant communication prior to arriving. A great in person welcome too on arrival. We hope to return and can highly recommend Mullen at Pitt farm

Our stay was short but oh so lovely! We felt at home as soon as we stepped foot inside the caravan. The Easter decorations and treats were a lovely touch and our 6 year old loved it! The caravan had all you would need, comfy beds and ample space for parking. The site was so quiet and peaceful. The pool was glorious, lovely and warm and very quiet with only having to share it with one other family each time we used it. Site staff were also really friendly. Brixham was lovely to walk around too. Thank you Lisa for a fab stay, we will look forward to a return trip soon!

We had a lovely weekend in Paignton. The caravan is very well thought out and was clean and welcoming. It was very peaceful there, the views of the coastline and steam train were amazing. We will stay there again.

We were very impressed with Adam’s apartment. It was very clean with everything you could need. It was in a beautiful location looking over Goodrington beach with sea views. The doors opened up onto the balcony which was great. The swimming pool looked lovely but the weather was just too cold to use it in February. It was only a short stroll to the beach. We would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Sophia and her husband were very accommodating and friendly. The grounds are lovely and the pool was a highlight for us as a family. The only thing we’d change to make the experience even better would be a more powerful shower! The WiFi was poor but this isn’t necessarily bad when you are on a family holiday and spending quality time together. Overall, we had a great time together.

What a wonderful location to celebrate dad’s 80th birthday! 4 generations of us fitted nicely into this well appointed home. Plenty of room to cook, eat and relax. A beautiful view, and an enormous garden which was perfect for the dogs, and the little ones! Clean and well arranged, with everything we needed for a great family getaway! Thank you 🤩

Had a lovely few days in Galmpton staying at The Lair with our 2 dogs. The accommodation was easy to find thanks to Sam’s directions. It was great to be able to park our estate car on the drive, close the gates making the garden secure for the dogs. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with a good sized bedroom and bed. The sofas were comfy to relax into after some long walks in the spring sunshine. We had a great stay and were fortunate with the weather. Communication with Sam was excellent and swift. Two things to mention that may assist the owner and future guests:- 1. The ensuite bathroom toilet was a bit difficult to flush and the shower was a bit small and lacked any sort of power. 2. The stairs to the first floor are spiral and wooden and could prove difficult to older guests and were tricky when trying to take luggage up and down. These don’t detract from what was an enjoyable stay but worth highlighting to other guests.

I had a fantastic stay at Holls House! The location is simply stunning—right in the heart of Dartmoor, surrounded by breathtaking nature and peaceful scenery. The house itself was spotless, which is something I really value. It was clear that great care had been taken to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, making the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The home was well-equipped, cozy, and full of charm, providing the perfect retreat. Holls was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring everything was just right. I highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

The Bungalow was perfect for our short stay. Well equipped and in a great location, easy to find and close to amenities.

Lovely spacious accommodation. Very peaceful and a great base for enjoying the area. Very clean. We had some travel difficulties so were particularly grateful that Catherine kindly accommodated our very late arrival.

The apartment was just what we needed, a home from home with a fantastic seaview Jemma was away this week but her mum Jackie was lovely, very helpful and welcoming as was her dad and the dog😊 All in all a brilliant week.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed and the hot tub was a fantastic addition. We were able to easily walk down to the beach from the house which meant we didn’t have to try and find parking near the beachfront. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.

First stay at an Airb&b. Staying at Jeans lovely home has given me the confidence to try others. This location was perfect. Lovely garden , a joy to watch the birds. Jean had kindly left some things in the fridge for us and was generous in use of condiments etc. good instructions on how to use tv, comfy chairs. The walk in shower was much appreciated. We had asked if we could drop off our cases as we had travelled by train and Jean offered a place to leave them. She then sent us a message to say we could arrive at 1:30, which was very kind. Jean is a super host.

Really charming cottage, exactly what you’d hope for from a country escape, the bathroom in the bedroom was the icing on the cake! The beams, the log fire, the little patio garden it was all so idyllic, we’ll definitely be adding to our list of favourites, thank you so much.
