Torre Delle Stelle (Maracalagonis) : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

The house & beautiful garden are brilliant in every way.There is absolutely everything you need and more for a perfect,relaxing holiday-which we had.The house is modern,bright&pristine with great attention to detail throughout. We loved the outdoor terrace.The location,quiet &private is great,an easy walk to a beautiful beach.The island is beautiful,so many fabulous beaches. staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

Fin dal check-in si sono premurati di venirci incontro avendo due bambini piccoli. La villa, il giardino, il terrazzo, la vicinanza dal mare raggiungibile in pochi secondi sono superiori all’aspettativa, le foto non riescono a rendere giustizia allo splendido contesto. I proprietari presenti al piano di sotto si sono dimostrati gentili, disponibili e riservati fino a offrirci un delizioso maialino allo spiedo l’ultima sera. Torneremo senz’altro quanto prima, grazie!

Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, preis-Leistung unschlagbar, man hört das Meer rauschen, so nah ist es, sehr nette Gastgeber.

The day we were to arrive Mario reached out and said that we could check in early, which we did after picking up our rental car. He showed us all around the house how to operate things, and where items were that we may need. He talked about local restaurants and places to see, and he had also sent us a slew of information before we even arrived to review. He was very warm and welcoming, had a bottle of wine and snacks available for us for that first day. His house was immaculate, and it was in a great location with beautiful surroundings. During the seven days we were there we didn’t have any problems, he reached out three or four times just to see if we needed anything, and we were very appreciative for him. He made it super easy to check in and very easy to check out, we were grateful for the hospitality that he provided to us, it was like visiting family!

Massimo è un ottimo host. Sempre gentile e disponibile. L'alloggio è piccolo ma carino e curato e soprattutto in ottima posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi in pochissimi minuti. L'unico problema è stato il caldo il giorno di arrivo perché la seconda camera da letto non è fornita di condizionatore. Massimo, però, si è subito attivato per fornirci un nuovo ventilatore che ha risolto il problema. Una bella sorpresa è stata trovare un buon vermentino fresco in frigo offerto dal padrone di casa! In definitiva è stata una bellissima esperienza. Torneremo sicuramente a Costa Rei e da Massimo!

Wir sind sehr herzlich von Barbara empfangen worden, sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Man merkt, dass Barbara „Casa Alma“ mit viel Herz eingerichtet hat und es pflegt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Belle maison à quelques pas de la plage. Tout le confort nécessaire et un logement spacieux, bien équipé. Facilité pour stationner la voiture devant le portail de la maison. Nous y sommes allés en décembre donc il n'y avait aucun voisin, nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et son environnement paisible et bien entretenu.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

Die kleine Wohnung in der Villa von Theresia war für uns 4 (2 Erw., 2 K.) perfekt. Klein und fein! Der Blick von der eigenen Terrasse auf die Lagune, der Pool, die Schildkröten im Garten, die Liegen am Strand… es war einfach traumhaft schön! Dazu die total nette Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Theresia und vor Ort mit Paola (ausschließlich auf italienisch, aber mit Händen, Füßen und Google Translator haben wir uns verstanden ;-)). Sogar für unser erstes Abendessen mit Wein und ein Frühstück war liebevoll gesorgt. Rundum 5 Sterne wert!!! Wir überlegen schon, wann wir wieder kommen :-)

Den Sommer nochmals genossen im ruhigen und sauberen Reihenhaus mit dem Wintergarten und der Terrasse auf 2 Seiten. Ebenfalls den nahen Sandstrand mit dem flachen Ufer und das Schnorcheln. Der Supermarkt war leider bereits geschlossen, aber in Pula konnte gut eingekauft werden. Danke dir nochmals Sabrina!

Ich liebe Solanas schon seit meiner Kindheit. Das Haus von Andrea liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Der Ausblick vom Balkon zum Meer ist atemberaubend schön. Andrea hat es uns leicht gemacht uns direkt willkommen und wohl zu fühlen. Er war immer zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Am Morgen nach der Ankunft hat uns Andrea viele Tipps für Locations und Unternehmungen geschickt. Wir danken Andrea für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. 🫶🏻

Lieber Lorenzo, vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Woche, die wir in Deinem Haus verbringen konnten. Hier stimmt wirklich rundherum alles. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in der Unterkunft von Paolo und Alessia! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben und sogar noch besser. Da wir unsere Flitterwochen gefeiert haben, haben die beiden die Wohnung liebevoll und romantisch für uns dekoriert – eine wunderschöne Überraschung! Die Lage war ideal, die Wohnung super sauber und gemütlich, und Paolo und Alessia waren die perfekten Gastgeber: herzlich, aufmerksam und immer bereit, mit Tipps und Empfehlungen zu helfen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Un endroit extraordinaire, avec sa terrasse surplombante la mer et l’accès direct à la plage. La maison est agréable et la literie confortable. L’équipement est presque parfait. Un micro-ondes et un grille pain auraient été vraiment utiles. Nous remercions chaleureusement Giorgio pour sa disponibilité et ses recommandations de bons plans dans les environs.

Wir haben die absolut ruhige Lage, die traumhafte Aussicht und die wunderschönen Wandermöglichkeiten direkt von der Unterkunft weg sehr geschätzt. Anna hat sich super um uns gekümmert und bei einem Stromausfall direkt dafür gesorgt, dass der Stromanbieter zeitnah eine Lösung bereitgestellt hat. Es sind mehrere Strände in unterschiedlicher Entfernung, die zu Fuß erreichbar und sehr schön sind. Die Küche ist ein bisschen eng aber extrem gut ausgestattet. Es gibt alles, was man braucht, sogar eine Salatschleuder, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Nicht nur von der wunderbaren Terrasse sondern auch direkt vom Esstisch aus so einen fantastischen Blick zu haben, wird uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wunderschönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in Strandnähe, Michaela war stets super erreichbar und hat für uns Restaurants reserviert und war immer sehr bemüht. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub machen möchte ist dort perfekt aufgehoben!

Vacanza programmata per incontrare il figlio che risiede negli Stati Uniti ma possiede una casa in zona. Bell'appartamento, ben organizzato, sufficientemente fresco anche nelle giornate più calde (sino a 36 °C), tanto che abbiamo acceso i condizionatori solo una-due volte per rinfrescarlo prima di andare a dormire. Molto pratica e ben fornita la cucina dotata di un ampio frigorifero, bagno ben organizzato, possibilità di fare la doccia sia fredda che calda anche nel piccolo giardino esterno. Località tranquilla, parcheggio privato, bella spiaggia nelle immediate vicinanze raggiungibile a piedi. Host disponibile e gentile. Non abbiamo avuto la necessità di contattarla durante il soggiorno, ed è cortesemente venuta a salutarci alla partenza.

Siamo felici di essere tornati da Luca , la casa è ancora più bella di 2 mesi fa , il giardino sempre incantevole il mare fantastico. Luca sempre super gentile e disponibile ci ha fatto trovare dei bellissimi doni al nostro arrivo, la casa super pulita e ordinata grazie. ancora Luca.
