Torre Colonna-Sperone : locations de vacances avec cheminée

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Für eine gute Auswahl an Läden und Restaurants ist das Auto nötig.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Palermo. Das besondere war zweifelsohne die sehr gute Anbindung an die Via vittorio Emanuele. Über diese Hauptstraße erstrahlt Palermo mit den schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Anfangen vom Normannen-Palast, der Kathedrale von Palermo bis hin zum wunderschönen Hafen in einem Radius von ca. 1,5-2km. Besonders können wir die arabisch-normannische Route empfehlen, die uns Marina freundlicherweise angeraten hat. Zu Marina noch ein paar Worte: Marina ist sehr freundlich, herzlich und insgesamt eine tolle Gastgeberin. Uns hat an nichts gefehlt! Einziges Manko: Wir hatten zu Beginn etwas Schwierigkeiten die Unterkunft zu finden, da die Unterkunft nicht am Anfang der Straße ist - so wie die Navigation es angezeigt hat - sondern weiter hinten. Vielen Dank und alles Gute wünschen wir!

Wir haben es geliebt! Eine so freundliche und herzliche Familie! Das Haus war perfekt für uns - eigener Parkplatz mit Beleuchtung, riesiges Haus (viel größer als auf den Fotos zu sehen), alles super sauber, sehr bequeme Betten. Außerdem konnten wir jeden Tag frische Orangen und Zitronen aus dem Garten ernten! Unfassbar lecker! Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt und im Haus waren viele leckere Sachen für uns vorbereitet, sodass wir uns gleich Zu Hause gefühlt haben. Zusätzlich haben wir viele Tipps und Empfehlungen bekommen, die für uns perfekt gepasst haben. Wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Unterstützung benötigt haben, waren sie sofort erreichbar und für uns da. Wir haben sogar Blumen zum Geburtstag bekommen -so aufmerksam waren die Gastgeber. Wir wollen unbedingt wiederkommen - DANKE DANKE DANKE!

The moment we arrived we were welcomed by Gaetano and Maria Francesca who couldn’t be more gracious and attentive during our stay. We were greeted with a lovely basket of fruit and snacks and our accommodations exceeded our expectations. The furnishings and artwork by Francesca were so beautiful! Our hosts were a phone call away and were available any time for recommendations in the vicinity. We hope to come back again one day soon! Ciao❤️🇮🇹

Zeer rustige locatie met prachtig zicht!

Great place, certainly designed to enjoy in hotter weather so outside areas can be enjoyed and not put away with the wind as was the case with us! Unfortunately came on a stormy weekend beyond everyones control. Recommend hiring a car if staying with Maia, only 15 min walk from train station but area isn’t particularly pedestrian friendly and trains arent too often/didnt run past 9pm. But none of this the hosts fault, an oversight by myself. Thanks for having us, seeing the ocean from the bedroom was definitely a highlight!

Het verblijf bij Dario, was ons laatste appartement op Sicilië. De ligging is perfect om Palermo, Monreale en Mondello beach te bezoeken. Het appartement is nieuw en heerlijk groot. Wij waren met z’n tweeën, maar er zijn twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers dus heel geschikt voor vier personen. Naast dat het appartement prachtig is, is het belangrijkste om te vertellen: de enorme gastvrijheid van Dario en zijn vrouw. Bij aankomst stonden er brioche voor ons klaar, halverwege kregen we nog een lekkere wijn van de regio en bij ons afscheid heerlijke broodjes voor het ontbijt….. en het gaat niet eens om wat we kregen, het gaat nog veel meer over de vriendelijkheid en de bereidheid om te helpen, tips en adviezen te geven. Dario was GEWELDIG en voelde vertrouwd als waren we vrienden. Ik kan nog veel meer moois en goeds schrijven, bv over hoe netjes en schoon en nieuw het was… maar ik zou zeggen: ervaar het zelf. My daughter and I had a brilliant week in this gorgeous place. The host, Emanuele, and his parents couldn't have been more helpful, with suggestions of places to go, details about the house and prompt and helpful answers to queries. The parents met us on arrival with stunning snacks, huge smiles and a wealth of information, all conveyed without a common language... with a bit of help from Google Translate!! The house is just lovely, very well appointed, and the garden and pool just heavenly! We didn't travel far afield as the pool and beach provided all we needed, including That's Amore, a delightful restaurant on the beach. We were there out of season so it was very quiet which suited us! But we did also sample the more touristy side of life in beautiful Cefalù just 15 minutes drive away (or easily accessible by train). There are sites to see, beach front bars, cafés and restaurants, gift shops etc and a climb up La Rocca overlooking the town is well worth it. We will be back!

The Adil’s apartment is like on the photos. The two principal rooms are big. One with 3 beds and the other one with 2 beds. The third room don’t have windows and a double bed. The kitchen is small, but enough for preparing a quick lunch or a breakfast. It is really near Central Station, so it’s very easy to arrive by train from the airport. Adil answers you quickly when you have questions and always try to help you.

We are traveling as a party of 4: an elderly couple, an adult couple and a 5-year-old child, and without a car, only by public transport. The accommodation is a large family apartment on the second floor. The windows are well soundproofed, so we're not bothered by street noise. The kitchen is very well equipped. The neighborhood isn't very interesting, but it's a 15-minute walk to Porta Nueva and the Normands Palace, and a 15-minute walk to a train station. The central station is a 30-minute bus ride away. Sergio and his wife were very welcoming and friendly. In short, we recommend this accommodation.

