myself and my wife stayed in early October 2024. Massimiliana's place is in a great location. It is close to the beach, bakers and local restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The free parking is a real bonus. Massy, gave clear instructions including photos to help with our arrival and she met us to show us around. The apartment was very clean and a good size for us. The Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils, a microwave would have been a bonus but we managed easily with the hob. The fridge freezer was new. Cleaning materials and rubbish bags were provided and there was also a washing machine, which was spotless and worked really well. Massy even provided pegs ! The double bed is comfortable and there were bedside tables with nearby plugs and a large wardrobe in both rooms to keep things tidy. Breakfast at Sunrise on the terrace was beautiful and there is also a BBQ in the garden. I would definitely recommend Massy's place if you are visiting this area.

Francesca welcomed us in person and was a great host. She was great to communicate with, both before and during our stay. And the house. It is easily one of the most beautiful ones we've stayed in. The floors, the walls and the furniture are amazing and it felt like a real privilege to live here, if just for a few days. Some days we could park the car just outside the door, and when that spot was taken there was a bigger parking lot just a minutes walk away. Highly recommend!

Wow!! What a beautiful place! If you get the chance to stay at Ilaria's, we highly recommend it! From the very generous and varied snack and breakfast options, to the well-stocked kitchen (cooking utensils and oils, spices etc) to the thoughtfully decorated and designed rooms. This place was a great base to explore the region from. Our Lancia Ypsilon was able to fit into the secure garage without issue. The pocket wifi worked great. The kitchen heater was very efficient, the other heater in the main corridor less so. The bathroom had plenty of towels, rugs, hair dryer, etc that you could need. There was even a washing machine and plenty of beach friendly equipment. Check in was flexible and very easy. Would highly recommend!

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. Zawsze gdy zwiedzam nieznane zakątki szukam lokum w miejscach gdzie mogę wchłonąć klimat i życie mieszkańców. Wynajem u Simony to to czego potrzebowałam😁 Śniadania i kolację na świeżym powietrzu w ogrodzie/patio w towarzystwie przemiłych 🐈🐈‍⬛ i 🐢 cisza i spokój. Bez wielkomiejskiego zgiełku😍Cennym jest brak problemu z parkowaniem. Nie licz na pozostawienie auta koło domu ale możesz liczyć na na zaparkowanie w wyznaczonym miejscu o każdej porze. Do tej otoczki należy dodać mentalność mieszkańców ❤️ którzy przyjęli nas jak swoich Apartament przestronny z wyposażeniem MAX wszystko co potrzebujesz😉 Lokalnie, spacerkiem zrobisz wypad na 🍕 lub 🍤. Polecam też wypad na ☕️ 🥐 a wszystko to za przystępną cenę Ma miejscu mini market. W niewielkiej odległości jest supermarket wyposażony we wszystko😁 No i gospodarze… cóż o nich🤷‍♀️ Dobre dusze, z życzliwym sercem😍 martwiący się o Ciebi gdzieś z ukrycia, bo ich nie widać. Służący pomocą i radami. Tam poczujesz się bezpiecznie🤗

The house was exactly as described, had everything you need for peaceful vacation. The only small thing was; there were no dishwashers , so I needed to be the one 😉. The beach is 300 mt away, but even that was not something to affect my day (not mentioning my partner who needed to carry a sup twice a day 😆. ) The beach is just great with great beach bar with great prices and even greater service. We do hope to be back, but next time for more time! On the end, I really recommend the place. btw: Marta is really really nice

Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

🏖️ Onze vakantie bij Francesco was super. We komen graag nog eens terug en raden dit verblijf sterk aan als je nood hebt aan rust. 🌄Het verzorgde terrein heeft een prachtig aangelegde tuin/olijfgaard. Het zwembad was altijd heel proper en had een aangename temperatuur. 🛌 Het appartement is groot, heel proper en makkelijk koel te houden dankzij de airco's. de keuken en badkamer zijn goed voorzien van materiaal. Het bed sliep zalig! 🍳Ontbijt is optioneel. De gedekte tafel staat in de schaduw op je te wachten, met prachtig uitzicht. Warme of verse items werden gebracht zodra je aan tafel zat. Alles was heerlijk! Probeer zeker de huisgemaakte yoghurt en de 'beaten eggs'. 📌🏝️Francesco communiceert proactief, geeft tips in verband met de omgeving (=een kaart van Sardinië waarop hij vanalles aanduidde). Francesco respecteert je privacy en is nooit opdringerig. Hij is altijd bereikbaar via what's app. Iedereen is er enorm vriendelijk, verwelkomend en behulpzaam. 🙏

Wir haben uns sofort unglaublich wohl gefühlt in Deboras geschmackvoll und perfekt eingerichtetem Haus. Debora hat uns sogar einen guten Rotwein und Wasser zur Begrüßung hingestellt.Danke dafür! Auch die wunderbaren Außenanlagen luden ein am Haus zu verweilen.Jede Terrasse ist liebevoll gestaltet und es fehlte an nichts. Wir waren jeden Morgen in der schönen gemütlichen Bucht schwimmen, haben Brötchen im tollen Supermarkt geholt( er gleicht eher einer Feinkosthandlung) um dann auf der schönen Terrasse zu frühstücken. Und das alles fussläufig. Am Nachmittag ging’s dann nochmal an den Strand incl.Strandbarbesuch. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne, erholsame Zeit! Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und werden das Rauschen des Meeres vermissen, welches wir vom Haus aus hören konnten. Eine Empfehlung!!

