We stayed as a family with our 2-year-old and had a wonderful experience at Giovanni’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The whirlpool was fantastic, and the calm, beautiful beach is only a one-minute walk away. Nearby Menfi is a charming local town where you can find everything you need, including some excellent restaurants. The location is also perfect for exploring various beautiful spots nearby. Giovanni, our host, was truly exceptional - warm, hospitable, and always available (even during the night). He communicated quickly and effectively and went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend Giovanni's place and would gladly return for our next visit. Thanks again for this wonderful experience!

Francesco et sa femme ont été adorables, très accueillants et discrets. Le logement est situé à un emplacement idéal sur la magnifique plage de Mondello. Tout est accessible à pied ou en bus, Palerme se trouvant à 15 minutes. Francesco et sa femme nous ont offert une visite guidée de la ville. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement !

we had an incredible stay. The location is about 15 minutes away from the town of Cefalu. it is an incredibly dreamy home. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly appointed. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space as it was raining, but absolutely loved the craftsmanship and views from inside. The hosts were amazing. In the off-season there’s not much to do in the village, though it is quite peaceful. Would come again in a heartbeat.

Our family of four (including a 2.5 year old and an infant) was very fortunate to stay at Dario’s over Christmas and New Year’s. The location was excellent - in the heart of Cefalu, just a few blocks from the Duomo, the beach, and the bottom of La Rocco. It was fun to watch the holiday festivities just below our balcony. The “spa” exceeded expectations and the kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped. Dario was friendly, attentive, and had great restaurant recommendations. We would love to return one day.

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at Casa Panoramica! The house sits on a hill with views to fields and olive groves below, all the way to the sea and gorgeous sunsets. It was such a luxury to heat up the jacuzzi and unwind at the end of each day of exploring western Sicily. We traveled with a baby, and the hosts were so kind to provide us with a travel crib, a high chair and quilts for playing on the floor. We also cooked most of our meals at the house, and the kitchen was well equipped, although the one thing that would have increased our comfort would have been a dishwasher. Margherita and Agostino were great hosts and made us feel very welcome!

Thank you Angelo for a wonderful week in your beautiful home in Palermo. Lovely spacious sitting room and kitchen, high ceilings and lovely outdoor space. Comfortable beds (it makes all the difference!) and a calm, quiet environment to enjoy. The apartment has a brilliantly equipped kitchen and a whole host of welcome goodies in the fridge. I would highly recommend.

We loved our stay here!! Caterina was so helpful and generous and made our stay extra special. We would recommend this place for anyone wanting to explore western sicily. Note that there are s lot of stairs in this house, however, it has everything you need!! Thank you for a fabulous stay xx

Alfonso's place was splendid. We just loved it. The view of the sea and the hills is terrific. The place itself is very comfortable, with a terrace to die for. It was a bit on the cold side for us to take full advantage of the outside space (including the pool), but we loved sitting on the sofa on the terrace and catching the morning sun. And we loved being able to make a fire in the evenings. The kitchen space and facilities are limited, but if you keep this in mind when planning your eating activities, you should be fine. Alfonso himself was very friendly and welcoming. We would go back!

Our stay was very pleasant, everything was fine. However, it's important to note that each villa contains a total of three apartments, which might matter for those looking for more privacy.

Fiorella warmly greeted us and showed us the space. The space itself was incredible - 3 private terraces! In a great location in downtown Palermo. It is a charming old building which means heat only in bed rooms and some quirky electrical things which was not a problem for us at all. We hope to come again!!!

We spend one week in Sicily and this place was the best we stayed during our trip. The apartment was like museum - you can feel the Sicilian atmosphere everywhere. Actually we felt like in some kind of Italian movie. The hosts were suuuper friendly and helpful. They let us park the car after check-out while we explored the city. Also helped to solve small problems. Rare find in Palermo!

Wir (2P.) erlebten Mitte September sehr gute Tage an diesem wunderschönen Ort. Der Garten mit seinen vielen Bäumen und Pflanzen ist paradiesisch; wir hatten Trauben, Orangen, Kaktusfeigen, Zitronen, Rosmarin, Basilikum, Oregano …. In der Küche ist alles was es braucht vorhanden. Der nahe Strand (2min.) ist toll und wir unternahmen täglich ausgedehnte Spaziergänge am Strand. Es gab wenig andere Leute. Das Wasser ist erfrischend und sauber. Wir haben uns in dieser Ruhe gut erholt und das Rauschen des Meeres ist nachts noch wunderbar zu hören ..... Wir genossen die Abende unter der gedeckten Veranda. Der Weg zum Strand führt über eine kurze kleine Düne und danach - 50m in Richtung Norden - gibt es ein Restaurant mit feinem Essen.

we really enjoyed our 9 day stay at Don Ciccio Seahouse. We were a family group of 10 ranging in age from 23 to 86 years old. There are plenty of different areas and rooms both indoors and outdoors for everyone to have their own space as well as be all together for meals for example. The garden is very pleasant and the pool area beautifully maintained as well as spacious, with great views. We had 2 hire cars and it would be difficult without. I'd definitely recommend a car to go to the shops, restaurants, station etc... Going into Palermo was easy using the train, the station is 5min drive away and has a free carpark. Mattro was a really great host, very responsive and really helpful with everything. He gave us a great introduction to an amazing local bakery/deli which we visited every day! Definitely recommend the house 😀

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

Pietro's place is fantastic! A really homely feel to it and is superbly furnished and equipped. The location is perfect, a short walk to the sea front and close to some fantastic places to visit. Pietro is easy to contact and will help in any way he can (even to the extent of recommending an emergency dentist for me!). Local businesses are friendly and good quality. I highly recommend Pietro's home as a place to stay for your visit to Sicily.

