Torre Pedrera : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Siamo stati a Cattolica in occasione della MotoGP e Cristina e il suo alloggio sono stati perfetti per la nostra mini vacanza. le 4 biciclette a disposizione super utili per noi per raggiungere il circuito, la casa perfetta per 4 e dotata di ogni comfort, vicinissima al centro che abbiamo raggiunto a piedi! gentili, cordiali e a disposizione per tutto! ci ritorneremo di sicuro! grazie di cuore!

L'appartamento è davvero bellissimo, esattamente come descritto e mostrato nelle foto, se non addirittura più bello! Una menzione speciale per l'host Giovanna: risponde immediatamente ai messaggi, è molto disponibile e ha permesso un check-out flessibile. Consigliatissimo!

Lovely place to stay, beds comfy, close to bars and restaurants. Great location. Nice garden area closed in, good for young kids.

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento indipendente per 10 giorni. Tutte le informazioni fornite da Gloria si sono rivelate estremamente corrispondenti alla realtà. La posizione è strategica per potersi godere sia il mare che il porto canale e il centro di Cesenatico. Gli spazi in casa sono molto ampi e ben organizzati. La cucina è super accessoriata e molto pulita, i bagni sembrano nuovi e anche le stanze meritano un buon giudizio. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono poi utilissime biciclette, molti libri e giochi per bambini, asciugamani e ombrellone per la spiaggia. Purtroppo le cattive condizioni meteorologiche non ci hanno permesso di sfruttare il giardino ma sicuramente torneremo così da provare l’ambiente esterno. Nonostante non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare Gloria di persona, ci ha comunque fatto sentire come a casa. Grazie davvero! Nicoletta & family

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Siamo stati ospiti di Sabrina, purtroppo non per vacanza, ma perché nostro figlio doveva fare un piccolo intervento chirurgico presso la clinica Montanari a Morciano. Sabrina e i suoi familiari sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto e dista pochi minuti dal centro di Morciano. Ha una bella vista panoramica e può essere anche un punto di appoggio per visitare la zona. Nelle vicinanze si trovano San Marino, Riccione, Cattolica e altri borghi interessanti.

Amazing stay! The apartment is perfect and you feel right at home immediately. Very close to beach and about a 10 min bike ride from the town. Would definitely come back!

Sono stata davvero bene nell’appartamento spazioso e pulito di Gabriele. La casa è come nelle foto. Tutto quello che serve per una vacanza tranquilla. Il letto comodo per un sonno riposante. La terrazza stupenda, anche se l’ho usato poco perché ha piovuto. Ho apprezzato molto il posto auto riservato.☺️ Il mare è a due passi 😻 Gabriele è stato sempre presente con i messaggi e a rispondere rapidamente alle mie domande. È un ottimo host. Ci ritornerò volentieri. Lo raccomando con tutto il cuore.

Our stay is Vincenzo's apartment was excellent! It is a comfortable two-bedroom apartment decorated with a lot of taste and love. We stayed here a bit longer, and it felt very much like being at home. The owners are extremely nice and helpful in case of any questions. I highly recommend this place to anybody who is plans to visit this part of Italy.

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Will certainly come back sometime. Thank you Elise for all the careful attention!

Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre zentrale Lage und die spektakuläre Aussicht aus dem höchsten Gebäude der Stadt. Wir haben uns durch die wohnliche Einrichtung gleich wohl gefühlt und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier. Plus: genug Platz in Schränken für unsere Kleidung, Espressokannen in allen Größen, Ventilatoren überall und viele nutzbare Nahrungsmittel; es gab sogar Sonnen- und Regenschirme! Kleines Minus: Der Bahnhofslärm ist vor allem nachts im Sommer unangenehm. Wer wie wir mit kleinen Kindern unterwegs ist, muss Einiges aus den Regalen weiter hoch legen 😅 Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

L'alloggio fornisce tutti i comfort del caso ed è relativamente vicino al mare. lo spazio esterno del terrazzo è estremamente curato (così come l'intero della casa) e perfetto per godersi il bel tempo ed il sole in serenità. Domenico e Michela sono degli ottimi host: rispondono velocemente, sono cordiali e pronti a venire incontro alle esigenze. Davvero consigliato. Un'esperienza da ripetere!

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal mare e filobus ad alta velocità. Facilmente accesso a Richone e Rimini . Mare in 3 minuti a piedi. Dietro l'angolo c'è un bar, lo consiglio, le colazioni sono ottime. Appartamento con ingresso privato, c'è una piccola area. Adatto per 4,5 persone.Tutto sembra nella foto. I proprietari sono persone gentili che rispondono molto molto rapidamente. amichevole

I loved the apartment's location on the main street in the old city center. On its long balcony, I could watch the colourful hustle and bustle of the street below me. Rarely do I have the pleasure of staying in an apartment that is so clean and fully equipped like Natalia's. It's the details that make another difference - it's visible that it is not one of a dozen apartments that an agency runs, but that somebody with heart and soul is caring for it.

Ми відпочивали в цьому помешканні 10 днів. Нам тут дуже сподобалось. Надзвичайно приємним бонусом є кондиціонер у кожній кімнаті. Валентина завжди була на зв'язку і готова допомогти. Помешкання просторе, дуже багато сучасної техніки. Також перевагою є те, що квартира розташована доволі близько від вокзалу і можна пішки дійти до поїзда.
