Tina was a incredible host from The moment we made the booking through to checkout, clear instructions on getting there, great recommendations and even had home baked scones waiting for us upon arrival with a little jar of jam and cream! They were delicious! Hot tub was heating up for our arrival ! Lots to do in the area, 4 minutes away from local takeaways and pubs, only 7 minutes away from the Devon activity centre😊 it was a great weekend and definitely one we will repeat!

We had a great trip away. Family fun with a great host and the tour guide Ralph (springer spaniel) that lead us to the pub and shop when needed. 😂 Highly recommend And can’t wait to return next summer. Thanks Chris, Tracey, Ralph and the rest of the farmyard. 👍

This is such a beautiful, private and pristine studio. We loved staying here. It is really easy to walk everywhere and Nic and Rich have left a lovely little book with lots of useful info. They have thought of absolutely everything , we cannot fault it. thank you both so much for a really lovely stay.

Sarah was a very kind host, warming up the shed and bed with a hot water bottle before I arrived as the weather had been bad. The shed stays warm very well also, and a little goes a long way with the pay as you go (I spent £2 for the one night there and that was using multiple outlets and there was plenty left at the end). recommend exploring the mardon stone circle area just a short and scenic 20 min walk from the shed!

What a perfect little stay and beautiful accommodation. Perfect location and very close to beach. Central location not too far from anything. Such a lovely family and Evelin and her family made this a fabulous stay. Will 10000000% be making a return. Spotlessly clean and beautiful interior design. Would recommend to all to come and sample this piece of heaven 👍🏼

We had an amazing long weekend at Allison's place. Check in instructions were easy and received early along with excellent ideas for parking. The flat was super clean and extremely well appointed but the highlight was the stunning views from the balcony across the town and harbour. We are regular visitors to Brixham and will be certain to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas in the Annexe and Mary and Terry were the perfect hosts, very friendly and there should we need them. Mary had provided lots of little thoughtful extras. The place itself was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything you could possibly need. Great shower, comfy bed and very quiet at night. There was an easy walk down to the beach and from there on to Teignmouth and an easy drive to Teignmouth, Dawlish and Shaldon. We had an excellent meal in the pub just up the road from the house. We can recommend the Annexe and would love to stay there again sometime. Thank you so much Mary and Terry.

Isadora’s place was lovely, and Heather made us feel so welcome. We were greeted as we arrived and shown around in the company of Cecelia and Nellie the dogs as well, who got in well with our own dog, Merlin. Nellie even tried to come with us in the car the next day! Thank you to Heather and Isadora for a lovely stay, we would highly recommend The Dairy. Hennock is a peaceful little village with some wonderful views, and hopefully we’ll go back one day.

Amazing spot will definitely be returning, the views are amazing and plenty things in place to make your stay comfortable. The place was completely spotless. Plenty coastal walks around.
