Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

La vivienda es tal y como se ve en las fotos. La ubicación es un poco liosa si te fías de google maps. Aunque es el número 80, en google maps debes poner el 74. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Es cierto que la tasa de limpieza es muy alta pero el resultado es sobresaliente. La cocina tiene DE TODO. Infinidad de utensilios para lo que necesites. La casa en general está muy bien equipada con todo tipo de comodidades. Sin duda hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa, de la tranquilidad de la zona y de lo bonita que es España.

Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Villa Sunshine ! Gezellig en smaakvol ingericht wat een huiselijk gevoel geeft. Er is gelet op kleine details wat een comfortabel en gastvrij effect heeft. De woonomgeving is erg rustig en stil waardoor je helemaal tot rust komt. Ook onze hond had het prima naar zijn zin en hij kon vrij en veilig in de tuin rondlopen omdat het helemaal afgezet is. Veel dank aan Barbara dat ze dit huis beschikbaar heeft gesteld. We voelden ons helemaal welkom. Barbara is heel vriendelijk en gericht op een goede en snelle communicatie wat een professionele indruk achterlaat. Hopelijk tot ziens Villa Sunshine :) ! Stayed at this villa in August 2024 and have to say, it has everything you’ll need for a nice and peaceful break. The pool was excellent as was the whole accommodation which was bigger than we thought and the website photos don’t do it justice as it was all amazing! Communication up to the holiday and check in was so easy and even though our arrival was after midnight we were met at the property as promised. You might want to hire a car, or taxi if you want to go to the beach and busier nightlife, although we were happy to be at the villa most days, it was so comfortable. Supermarket 5 minutes walk away which was perfect and had everything we needed. We were 4 adults and 3 children and had loads of room, with this villa having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect! I’d definitely recommend this villa as it is nice and quiet just away from busy areas and a chance to relax and unwind.

Wij verbleven een ruime week in het huis van Torry en Linda en ik kan alleen maar zeggen dat wij een geweldige tijd hebben gehad. Het huis was schoon en voorzien van alle nodige spullen zoals een geheel ingerichte keuken met vaatwasser, genoeg servies, etc. Het zelfde geldt voor de badkamers, genoeg handdoeken en baddoeken. Het zwembad werd goed onderhouden tijdens ons verblijf. Perfecte tijd gehad en zou zeker terugkomen!!

Loved the Villa, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for me and my guests. Loved the location, easy walk to La Zenia beach, Paddy's point area, Cabo Roig beach and Cabo Roig strip. Could also easily walk to La Zenia mall. Villa was clean and pool was fab. Quiet neighbourhood with parking right outside the villa gate. Would recommend!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish even tho we had to leave at 3;45am we still had a check out in person. There is everything that you can think of that you may need and More… I am sad to say that I spent at least an hour thinking of stuff that they may not have. Thought I had found something (egg cups) that was missing and lo and behold they were in one of the drawers. So helpful as on recent visits to Spain I have had to buy tin foil/cling film but NOT this time. It was all here. The spices and condiments in the little cupboard above the cooker was great as we were a long stayer so cooking was on the agenda🙃🙃 our host was very responsive and helpful every time we contacted her and we really appreciated it as we rocked up about 8hrs before we should but were welcomed with open arms. What a great host, lovely place (with friendly neighbours) and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for helping us to have a great extended holiday.

Han sido unos días muy buenos, la casa era perfecta de tamaño y en limpieza no me puedo quejar. La cocina está equipada con todos los grandes y pequeños electrodomésticos y vajilla completa. No necesitas llevar nada la verdad. Con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, señal WiFi perfecta y una terraza increíble pude hacer dos barbacoas sin problema. La piscina es grande y con zonas verdes. Era una zona muy tranquila si buscas un poco de paz es la mejor opción. Cerca queda el Mercadona y a 12 minutos el centro comercial La Zenia. Las playas quedan también a 15 minutos. Pero recomiendo la playa de la Zenia es perfecta, limpia y con restaurantes muy cerca. Yo fui con mis dos mascotas y ellos también disfrutaron de las playas para perros. Tuve un pequeño inconveniente con la TV pero pude arreglarlo. Alain que fue quien nos recibió siempre estuvo pendiente de lo que necesitáramos al igual que los dueños de la casa. En conclusión fue una maravillosa estancia y repetiría sin ninguna duda

