James and Tara are the best Hosts!!! Very responsive and extremely upbeat humans. We appreciate the ride to cruz bay as well! The airbnb was private and super clean. The view is incredible and the sounds of the roosters and donkeys added great ambiance Absolutely perfectly appointed. There's everything you need in the kitchen (and more) plus water/beach accessories (chairs, coolers, ice packs). The safe plus the washer and dryer were an unexpected bonus. Although the area is super safe, we loved that the community was gated for extra privacy. We loved our stay and hope to book longer than 5 days next year. Thank you James and Tara!

My wife and I visited St John for a long weekend away for our ‘baby moon’. Joy’s place was exactly as described; private, clean, convenient, relaxing, and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the pool every afternoon after returning from the amazing beaches before getting ready to go out for supper. It’s hard for me to imagine a more beautiful view on the island. We almost feel like our view of the sunset from the pool was more breathtaking than at the Windmill Bar. The place had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels, cooler, ice available in ice trays and ice maker. The beds were comfy and there were a couple fans to keep the air moving around with help of the AC unit. It would be difficult to cook a full meal here but there is a grill, burner, and cooking items there if you wanted to give it a shot. When we visit again this will be our first choice to stay at again pending how many folks are in our party.

Had a great stay at Belmont condo and some good beach days at Smugglers cove.

Brittany and Robert were amazing hosts. They answered all of our questions quickly and even reached out to us to warn us of a storm coming through. The location was exactly what we wanted.. quiet and private. We spent very night and morning on the screened in porch.

The Turtle’s Nest was a perfect location for a home base for the few days we stayed in St. John. The flat is located below the owners home so it’s as if you have upstairs neighbors while you are here. You will hear some occasional noise upstairs but nothing loud. Felt very private and homey. The outdoor shower was great after a hot sandy day at the beach. The parking instructions and check in and check out instructions were very clear. The airbnb had all the amenities we needed during our stay. The cats and dog were also very friendly. Jen was very responsive and even had the airbnb available to us a hour earlier. You will have to remove the trash once you check out. Overall a wonderful place to stay during your vacation in St. John.

This was our first experience using Airbnb. From the moment we booked, Donovan contacted us to let us know he would be available through the entire process. The property was beautiful and very well maintained. As questions came up; Donovan and property managers were quick to answer and followed up to make sure our stay was as expected. Pure Paradise! This was such a great place to stay, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Jon is an amazing host. He met us at the house, showed us the shortcut into town, and gave us all kinds of information. He popped by a few other times during our visit just to check on us, and he always responded quickly to our messages. It was a real pleasure staying here and we really hope to come back. It truly was blissful staying here. Views can't be beat!

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at Stefanie's place. It was spacious for 5 of us, clean and quiet. Having a separate bathroom for each family was a huge plus. Location is hard to beat, within two minute walk to the lovely beach with white sand and plenty of loungers. The place was clean and had all necessary supplies plus extra (beach towels, chairs, snorkels, insect repellent, etc.). The beds were comfy. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, just like the photo. Stefanie was easy to communicate with, she responded within half an hour to all our questions and provided clear instructions.

Our stay at The Thirsty Mermaid provided the perfect accommodations for a spectacular, first-time visit to St. Thomas. Our family was eager for a brief respite from the oft frigid, Springtime temperatures of the Western Great Lakes. St. Thomas was first choice and our time on the island was carefree and very comfortable. We found the ever present sea breeze, the sunny sandy beaches and friendly atmosphere exactly what we had hoped for. Amanda and her entire staff were pleasant and delightful from the very start - from online booking through departure. It’s impossible to imagine a more gracious hostess. Moreover, the property was immaculate - completely furnished and outfitted with all the comforts of home. As we geared up for departure, our family has already started planning a future visit. This is the perfect location for a very peaceful and restful stay on Tortola. The host was really good at communicating both before and throughout our stay. One minor issue with the bathroom basin plug was resolved straight away. The garden area, pool and small beach were all delightful, though loungers could do with an upgrade (a very minor matter). Fall asleep and wake to the sound of the sea and if you’re really lucky watch a pelican fishing right in front of you. We saw it most mornings and late afternoons during our stay. Probably best to have a hire car available though taxis easy to organise. We also used the local bus service, which was ‘an experience’, one I’m glad we had. Would we go back? It’s a very long way from Europe! But we both really enjoyed our stay and, though not as young as we used to be, would love to come again. We had some important communications to make during our stay and excellent WiFi enabled us to do it. Thanks Justin and all the staff.

