Posto pulitissimo, ordinato e moderno in zona estremamente comoda per spostarsi a piedi. Maurizio è una persona solare e disponibile. E' stato un piacere soggiornare in questa struttura!

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt mitten gleich hinter der Straße vor dem Stand. Also Ruhig aber alles in der Nähe super zu erreichen und zum Strand nur ein paar Schritte (auch wenn wir Ihn nur entlang spaziert sind am Abend aufgrund der Jahreszeit) Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig.

Eine wunderbare Wohnung, super durchdacht und perfekt umgesetzt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Alice ist eine sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur bestens empfehlen.

We’ve spent a great October week in Cervia with the family and there are three highlights of the apartment: (1) central location right at the Borgomarina close to the beaches and restaurants, (2) spacious place with 3 bedrooms and living room (3) Alessia as host is super friendly and helpful Watch outs: the parking is quite narrow - I would say it is recommended only for small/medium vehicles and it gets loud during the weekends however bedrooms are quiet. We certainly recommend this place if you’re looking for central location. Overall off-season stay in Cervia is absolutely worth it!

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Nicolò, Roberta und Thor hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen! ☺️ Wir sind zusammen mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter gereist, die bei uns im Bett geschlafen hat, und die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Der lange Sandstrand ist direkt vor der Tür (ein paar Meter) und überall sind kleine Spielplätze. Die Kommunikation mit Nicolò und Roberta hat auch immer reibungslos funktioniert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen, wenn wir noch mal in Rimini wären. Vielen Dank für alles! ☺️🤗

Merci à Laura pour son sympathique accueil. Logement de style local ancien, propre et bien agréable. La terrasse est bien clôturé ce qui était important pour nous avec nos 3 petits chiens. Laura est disponible, elle nous a donné de bonnes informations touristiques. Nous espérons revenir, la proximité de la plage de Bellaria-Igea à pied nous a séduit A 2 min à pied nous avons pu profiter des commerces dans la rue piétonne et son ambiance. I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Die Unterkunft von Davide ist sehr schön und entspricht den Fotos und Beschreibungen. Sie ist sehr großzügig und geräumig sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Die Lage ist perfekt, sodass man in wenigen Minuten am wunderschönen Strand und bei guten Restaurants ist. Ceriva ist auch sehr schön. Man kann viele interessante Städte besuchen und Davide ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wiederkommen.

This place is comfortable, clean and tidy. Communication with the host was good and clear. The only downside is there is nothing going on in the entire town when it’s off season. We felt like we were the only people in the entire village. However, I would recommend this place to anyone who’s just looking for a place to sleep and go out of town during the day.

Our stay in Rimini was truly wonderful! The apartment was ideally located, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by numerous restaurants and activities. Whether you wanted to relax by the sea or explore the vibrant local scene, everything was easily accessible on foot. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the private parking, which made our stay even more convenient. The host was exceptionally kind, flexible, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality added a special touch to our trip. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Rimini – it’s the perfect base for a memorable vacation!

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal mare e filobus ad alta velocità. Facilmente accesso a Richone e Rimini . Mare in 3 minuti a piedi. Dietro l'angolo c'è un bar, lo consiglio, le colazioni sono ottime. Appartamento con ingresso privato, c'è una piccola area. Adatto per 4,5 persone.Tutto sembra nella foto. I proprietari sono persone gentili che rispondono molto molto rapidamente. amichevole

Appartamento pulito e ordinato, accessoriato nei minimi particolari. Ottima la posizione... colazione sotto casa e cena in spiaggia (sempre sotto casa). Alberto molto gentile e paziente,in quanto il check-in e stato rimandato 3volte causa traffico,lui ci ha aspettato sotto casa per la consegna delle chiavi e accompagnarci nell'appartamento. Matteo was a great host and his apartment was spotless, perfect for what we needed and he was super helpful. Would highly recommend his place if staying in Cattolica... it is very well placed for the best Cattolica has to offer.