We hebben als gezin een fantastische tijd gehad in dit appartement. Chris verwelkomde ons hartelijk en leidde ons rond. Het appartement is netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. De tuin biedt een comfortabele lounge en een kolen-BBQ, met voldoende schaduwplekken om van het warme Spaanse weer te genieten. Het zwembad ligt op loopafstand, en we hebben er volop van genoten. Chris is altijd snel bereikbaar en staat klaar om te helpen. Kortom, een aanrader voor wie de omgeving wil verkennen of gewoon wil genieten van zon, rust en het zwembad. Groeten, Fam de Konink

We had a brilliant stay house was lovely everything was spot on comfortable lovely fire place which was needed in dec plenty of cooking pots pans great oven used washing machine few times all great walk down hill to villiage but walking bk up was a killer car is useful. But thanks for great stay we will be bk x

Wij hebben heerlijk genoten. Vooral wat er allemaal in het huis aanwezig was. En het welkome met een fles rode wijn vergezeld van 2 mooie wijnglazen en een heerlijke vers gebakken citroencake. TOP.

Nourredine est un hôte vraiment réactif et bienveillant. Si vous avez la moindre question il y répondra sans aucun soucis et fera de son mieux pour vous donner toutes les infos utiles. J’y étais avec femme et enfants ( 3 enfants en bas âges) et cela s’est très bien passé! La maison est propre et spacieuse, le piscine est top, on a un magasin pour faire ses courses à 5min à pied et l’endroit est vraiment paisible. Au top si vous voulez vous reposer. On est à 5min en voiture de la plage. Je recommande vivement! À bientôt!

Nous étions aussi ravis de notre deuxième séjour chez Marc que du précédent. Magnifique couché de soleil juste derrière la maison au bord du lac. Nous avons apprécié les améliorations apportées à la maison (nouvelle clim, équipements...). Merci Marc !

La estancia ha sido muy buena, Maria Dolores muy atenta, responde rápido cuando se le escribe, el alojamiento tal y como lo describe en el anuncio, 100 % recomendable, buena comunicación, cerca de la playa, que por cierto muy buena, nos sentimos como en casa, si que repetiría la experiencia fantástica, muy limpio todo.

Great villa, lovely heated pool. The villa was as described and the communication was really good. Plenty of towels, great choice of channels on the tvs. There was lots of seating inside and out. We had a lovely time.

Great villa, very spacious, and in a fantastic location. Walking distance to numerous shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Nice little private rooftop terrace, which gets the sun all day. I would 100% stay here again.

une super maison avec tout ce qu'il faut, on s'y sent bien et on a surtout plus envie de repartir ! Anne est très chaleureuse et a toujours de bons conseils sur les événements dans la ville séjour de dernier minutes parfait 🌞

bonjour, on à passé des bonnes vacances un endroit très calmes de nombreux restaurants aux alentours centre commercial abaneras a quelque mètres de la maison et aussi le parc aquatiques aquapolis de torreveija a deux minutes franchement je remercie beaucoup monsieur anas pour l'accueil

tät kontakt vid behov. snabba svar. huset var så fridfullt. sköna sängar om än i smalaste laget för vår smak men då fanns det ju två sovrum så det löste sig superbra. bra utrustat kök = lätt att laga middagen hemma och inte behöva gå på restaurang var eviga kväll ;) Kort sagt Ester med familj var enastående bra hyresvärdar

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia, muy tranquilo, muy recomendable y un trato muy agradable por parte de Yvette. Tuvimos que esperar un poco a la llegada, pero todo se resolvió rápidamente.

This beautiful seaside home was perfect for our family of 7. The home was well cared for and Marina, our host, was both friendly and excellent with communication and meeting our needs. She helped us out immediately on the one morning when the electricity went out and she had someone over to restore it all within 5 minutes. Our family used the back and front patios often, including the pool and the ping-pong table. I highly recommend this home. We had a delightful stay and we hope to return next year!