This condo was perfect for a family vacation. Amy was a great communicator leading up to the trip...she was proactive about travel instructions, check-in process, and even offered to help coordinate local activities. The space was clean and as-described. It was a very quick walk to the beach and pool, making it easy for our group to come up/down at our own pace. The condo was a quick drive (5 min) to the Red Hook area, where there were plenty of restaurants to check out. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend.

This was my first time in St Thomas @Sapphire Beach and would stay here again! Literally 2min walk to beach ,bar and restaurant. Place was spotless, easy check in and out . Very well communicated instructions on directions, check in/out , tv, WiFi, etc.

Convenient room in a resort on St. Thomas. Beach of its own and easy walk to the St. Thomas Yacht Club for a sail or sailing lesson if you like. Short distance from restaurants in Red Hook.

We recommend Sam and their properties. The views are fantastic and we can absolutely say The Beach House was great and felt like home. Sam was responsive to our questions and they addressed things the day we asked and provided great recommendations. The house has a great kitchen with plenty of comfortable furniture and storage. We preordered groceries and Sam's team had them neatly placed in the refrigerator and pantry before our arrival. The guest house was amazing with private balcony and views to behold. The house is well stocked with pool chairs and recliners and a large table under the outside veranda. The only thing to add is it would have been nice to know ahead of time how steep the driveway was with its switchbacks that would have allowed us to have been better prepared. We were also surprised (pleasantly) when the maid showed up unexpectedly in the morning. Same for the landscapers. Some better communications on those would have helped us not be shocked when they came.

Amazing location. Oceanfront. Perfect distance from beach bar. Peaceful, close walk to marina. Place was perfect.

Teresa is a wonderful and extraordinarily helpful owner. She reached out to me soon after my booking and assisted me to find additional units for our large family for the same week in her resort. Having returned from the vacation in St Thomas, all I can say is that her lovely unit and the resort within it is located far exceeded my expectations in every way. It is fabulous. The sleeping capacity was about 6 and included 3 bathrooms. The unit is very spacious and the view from the 2 terraces is gorgeous, overlooking the property to the water. Teresa's suggestions for restaurants near by, activities to engage in etc were so very helpful to a group which had never been to the island before. All the adults in our group said, "we cannot wait to go back!" Thank you Teresa.

Beautiful view, clean condo with nice furniture and decor, walking distance to beautiful beach and pool, beach bar, great restaurant and a lunch restaurant/bar. The drivers Keshri suggests in the welcome package are great, especially the wonderful and amicable "Jeff-I" who took great care of us and could be at the condo in about 10 mins each time needed.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Heather's home. It is a full floor in a multi-level home and was very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed (and took advantage of) the spacious outdoor space overlooking the beautiful bay. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was good. There were beach chairs for our use. We especially enjoyed the location of the home up high overlooking the bay. The breezes were cooling and the views over the water, island and the sunsets were special. Heather was a gracious host. She gave us restaurant and beach recommendations with local insights. All in all, a wonderful time and if we go back to Tortola we would consider staying here again.

We love staying at Sapphire and Amanda’s place was the perfect spot with a beautiful view of the Marina and other islands. Her place had all the standard amenities to get you started. She also provided some gifts which were very nice. Would definitely recommend her place.

This condo, located in Building B,and on the second floor, has a view of the beautiful turquoise blue water. Located steps the beach. condo as prepresented in pictures. A few staples (coffee, sugar, spices, etc) are there for guests which is really nice. There are flashlights with (batteries!) in case of a power outage (ocasional occurrence in USVI). Rick and Cathy are very friendly and responsive to any questions. Excellent, timely communication, in general, including check in and check out.

Do yourself a favor and book this spot. Larissa could not have been a better host and was so easy to talk to. We were exhausted when we got in after a very long travel day and Larissa helped us figure everything out. The unit is also spotless and the views are incredible. We loved it here. Wish I never had to leave.

Sherri’s condo is a slice of heaven on earth! It was very clean, had the most beautiful ocean view, was one of the best stocked air bnb’s I’ve ever stayed in, and Sherri answered all of my questions and more. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. The pool and hot tub area are so relaxing, beautiful, and a great place to meet other friendly travelers from all over. One of the best vacations ever!!!