L’appartement offre une superbe vue , et le tout dans un cadre très apaisant et calme , non loin de plusieurs bus . Environ 20mn ( a pied) du centre selon où l’on souhaite se rendre . le logement été très confortable et surtout d’une propreté incroyable !!! Andrea a été très réactif et mon accueil s’est fait par Juliet qui été très souriante et qui m’a partager plein de chouette adresses ! Ils ont été tout deux très disponible et très aimable ! Je recommande !

Beautiful, modern and clean apartment with stunning views from everywhere (garden, bedroom, living room,…). Antonella and her husband were very sympathetic and helpful. We felt right at home. We cooked in the very well equipped kitchen and enjoyed quiet BBQ dinners on the Terrasse/garden with sunset and views on the lighthouse. Our kids enjoyed it as well and loved the provided toys. Thank you very much! Our vacations couldn’t have been better! Looking forward to staying with you again!

Casa molto curata e pulitissima. Dotata di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno al mare (dalle stoviglie, pentole, padelle fino a griglia per barbecue). È a pochi minuti di macchina dalla costa, ma non ha vista mare, se non per la stanza con balcone (comunque abbastanza lontana). Gli host sono stati estremamente disponibili e flessibili, accogliendo tutte le nostre richieste. Unica cosa: se si decide di cucinare, la casa risulta molto scomoda per via della sua struttura, che presenta la cucina al piano terra e il patio esterno con il tavolo al piano di sopra (in corrispondenza di una stanza e se bagno); il che costringe a dover portare su e giù tutto il necessario.

Le logement de Cristina est juste genial, emplacement tres pratique à 50m de la gare, 10min a pied du centre à peine. Le logement en lui même était très propre, fidèle aux photos, même plus grand que sur les photos. Cristina pense à laisser des petites choses très pratique dans le airbnb (sac de courses, thé, café, sucre, huile, vinaigre, tupperware…). Cristina est très très réactive, elle fait de son mieux pour que le séjour se passe bien, donne de très bonnes adresses. Merci à elle

Die Wohnung ist einfach nur schön! Klein aber reicht völlig aus für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Tolle private Terrasse hinter dem Haus und beim Eingang ein gemeinsamer Aussenbereich plus Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Der Pool ist auch cool aber das beste ist die Aussendusche mit warmem Wasser! Ein wunderschöner Sandstrand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Paolo zeigte uns am 1. Tag die Gegend mit seinem Auto, er ist ein sehr netter, fürsorglicher Host, man fühlt sich sehr familiär. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder 🤩

Top location to enjoy the beach. The large, clean and beautiful beach of Costa Rei is 100m away at the end of a private path. The apartment is recently renovated and everything is new. Very confortable and well equipped. Good communication with the owners who are using the other part of the house as holidays home during the week-ends. I do recommend and I am looking for going back.

What a great location at the center of Cagliari in the Marina District. This location is like the epicenter of the city with convenient access to Via Roma, the port and walking along the sea, the train/bus terminal, excellent food sources (fruits and vegetables), local spa at the HRH hotel, and much more. I stayed for 4 weeks and was very happy there. There is lots of light in the unit and all of the appliances including a washing machine work great. Well-equipped kitchen (two burner stove, no oven) and full size refrigerator were great for having meals at home. A really good place to stay in Cagliari.

Der Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo war eine wunderbare Erlebnis. Sie waren sehr nette Leute und Hilfsbereit. Die saubere und ordentliche Wohnung hat alles, was man für eine 4-köpfige Familie brauchen. Super geräumige Küche und Wohnbereich mit allem was man zum Kochen brauchen. Auch private Parkplätze abseits der Straße bei Bedarf nutzen. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Strand und ein Geschäfte, sowie Restaurant, Apotheke, MD Supermarkt und usw. Wenn sie ein wenig weiter fahren, haben sie die schönsten Strände mit türkisfarbenem Wasser finden. Einen Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo kann ich nur weitere empfehlen.

I booked this really nice place for a one week holiday with my boyfriend. Ilaria´s place is really clean and we felt like home immediately, she´s really nice and always helped us when we needed! I can suggest this place 100% :) It is in Quartu, a small town directly near Cagliari which is extremely close to the beach. You can actually walk to the beach in 10-15 Minutes! And on the way to the beach you can see the Flamingos who are now not afraid of people anymore and come really close. There are otherwise supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies and a few restaurants nearby. I suggest to go to Locanda Caddeo for a delicious aperitivo and to Frontemare for dinner. I suggest to book this place if you have a car, so you can move freely and explore the beatiful beaches on the way to Villasimius (like Baccu Mandara, Porto Sa Ruxi, Giunco, Punta Molentis) which are easier to reach starting from Quartu than from Cagliari. Cagliari is approx 15 Minutes away with the car or 30 Minutes with the bus.

Absolutely stunning location in a beautiful surrounding. The house is spacious and well furnished. The swimming pool is huge with a pretty garden. Riccardo and his wife are great hosts, could not ask for better people. Warm, friendly, communicative, helpful. Can't wait to go back again as one week is definitely not enough to explore the South of Sardinia. 5 stars all round.