Highly recommend staying here! We stayed for a week and it was a great base to enjoy Palermo from. The kitchen is well equipped and the balcony is great. I was working during the stay and the WiFi was very reliable. Michele was a great host and we would stay here if we were in Palermo again.

Fernando's flat was big and clean. We spent a lovely week there. The location is right in the market area, and free parking is about a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend staying here

Such a cute and quiet place to get away from the city just what we needed! Tania was so nice and we were able to hang out in the garden, pick the fig trees, have eggs from her chickens! Just incredible experience!

The apartment is located in the best Palermo’s area, everything reachable by foot and amazing bars and restaurants few minutes walking distance. The apartment is perfect for 2-4 people, everything you need is inside and it is super cozy and beautiful. On top of it, Enrico is a very helpful and kind host. I highly recommend this place.

Unser Aufenthalt in Lillis Haus war einfach perfekt....Lilli hat alles bestens organisiert...Wegbeschreibung... Empfang durch Giovanni ....kleiner Proviant....Kommunikation auch top mit ihr....antwortet sofort....das Haus ist ein kleines Schmuckstück und der Garten mit den vielen exotischen Bäumen, der Blick auf die Berge, der tolle Pool, die Ruhe, einfach herrlich. Giovanni ist die gute Seele des Anwesens und hat immer einen Tipp auf Lager...die Umgebung ist toll, besonders das kunstvolle Parrini hat uns sehr gefallen. Danke Lilli für die super Gastfreundschaft! Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit, und liebten deinen Pool. Hoffen irgendwann wiederzukommen....

We had a thoroughly enjoyable week and although we had a couple of problems they were addressed quickly. The location is beautiful, peaceful and private. The space was a perfect size for our family of four and we could have managed another two people easily. The pool was a bit cold in October but that was somewhat to be expected - the sea is warmer though. The house is finished to a very high standard. Whilst the drive to the property isn't for the feint hearted, it's worth it when you get there. There is a good but small supermarket about 3km away on the main road. Local highlights include Scopello which has a number of nice restaurants and a small private beach (where Oceans 12 was filmed). We enjoyed hiking in the nature reserve which is ~5km away and had nice secluded beaches to swim off (head further than the first beach). Further afield the salt pans in Trapani are good and we enjoyed a food tour of Balastrate and an olive oil/wine tour of the Augustali farm (through AirBnB)

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans la villa Normanno! L’intérieur est spacieux et confortable, la piscine est somptueuse, et surtout la vue est à couper le souffle ! Pino nous a réservé un très bon accueil et est très sympa et réactif. Mention spéciale pour Salvina, la super cheffe-coque qui nous a fait découvrir l’authentique cuisine sicilienne grâce a ses délicieux plats cuisinés avec passion. En plus de cela, elle est chaleureuse et dévouée: elle n’a pas hésité à m’accompagner chez la pédiatre lorsque notre bébé est tombé malade, elle nous a prêté son aérosol et a cuisiné un délicieux gâteau pour les enfants. Salvina est une perle. Le personnel de ménage est également très compétent et sympathique. Ce voyage fut vraiment une expérience unique avec un service de qualité et irréprochable. Nous n’avons qu’une seule envie: y retourner au plus vite!

Stunning Airbnb with spectacular views overlooking Scopello. The house is even nicer than the pictures. Beautiful pool, lovely sun porch on second floor, and hot tub was great for the cool early April nights. Sara, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful with recommendations. The house was in a very quiet, peaceful hamlet outside Scopello. It is tucked away down a gravel road, so it was very helpful to have Sara meet us near town and drive the last stretch to the house. We hope to return!

We lived in this beautiful villa for a month working remote. We loved everything in this house; the environment in the countryside but still close to nearby villages and beach, privacy, views and the house itself with everything you could hope for, and the garden. The house was very clean and tidy and it really felt like home. Communication was always perfect. We recommend 100%!

En dejlig uge i et hyggeligt og fredfyldt hus. Udsigten fra terrassen er utrolig smuk, og stedet passede også for børnene, da der var fin plads omkring huset, og legesager der dækkede behovet for vores 3 børnebørn ( 3 til 8 år). Poolen var flot og lidt kølig ( solen fik ikke varmet så meget). Eneste kritik er højden på køkkenbordet, og mangel på varmt vand på første sal. Men så badede vi blot i et af de andre baderum.

Great house! We really liked the main living space and peaceful terrace. Pietro offered some great local recommendations and was very responsive when arranging arrival/departure. The main road is not particularly inviting but that is forgotten once you are through the gate and up the steep access road to reveal the amazing views of the coast. I'd say car hire is essential to make the most of your visit, but the local beach and restaurant are walkable. Overall we liked this place more and more with each passing day.

We absolutely loved our stay. The villa was perfect for a large group of people. In our case, we had an extended (3week) family reunion with lots of people coming and going during that time. Vincenzo and his family were so welcoming and helpful and their restaurant and winery recommendations were fantastic. The facility is just as beautiful as it looks in the photos. It felt like we were living in a palace. The hot tub was wonderful especially for the younger crowd. Vincenzo arranged for a chef to come in one evening to cook a meal for us - it was absolutely delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience!

We loved staying at Roberto's place - he's a great host! We appreciated the pristine pool area (with a lovely, separate, bathroom) and the outdoor seating areas. We travelled with our 1.5 year old daughter and teenage sons - both the place, outdoor area and distance to the beach (easy to walk with a stroller!) turned out to be perfect for us. We really enjoyed our week and would come back any day!