Margo har et fantastisk hus i dejlige omgivelser hvor der er fred og ro. Der er overskuelige afstande til nærliggende byer, og derfor er godt udgangspunkt for at udforske vest Sicilien. Margo var hurtig og god til at kommunikere, samt give gode råd og anbefalinger til hvad man bør se og opleve. Vi boede i huset i 5 uger og følte os hurtigt hjemme 🤗 Vi klart anbefale at bo i Margos hus, vi håber at kunne vende tilbage engang i fremtiden. Tak !

Das kleine Haus von Lorenzo ist bestens geeignet um Cefalu und Umgebung zu erkunden ! Gemütlich, sehr sauber und ordentlich im Haus , genau richtig für 2 Personen ! Gemütliches Sofa mit wunderbarer Aussicht, Terrasse und Garten ebenso und dann der Pool ! Leider war es im April zum schwimmen noch zu kalt, hätten wir aber gern auch genossen- Lorenzo hält alles sauber und einladend ! Draußen vorm Häuschen sitzen , Aussicht genießen, entspannen - auch ohne baden im Pool sehr erholsam! Parkplatz sicher auf dem Grundstück , ein paar Stufen hoch und man ist da. Lorenzo ist ein großartiger Gastgeber! Stets erreichbar bei Fragen, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit-haben wir uns mit seiner Unterstützung sehr wohl gefühlt! Cefalu hat viel zu bieten- zu Fuß ca 30 Min. bis zum Zentrum, mit dem Auto nur 5. Parkplätze gut erreichbar - Tageskarte an der Promenade 12 Euro. Von hier aus diverse Ziele - Altstadt , Sandstrand , Wanderung La Rocca, kulinarische Spezialitäten in wunderbaren Restaurants! ?

Villa was clean and tidy, and matched the description on the AirBNB website. It had all the facilities we needed for our stay. It had a modern contemporary feel, yet was comfortable and homely. There is a great view of the coast line from the first floor balcony. Our host, Tommaso was friendly and responsive. He was kind enough to bring us pastries on our first morning, biscuits when we checked out, and a lovely ice cream cake when he needed to visit during our stay. The Villa is located in a rural setting and a car is a must. It is situated about 20ish miles/30 minutes east of Palermo Airport. There is a fantastic beach about 5 minutes walk. The nearest town is about 6 miles away and has a good variety of restaurants and shops.

Beautiful villa, wonderfull host and gorgeous location. Couldn't fault the villa, and our stay. Margarita helped us navigate to the villa when we arrived and work out the WiFi to keep the kids happy. Can't fault our stay. Thank you.

Vi har rigtig glade for vores ophold. Perfekt til en familie på 4. Vi nød udsigten og swimmingpoolen. Giuseppe var meget hjælpsom og kom med lokale anbefalinger. Særligt bageren, isboden og restauranten i nærheden var vi glade for (S.Nicola), men også en dejlig tur til Cefalú - hvor restauranten A Paranza lavede lækre pizzaer. Giuseppe anbefalede også gode restauranter i Palermo. Vi vil absolut anbefale stedet til andre, og vil elske at komme tilbage.

Unser Aufenthalt in Lillis Haus war einfach perfekt....Lilli hat alles bestens organisiert...Wegbeschreibung... Empfang durch Giovanni ....kleiner Proviant....Kommunikation auch top mit ihr....antwortet sofort....das Haus ist ein kleines Schmuckstück und der Garten mit den vielen exotischen Bäumen, der Blick auf die Berge, der tolle Pool, die Ruhe, einfach herrlich. Giovanni ist die gute Seele des Anwesens und hat immer einen Tipp auf Lager...die Umgebung ist toll, besonders das kunstvolle Parrini hat uns sehr gefallen. Danke Lilli für die super Gastfreundschaft! Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit, und liebten deinen Pool. Hoffen irgendwann wiederzukommen....

This is a gem of a place located just in between Santa Flavia and Bagheria, just 20km from Palermo. It is an ideal place to stay on a quiet and large nature-filled property. Everything matches the description and my wife and I had a great and relaxing time. During the day we would drive around and sights in the area or take the train which is 20 mins away from downtown Palermo. But at night we could retreat to peace and quiet and be surrounded by nature -- cactuses, trees, etc. Marida, the host, was incredibly friendly and incredibly helpful -- she greeted us during check-in and spoke to us at length about many things to do in the area and was incredibly warm and wonderful. She was so kind, I felt like I had family nearby (she and her husband also live in a separate house on the property). The dog, BonBon who is a St. Bernard was always there too to greet us with enthusiastic love, and the 2 cats also were always vigilant and kept watc. We loved our this place and want to come back!

Wij hebben in november precies een maand in het huis van Marco gezeten. Marco is echt de allerbeste host die je je kunt wensen. De hele ijskast was vol, er waren cadeautjes voor onze kindjes (!) en de voorraadkast stond vol met pasta, bonen, tomaten uit blik etc. Het huis is verder echt prachtig en wij genoten ervan om snachts met het raam open de golven op de kust te horen aankomen. De keuken is gewoon goed en het huis is heerlijk licht en goed ingedeeld. Daarbij is het prettig dat je merkt dat het echt Marco's huis is en er veel liefde in zit. In een van de laatste dagen sloeg de bliksem in het huis en binnen een paar uur stonden er mensen in het huis om de problemen op te lossen. De oprit is erg steil, dus zorg voor een sterke auto. Onze polestar 2 kwam alleen licht slippend omhoog en zeker niet met aanhanger. Verder hielden we van Cefalu, hou er wel rekening mee dat de weg ernaartoe echt voor auto's is en lopen is daardoor eigenlijk geen optie. Wij hebben genoten, u vast ook!

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed.
