Appartamento curato rispecchia le foto dell’annuncio, zona ben servita di ristoranti e bar. Il vero plas è la spiaggia a pochi passi e il parco del mare comodissimo per lunghe e rilassanti passeggiate. Zona molto viva la sera.

We’ve spent a great October week in Cervia with the family and there are three highlights of the apartment: (1) central location right at the Borgomarina close to the beaches and restaurants, (2) spacious place with 3 bedrooms and living room (3) Alessia as host is super friendly and helpful Watch outs: the parking is quite narrow - I would say it is recommended only for small/medium vehicles and it gets loud during the weekends however bedrooms are quiet. We certainly recommend this place if you’re looking for central location. Overall off-season stay in Cervia is absolutely worth it!

It was an amazing apartament. It was a first apartament building to the sea. So the sea was like 15 meters away. The balcony has an amazing view of the sea, mountains and the beach. Overall the accommodation and the apartament itself, was very impressive. I would definitely recommend spending time there!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Nicolò, Roberta und Thor hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen! ☺️ Wir sind zusammen mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter gereist, die bei uns im Bett geschlafen hat, und die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Der lange Sandstrand ist direkt vor der Tür (ein paar Meter) und überall sind kleine Spielplätze. Die Kommunikation mit Nicolò und Roberta hat auch immer reibungslos funktioniert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen, wenn wir noch mal in Rimini wären. Vielen Dank für alles! ☺️🤗

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gepflegt. Schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Zentral gelegen und direkt am Strand.

ho soggiornato nell'appartamento per 2 notti con la mia ragazza, e ci siamo talmente innamorati dell'abitazione e della zona fino a prolungarci per un altra notte. Detto ciò consiglio vivamente a chi si vuole vivere un week end tranquillo di prendere in considerazione la posizione e la qualità della struttura.

Menzione speciale a “”mamma”” Simona che fin dal primo momento è stata gentile, disponibile e molto premurosa in tutto e per tutto. Appartamento nuovo di pacca, curato nei minimi dettagli, molto pulito e soprattutto con una personalità che ci ha fatto sembrare di stare a casa. Non mancava assolutamente nulla anzi c’era più di quello che serviva e nota interessante il parcheggio auto che ci ha fatto molto comodo viste le micro vie mono senso di Torre Pedrera facili da percorrere a piedi un po’ meno con l’auto.

It was a nice stay, the apartment was clean and at a very calm location. Annamaria was very helpful and ensured we had our stay as nice as possible. The neighbors can be a bit complicated, but as long as you keep it within the rules and follow the guidelines of Annamaria, there shouldn't be any problems. Would definitely recommend to people who like to explore the area during the day!

Marco ci ha accolto con una bottiglia di vino e una bottiglia di olio favoloso! Ci ha colpito l'ottimo assortimento base della casa: detersivi per la pulizia della casa e per la lavatrice, caffè, sale, olio, biscotti per la prima colazione...prodotti che di solito non sono compresi, oltre all'acqua fresca presente in frigorifero...questi sono i dettagli che fanno la differenza! Siamo stati molto bene, servizi e mare comodi, tanti consigli forniti da Marco su ristoranti e negozi in zona e ovviamente come grande plus il posto auto. Consigliamo l'appartamento di Marco e speriamo di tornare anche l'anno prossimo!

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und vor allem auch der Lage der Wohnung. 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe, sonst paar Minuten entfernt Parkplatz für 2 Euro am Tag. Die Wohnung liegt zwar zur Hauptstraße mit tollen Essens Möglichkeiten, aber trotzdem etwas privat, weil sie sich in einer Art Hinterhof befindet. Alessandro war stehts top erreichbar und konnte gute Empfehlungen geben, check in und check out total einfach mit code. Alles da, was man braucht für den Urlaub. Das einzige, was man beachten muss ist, dass das Wlan Signal schwach ist, weil man es sich teilt und man kann nicht mehrere Haushaltsgeräte gleichzeitig bedienen (z.b. Waschmaschine und Herd).

Świetnie spędzony pobyt. lepszego gospodarza nie ma co szukać w okolicy.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo BnB per due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La struttura è accogliente, pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli. La camera era spaziosa, perfetta per me e mio figlio, con letti comodi e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno rilassante. La posizione è ideale, vicina a tutte le attrazioni principali. L’host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, assicurandosi che avessimo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Torneremo sicuramente in questo splendido BnB e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un alloggio di qualità!

Die Wohnung ist ein kleines Juwel mit eigener Eleganz. Wir waren schon von den Fotos der Anzeige sehr angetan, die Wohnung hat dann bei Ankunft auch genau diesen entsprochen. Gleich hinter der Promenade in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, nur wenige Minuten zum freien Strand war die perfekte Lage für uns. Der Parkplatz im Hof kam uns mit Kombi sehr entgegen, auf der Straße war meist nur Platz für kleinere PKW frei. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und für 4 Personen perfekt. Sie war blitzsauber, gepflegt und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die beiden getrennten Toiletten sind sehr von Vorteil! Die tolle Dusche im hochwertigen Bad war sehr entspannend. Gianmaria ist sehr nett (viele Grüße von uns 4 und DANKE für die tolle Zeit) und steht für Fragen oder Probleme jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns während des Aufenthaltes wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen!

great place, as per pictures. Attilio was a very attentive host, he has helped me in all my needs. he went above and beyond and procured me a scale. I stayed for 2 months and it was very comfy.

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment von Luca war traumhaft schön! Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Beschreibungen und liegt sehr ruhig! Innerhalb von 2 Minuten ist man am Strand und an Einkaufsläden, Restaurants, etc. Die Kommunikation mit Luca hat durchweg sehr gut funktioniert. Selbst abends ist er auf unsere Anliegen eingegangen und hat uns zu jeder Zeit weitergeholfen. Luca ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, der es sehr wohl zu verstehen weiß, seinen Gästen wunderschöne Urlaubstage zu bereiten. Er ist freundlich, geduldig und super sympathisch. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal mare e filobus ad alta velocità. Facilmente accesso a Richone e Rimini . Mare in 3 minuti a piedi. Dietro l'angolo c'è un bar, lo consiglio, le colazioni sono ottime. Appartamento con ingresso privato, c'è una piccola area. Adatto per 4,5 persone.Tutto sembra nella foto. I proprietari sono persone gentili che rispondono molto molto rapidamente. amichevole

Enjoyed our 3 days in Alberto’s place in Cattolica. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. It was perfect for our needs and Alberto was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We don’t know if our future travels will bring us back here, but we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it as a place for anyone who might one day be in that area. Thanks, Alberto!!
