The house is very beautiful, private and in a great environment. The host is very friendly and communicative. It can be used perfectly by a family or friends. The pool isn’t big but perfect to cool down and the beach is only 30 minutes away. You can’t really do much sightseeing in the neighbourhood, but if you are looking for a vacation to relax, then you are in the right place! Also, the house has many features such as table tennis, kicker and more. We would come back anytime!

this is by far our favourite experience ever on airbnb. the place is absolutely stunning and even better than described - it had everything we needed including an amazing speaker, which definitely made our holiday to the point we didn't even leave the place other than to go to the supermarket. the kitchen is a dream with everything that cn be possibly needed to cook amazing meals and the bedroom and bed is super comfy. Marissa is such a kind and friendly host, super responsive and flexible, it made the experience absolutely memorable. we were so sad to leave, that we're already planning to come back next year.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso in questa location rurale immersa tra colline verdi e ulivi. Il posto è un vero paradiso per chi cerca relax e tranquillità. La piscina e la vasca idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta, perfette per ricaricare le energie. Anche il nostro gatto ha adorato l'atmosfera tranquilla e la casa. Daniele è stato estremamente accogliente, gentile e disponibile (ad ogni orario!), facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Consigliamo questa esperienza a chiunque voglia staccare dalla routine e godersi un angolo di pace in mezzo alla natura. Torneremo sicuramente!

Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in dem Haus richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war toll und hat besonders den Kindern total gut gefallen. Der Pool ist ansprechend und super für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Im Garten wachsen Feigen Bäume mit super leckeren Früchten. Fabio hat uns begrüßt und verabschiedet und zwischendurch immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist - ein wirklich toller Service. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region kommen ist Fabio sicher unsere erste Wahl.

Freundliche Gastgeber mit süssem Hund. Ruighe Lage, perfekt ausgestattet. Etwas steile Treppe, ansonsten perfekt.

We werden goed ontvangen, een erg mooi huis waar we heerlijk tot rust zijn gekomen. Maurizo probeerde zo goed mogelijk met ons te communiceren, al was zijn engels niet altijd even goed te snappen. Maar ondanks dat had hij alles goed en duidelijk uitgelegd. We kregen zelfs een dag ontbijt van Maurizo, super lief! Alles was ook super schoon

Der Aufenthalt bei Marta war sehr angenehm und wir fühlten uns sehr Willkommen. Der Strand ist ca 5-10min von der Unterkunft erreichbar. Aufgrund der Hitze kann im Pool oder in allen Zimmern, welche klimatisiert sind abgekühlt werden. Marta stellte uns ein Booklet zur Verfügung mit den wichtigsten Informationen, sowohl in Englisch wie auch italienisch.

Moderne Wohnung in wunderschöner Anlage, sehr sauber und komfortabel, großer Pool und schöne Outdoor -Sitzgelegenheiten. Einfacher Check in.

Huge house in a beautiful location in the Italian country side. Lots of space and privacy. A lot of nice villages, a fortress and San Marino closeby.

Alloggio bellissimo! Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo che con il nostro arrivo Giulia l’host ci aveva preparato un dolce di benvenuto. Alloggio molto molto pulito e curato. Bagno pulito ed in ottimo stato. Casa favolosa. Posizione ottima con super market raggiungibile a piedi come la pizzeria ed il sushi. Host super gentile e disponibile. Esperienza da ripetere! Arrivati solo per una notte, Filippo gentilissimo mi ha mostrato la casa molto pulita, lenzuola profumate silenziosa offre un buon riposo anche se vicinissima al centro (5/10 minuti a piedi) inoltre erano presenti caffè e the, macchina del caffè e una bottiglia d'acqua al nostro arrivo. Host molto tranquillo e gentile

La location è perfetta, in posizione centrale e diretta sul canale, accogliente e molto intima. Valerio è stato molto gentile e professionale, consiglio a chiunque di alloggiare in questa struttura.

Siamo stati a Mondaino per il Motomondiale di Misono, ci siamo trovati benissimo con la casa, pulita, efficiente e con un panorama magnifico. Faccio i complimenti agli host per l’aiuto e le risposte veloci alle nostre domande. Speriamo di tornare al più presto! Altamente consigliata ☺️

We had a great time at Giovannis and Serines place! Giovanni proactively texted us tips for beaches, restaurants, activities, etc beforehand which was really nice, The appartment has everything you need, a great kitchen, everything was spotless clean. The terrace has great view of the castle montefiore and the garden is really beautiful too. You’ll for sure enjoy your time with them :)

AMAZING! This apartment was more than I ever could have imagined, sitting right in the center at the top of San Marino, the views are immaculate. It is just beneath one of the major towers and right next to the iconic “Witches Path.” If you’re considering visiting San Marino, I highly recommend you stay the night (or a few nights) and book this AirBnb it’s beautiful on the interior and the terrazzo outside has the most stunning views of the city below. The location is walkable to everything in the castle in a matter of minutes including the best restaurants and touristy shopping. Most importantly it is SO CLOSE to the towers and museums. This is the perfect place for a quick stay in San Marino!

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

Wir sind so liebevoll aufgenommen worden und extra für uns wurde noch einmal die Zeit unserer Ankunft aus Mailand aktualisiert. Die Unterkunft war so wundervoll groß, hell, sauber, modern und chic ausgestattet. Sehr sehr verkehrsgünstig zu Fuß und mit Auto gelegen. Sehr gute Klimaanlage! Die Vermieter haben uns noch viele Discounts für Bagnio, Essen Unternehmungen gegeben. Bettwäsche, Seife, Handtücher, Shampoo waren wie ein sehr gutes Hotel vorhanden. Die Küche fantastisch ausgestattet. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Strand alles sofort fussläufig möglich. Wir waren sehr glücklich dort und würden am liebsten immer dort leben.

Ad accoglierci è la mamma di Silvia, molto simpatica, disponibile e premurosa, ti fà sentire a tuo agio. Un pò la mamma di tutti gli ospiti. La località di Gabicce Monte è molto tranquilla ma con ottimi ristoranti, pizzerie e gelaterie dove trascorrere le serate. Consigliato a tutti.

Wir waren vier Nächte mit zwei Kindern in der Wohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Richtig viel Platz - zwei Badezimmer und tolle Lage. Ruhig und doch mittendrin. Gloria hat sehr schnell bei Fragen geholfen. Grazie mille!

Davide's house is magical, set inside the castle walls of the fabulous Castle Gradara. The house is amazing with everything we needed for our stay as a family of 4 and Monica was very welcoming and helpful. I can't recommend staying here enough. thank you Davide.

Merci pour ce séjour, lieu très paisible avec une belle vue sur San marino. La maison est très bien pour l'été car elle garde la fraîcheur. La literie est très confortable. Nicolas et sa grand mère ont été très accueillants.
