Eureka Villa was a fantastic home ! Everything was updated with backup generator. Elise met us at a convenient location and time to take us to the Eureka Villa location. She walked us through the villa which made us comfortable and felt right at home. It was a beautiful home and John very responsive to any request we had. Would recommend this location to our friends and would love to return.

Tori was AMAZING! He was so incredibly helpful, took us to the grocery store, took us to dinner, when we realized we did not have coffee he ran back out and picked some up for us! He was the best host!

La Sirena was the perfect location for my family of six (three adults, three kids ages 6-9). The location gave us access to many great snorkeling locations and (once I got used to driving on the island) was not too far from anywhere. The view was wonderful, our kids loved the pool, and it was a relaxing trip overall. I can't really imagine how our trip could have been better. This house was a large part of that. The house would have been tricky to find on my own, but Dena was responsive the whole day leading up to our arrival and Trevor did an excellent job leading us up to the house. He also told us about the ins and outs of the property and gave us some local recommendations for food, beaches, and hikes. We spent part of every evening looking for shells in Kiddel Bay (we found some good ones), and spent the other days in Cruz Bay or at the North Shore Beaches and never felt far away. It is also very, very close to Salt Pond Bay where the snorkeling was A+. Highly recommened.

I highly recommend Rosanne's home. Tiffany, a member of the Anteres crew, met us in town after picking up our jeep rentals. We followed her to the house. Super welcoming and answered all of our questions. Casa Del Palmas was in pristine condition and beautifully decorated. Rosanne has put great effort and thought into decorating and stocking her entire home from top to bottom with everything you will possibly need for a perfect vacation. The amazingly beautiful views off the back porches will be greatly missed.

This place is spectacular, breathtaking views, close to Cruz Bay.

A beautiful, spacious and comfortable home near beaches and national park trails. Outstanding view with plenty of outdoor seating. Host was great at communicating and provided a wonderful experience. Would stay there again!

Great location and a delightful stay! We had a very good time staying at Dolphin Suites. The place is the city’s center, but it it surprisingly quiet, which was important for me because I’m a light sleeper. The bedroom is in the back of the apartment, and we didn’t hear any noises from the outside. The place itself was very clean, with modern amenities. It is walkable to very good restaurants, and to the beach (we hiked to Honeymoon beach from there). Parking is easy and convenient. There is a small grocery store around the corner, too. I would definitely recommend this place to travelers who want to enjoy St.John, whether they visit with a car or without.

Cabrita by the Sea's location is great for exploring all the beaches, Red Hook area and jumping on a ferry. You have just the right amenities for a relaxing trip.

From the hummingbirds to the pool to the delicious restaurants right down the street, this place was LOVELY. It was like it's own little secluded park with so much wonderful St. John Wildlife to see behind the gates. You really felt like you were in your own little world right off the main road while just being a short walk away from the Dolphin market for groceries and supplies, and several restaurants and bars. We had some initial confusion with how to get in and with the wifi but James was super responsive! We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

I really don't have enough excellent things to say about Peter's rental! It was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and serene with a breathtaking view, fabulous deck and refreshing pool. The grounds /landscaping were pristine and I felt like I was at my own private resort. I have stayed on St John and Tortola many times before, and this was by far my favorite rental. The bed was super comfortable and felt very new, and the kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home. The place is super clean. The deck is expansive and it was a delight watching the sailboats and cruise ships go by everyday. In terms of the location, it's conveniently located close to town so it's quick to grab groceries, etc. but it's far enough away so you don't hear or see traffic, etc. Peter and Denise were helpful and very friendly hosts and I hope to stay again in the future .

Brooke was AMAZING and so responsive and friendly and beyond helpful in EVERY WAY! The place was beautiful and the views were to die for! Pool was great after long days at all the beaches! We are so blessed to have been able to come here and experience this amazing house! Can't wait to come back! Thanks Brooke for everything and all the local recommendations you offered!!

This was our first trip to St John so we needed some direction. Drew provided a Jeep, a person to meet us at the ferry and bring us to our location. He helped with arranging our sunset cruise on the final night. He is a “concierge”. He never made me feel like a bother and I had plenty of questions. Our friends recommended him and they were right, he was tremendous. If you want a top notch experience, you get what you pay for and working with Drew was worth it.

Star villa was a great find in an amazing location (5-10 min walk into town) on St. John. Bob and Marlene were out of town during our stay but Mike took amazing care of us the whole week. The AC in the bedrooms was amazing after long days at the beach. The pool is large, clean and perfect for cooling off after hot days. The view from the villa porch was amazing. I definitely recommend renting a jeep or some other 4 wheel drive car to terrain the steep hills and rough roads on the island. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a well rounded place to stay in beautiful St. John and the amazing hosts (and Mike) were the icing on the cake!

