Appartamento grazioso e ben organizzato. Delizioso spazio esterno anche se non lo abbiamo utilizzato. Molto carino abbinamento biancheria bagno con disegno doccia. Grande TV.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Airbnb war einfach traumhaft. Das Haus war groß, makellos sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet – wir hatten wirklich alles, was wir brauchten. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre hat uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Ein besonderes Highlight war der private Pool, in dem wir viele entspannte Stunden verbracht haben. Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis für unsere Tochter waren die fünf niedlichen und freundlichen Hunde, die ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück lebten. Sie liebte es, Zeit mit ihnen zu verbringen! Die Hunde hatten jedoch keinen Zutritt zum Haus oder zum Garten, was für uns auch sehr angenehm war. Wir können dieses Airbnb jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen erholsamen und komfortablen Urlaub im Süden Sardiniens verbringen möchte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Flavio e Maria sono molto accoglienti e hanno sempre risposto e cercato di soddisfare ogni richiesta sia sulle informazioni locali che pratiche! Il posto è molto suggestivo di fronte al mare aperto, appena attraversato la strada si trovano calette tra gli scogli dove stare, e a pochi minuti si trova la spiaggia dorata di Pistis. Stavamo cercando un luogo silenzioso a contatto con la natura marina, che comunque ci permettesse spostamenti per visitare le aree della zona e questo ha le caratteristiche per godere sia del mare che spostarsi nella vicina Otranto, penisola del Sinis, Cabras e tutta la costa Verde con la sua meravigliosa natura selvaggia ! Lo consiglio a chi ama scoprire queste zone

È stata un’esperienza fantastica! La prima volta in Sardegna è stata indimenticabile anche grazie alla casa di Giacomo :) Esattamente come descritta, è un gioiellino nel cuore della accogliente Simaxis, vicina a tutto quello che può servirti e con un orto che regala una tranquillità ormai dimenticata. Giacomo è stato un host fantastico, disponibilissimo e pronto ad accogliere tutte le nostre richieste: la casa ci è stata data con tutto quello che ci serviva per una vacanza perfetta! Se cercate un alloggio che vi permetta di spostarvi in tutta l’isola, beh: l’avete trovato!

Il paese sebbene un po' disastrato dal punto di vista urbanistico è in una splendida posizione . L'appartamento è spazioso e completo di tutto il necessario. La vista che si ha sul mare è molto bella. Un terrazzo è a disposizione sul piano della cucina dove si può tranquillamente cenare e godere il tramonto. Claudio e Francesca non erano presenti ma una parente ci ha accolto al check-in e check-out dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per il soggiorno.

We spent 4 nights at Nicola's beautiful place. Nicola is a great host, always very responsive and attentive. He gave us restaurants suggestions and great instructions to make check-in and check- out a breeze. Thank you for your kindness, hospitality, and warm heart. It meant a lot for us, we felt like home! The apartment is excellent, modern, clean and as described. The big balcony is a bonus for both day and evening. The apartment is very conveniently located close to the beaches, with great restaurants nearby, shops, and supermarkets. Secure parking and washer are a big bonus. Thank you Nicola for everything. Appartamento pulito alla perfezione, check in molto dettagliato e host molto gentile e preciso a dare indicazione per il benessere all’interno della struttura e anche molto preciso nel dare indicazioni se si ha bisogno di orientarsi nel posto. Kit di accoglienza molto assortito, sia kit doccia che attrezzature per la cucina e per lavatrice. Host sempre disponibile per qualunque esigenza e risponde in poco tempo.Molto consigliato.

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum 2. Mal in der Wohnung, da uns die Lage direkt am Strand, die schönen Strände der Umgebung sowie die Erreichbarkeit von Restaurants/Strand Bars sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Wohnung ist immer kühl und besonders auf der Terrasse kann man es zu jeder Tageszeit und Hitze gut aushalten. Auch für Grundausstattung in der Küche (Öl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, Spüli,...) ist gesorgt. Ansonsten trifft meine Bewertung vom letzten Jahr weiterhin zu - einfach ein toller Ort, um entspannte Urlaubstage zu verbringen!

Michele's apartment is half of a countryside house (perfect for a couple or a small family) where his sister is living alongside. We feel at home at the moment we arrive. Guests have ultimate privacy and in the meantime the help from hosts anytime. There is a big, beautiful garden with a hammock, loungers and patios. There is also a BBQ furnace, which is an additional asset. The kitchen is fully equipped. You live there with nine cute cats raised by the owner, they are very friendly to guests. Michele and his sister have been extremely responsive and helpful in our one-week stay in the beautiful island. I highly recommend this to you who wants to base the west coast of Sardegna! P.s. Mein Aufenthalt in Michele’s Wohnung hat mir sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und es war alles da, was man braucht. Das Auto konnte man sehr gut davor parken. Michele ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich fand es unglaublich schön, am Abend auf dem großen Balkon zu sitzen und zu beobachten, wie die Sonne im Meer versinkt. Auf dem Balkon steht sogar ein Sofa, auf dem man super entspannen kann. Die Umgebung bietet sehr gute Wandermöglichkeiten und schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto auch schnell erreichbar. Ich würde sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Appartamento fornito di tutto,persino di ciò che normalmente ci si porta da casa in questo tipo di soggiorno ( cibi, detersivi e varie). Comodo, tranquillissimo,luminoso. Ottima qualità dei letti e cuscini, elettrodomestici perfetti, pulizia eccellente ed estrema gentilezza e disponibilità del nostro host.

Went for a quick weekend trip with some friends! Had the absolutely best time thanks to Marwan! Absolutely stunning place and great area! So much to when you’re just chilling around the apartment!! So clean and organized! Also Marwan was an amazing host who was so flexible and great setting us in!! Would come back every year!!!

Wir waren sehr gespannt auf diese wohnung. Mit 2 Terassen, aussendusche und blick aus Meer. Alles wurde erfüllt. Und der Plattenspieler hat auch toll funktioniert. Eine echt schnucklige Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Die Komunikation mit Michele hat auch bestens funktioniert.

Прекрасна,чиста квартира для короткочасного перебування і ознайомлення з містом.Розташована в самому центрі в історичній будівлі з великою терасою з видом на порт.Однозначно рекомендую бажаючим зупининится в Cagliari.

O apartamento de Lorenzo é novo, a decoração é maravilhosa, extremamente limpo, bem localizado, próximo de farmácia, supermercados, cafés, tabacaria, restaurante e principalmente perto da praia. Lorenzo é um anfitrião muito educado e prestativo. Nós recomendamos o apartamento de Lorenzo.

Carlas Apartment war für uns als kleine Familie genau richtig - nicht zu klein, sehr sauber und die Küche war super ausgestattet, um auch schnell mal etwas kochen zu können. Der Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeizen sind schnell erreicht. Carla war auch immer zuverlässig und schnell erreichbar. Wenn wir in Torre Grande sind, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Abbiamo passato un bellissimo tempo nel appartamento. La vista sul mare e meravigliosa ed anche se a volte era troppo freddo per mangiare fuori, ci siamo seduti davanti alla finestra che va sul mare e quindi era quasi come essere fuori! Il padre di Mauro ci ha dato dei consigli di dove andare. Ci siamo trovati molto bene!