I really don’t want to write this review for fear this villa will never be available when I want to come back but… Villa Capiz hands down the best choice we could have made for our honeymoon trip. This Villa has it all from a extremely well stocked kitchen (minus food and drink) to comfortable furniture inside and out including the beds, there are coolers beach chairs/towels, drinkable water from the faucet and so much more. The pool and hot tub clean and inviting. We spent our mornings and nights in the hot tub overlooking one of the most majestic views you will ever see in your life, I promise you the pictures you’re looking at for it, although great, do not do this place or the view justice. The Villa is also completely private to the point you feel your the only ones on the mountain. Even on a rainy day the views are amazing. We loved the Villa so much that most of our stay on the island was spent here. Do not look any further you found your dream place right here.

Spectacular house with a spectacular view of Cruz Bay and St Thomas. Plenty of space for our extended family, there were places we never got around to using. Our favorite gathering spot was the porch on the top floor with a large table and many chairs overlooking the harbor and gorgeous sunsets. The main kitchen had everything you could ever need and lots of plates, glasses of all kinds and cutlery. Very close to town, though you need a car. Only a few minutes away from restaurants, bars, shopping and the excellent starfish grocery. We had an issue with the internet but it was fixed promptly and communication with our host was great. We loved the plunge pool, it was all we needed after a day of snorkeling. Our only issue was noisy construction next door. The island is booming and many houses are being built so it is to be expected. We just planned to be at one the many beaches during the day. If this property is available, book it!!

Our stay at Villa Carolina was wonderful. The house is exactly as advertised, perched at the top of a mountain with incredible views of Coral Bay and a sunrise that’s hard to beat. The living area is open and comfortable, while the air-conditioned bedrooms are spacious and cool, ensuring a good night's sleep. The house operates on a rainwater collection system, so water conservation is important, but we had no issues. A/C is only in the bedrooms, but the breeze through the living area kept it comfortable. Be sure to pack bug spray; insects can be a nuisance, but the jungle setting near the national park is part of the charm. The nighttime sounds of nature added to the experience. Our only minor critique is the pillows—they’re a bit flat and could use updating. Overall, Villa Carolina is a beautiful, well-maintained property with stunning views. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. John.

The house was beautiful with amazing views! Easy walk to Smuggler's Cove. very clean. Host was very responsive and friendly.

This house is a exceptional find. nestled on the hills in Belmont looking over Long Bay you wake to views that can't be beat. The house is very modern with comforts for every style of stay with spacious areas so it felt like home away from home for our month long visit with the sun and sand as the bonus.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Brewers Bay… it had it all Private beach, unbelievable views, great snorkeling, all around an amazing Property loved the yard and the patios and everything about it. Definitely will be back. Home was clean and perfect for our family of four.

This house was perfect! The view off the deck is totally stunning...sunrise, sunset, crystal blue waters, rolling hills of the East End of St John and even a full rainbow one afternoon! We spent a lot of time out there. The house was very comfortable, great big comfy couch, beds were nice and linens great and lots of pillows. The kitchen was very well appointed, big and fun to cook in with the counter and chairs for others to keep you company. The frig is huge and the ice maker was crucial. The laundry room was so convenient downstairs. The location was wonderful--near many amazing beaches and hikes, historic areas and local eateries. Quiet and peaceful but with plenty to do. Overall we LOVED staying here!

Colleen’s place was wonderful!! Staying on the Coral Bay side of the island was a nice change of pace for us. The house was secluded and quiet. The flowers, fruit trees, birds and lizards added to the beauty. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner in a few nights. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax in the evenings. The beach chairs and cooler were an added bonus. The location was great, we enjoyed getting to the East End beaches easily but also being close to our favorite beach, Maho. It was also nice being so close to the Love City market grocery store. Colleen’s place was the perfect place for our family of 4!! Thank you!!

Lovely home with amazing view. The indoor/outdoor showers were fantastic. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare proper meals and bonus Togo containers and coolers for lunches on the beach which is often something I want but don’t find in other rentals. Definitely a great place and hope to visit again.

Roger's place was very nice. The views were great and the house's décor was comfortable and modern. The beds were very comfortable, probably the most comfortable bed that I have had with an Airbnb. The house was very clean and the bathrooms were fully stocked. Roger was very responsive and had transportation waiting on our arrival. The only negative which is not truly a negative... You have to have transportation to get in town, so you need to factor this into your budget. This is the trade off for having views from up the mountain. Overall, I truly enjoyed the property.

This house is so comfortable and welcoming. It is well furnished, clean, and has absolutely amazing views of Coral Bay. The porch is fantastic! The outside shower was a big hit, and we loved seeing all the various birds whenever we were on the porch. We also enjoyed the air conditioning in the bedrooms. There is some slight road noise. Centerline Road runs just below the house. However, there is not a huge amount of traffic, and the other features of the house more than make up for a little noise. We would gladly stay in this house again.
