This property is awesome! If you are looking for a place to accommodate all you need to have a fun and relaxing vacation, then this is the location to be! The pool is clean is beautiful and the various patios are gorgeous and well maintained. The bar and grill area was where we hung out the most and we never ran out of propane, as Eileen, the property manager, made sure that it was always full. Another thing that is great about this property is that you are able to make a meal in every room. Five of the nine bedrooms are outfitted as if they are efficiency or studio apartments; awesome! The other four bedrooms are split into two, two bedroom apartments with enough space to host families individually. This property more than exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it as single Airbnb rentals or just rent them all and enjoy an awesome family and friends vacation like we did. The hosts respond quickly and the property manager, Eileen, is personable, approachable, and friendly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. John. Isa was so friendly and welcoming, always offering helpful recommendations and suggestions. She always made sure we had everything we need. Her home is beautiful and was the perfect place to stay on the island. The place was peaceful and her artwork was stunning. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. Thanks Isa!

David's place was amazing. We especially enjoyed having the beach chairs amd towels which saved us money. The place was spacious for the 2 of us and the bed was so comfy. Next time we come to St. Thomas, David's place will be the first place to book if available.

Breakfast tacos on the covered patio was a wonderful break from the wedding festivities at Long Bay Beach resort. Fresh flowers were a lovely greeting. The air conditioners worked quickly! We were bid goodbye by a beautiful view of a double rainbow over the bay from the upstairs bedroom balcony on our last morning. The stairs made getting to and from the resort for wedding activities a breeze. Thank you, Sophie!

I really don't have enough excellent things to say about Peter's rental! It was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and serene with a breathtaking view, fabulous deck and refreshing pool. The grounds /landscaping were pristine and I felt like I was at my own private resort. I have stayed on St John and Tortola many times before, and this was by far my favorite rental. The bed was super comfortable and felt very new, and the kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home. The place is super clean. The deck is expansive and it was a delight watching the sailboats and cruise ships go by everyday. In terms of the location, it's conveniently located close to town so it's quick to grab groceries, etc. but it's far enough away so you don't hear or see traffic, etc. Peter and Denise were helpful and very friendly hosts and I hope to stay again in the future .

Pure Paradise! This was such a great place to stay, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Jon is an amazing host. He met us at the house, showed us the shortcut into town, and gave us all kinds of information. He popped by a few other times during our visit just to check on us, and he always responded quickly to our messages. It was a real pleasure staying here and we really hope to come back. It truly was blissful staying here. Views can't be beat!

Beautiful location and loved our time at the Brigadoon. The driveway/road was walkable if you are okay with moderate level hikes and we enjoyed walking down the restaurants and coffee shop. Pat makes check in easy! The view is stunning. Highly recommend if you are planning a stay in Redhook.

This is the second time we have stayed in Coral Bay. Although I thought the last place was great this one far surpassed the other. Perfect place to bring our 80 year old Father, and also our 30 year old son and his new wife. We all had our perfect place. Sounds like we were very lucky with the weather, and can not complain about a thing.

Location, location, location! Close to Cruz Bay Ferry, grocery stores and many restaurants. The St John’s Provisions Bakery directly below this ABNB was AMAZING!!! Great coffee, expresso, baked goods, smoothies, sandwiches. We are big fans. Would stay here again. Thx Ramona and Chris

We had a wonderful stay at Grace’s condo. She gave clear directions on how to get there. The condo was a good size and came stocked with beach chairs, towels, and toys. The condo is located just a 5 minute walk to beautiful Sapphire Beach. It is a great place to snorkel, swim, and sit in the sun or under shady trees. There are several eating places and bars right on the beach. A taxi stand is located at the beach main entrance so you can easily get anywhere on the island you desire. Grace kept in touch with us during our stay. We felt right at home. An amazing vacation in paradise.

Dian (the local host) was wonderful! I felt right at home and comfortable in the space. It’s very close to town and I didn’t hear any noise whatsoever during my stay. I loved the location (it’s not on a hill). A great place for travellers and those looking for a more genuine local stay. Loved it.

Thelma is a lovely lady. She is very responsive to questions. The place was clean and comfortable-just the basics, but that's what we want. We did have a little trouble with the directions, but Thelma was just call/message away to clarify for us.

My husband and I just got back from Donald’s place and we could not have loved it more. It was the perfect location, felt right at home, and had the best vacation. We rented a car for the first few days to explore the island, get ferries to Jost and Virgin Gorda, and enjoyed a gorgeous sunset dinner at Bananakeet, one of Donald’s recommendations. Donald’s home has everything you could possibly need, with the most comfortable bed and the perfect balcony for sitting out to enjoy the view. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back! Decent economy space, comfortable and homey enough. Nice shower, shady yard, quiet area, with access to beach bars and restaurants. Remote control was a little unreliable, may just need batteries. Locking the door takes some attention. Thank you for a very nice stay before we had to go to the airport. We selected this place so that we wouldn't have to get up so early and get to the car ferry on St. John first thing in the morning, which was our initial plan. Thanks to Kendra for helping us out with a short stay.

We had a great stay in the apartment, it's spacious and clean. Chirag welcomed us with refreshing drinks. There was everything we needed and even more: water dispenser, dishwasher, two beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. The Wifi was good and we never had power shortage thanks to solar panels and Tesla battery. In the evenings we watched sunsets on the big terrace. To get there we recommend to rent a Jeep because the apartment is on the hill. The downtown is about 15 minutes walk and the nearest supermarket is 7 min walk.

This place was great - spacious, quiet and clean. No need to rent a car! Walk down to Sudi's or to the beach bar. If you just want to unwind with a book and your hammock under the trees with your toes in the water, snorkel or play beach volleyball look no further. Lots of iguanas and chickens running around. Very laid back spot and no one bothers you.

This condo was delightful-just as advertised. It was clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the large patio with views of the bay. The condo community was quiet and well maintained. Overall very enjoyable stay!

Just returned from a week at Beachtime. It was the perfect setting in Sapphire beach. The view from our balcony overlooked the marina and other islands in the distance. It was beautiful and so relaxing! Sapphire beach has so much to see and do John was by far the most responsive host I’ve dealt with and the room has everything you need for a great stay Don’t hesitate to book. You will be happy you did!

The Condo is beautiful and well appointed and the setting was superb! We travelled to different beaches each day and then spent the later afternoons on Cowpet Bay which was a nice break from the crowds.

Beautiful location! the Condo was clean and just like the photos. The views from the patio were amazing. Being so close to Sudis was a bonus, great food & drinks just steps away. I felt the location was very safe as well! would chose this one again in the future.

We loved the location and view. The sound of the waves crashing on shore was a positive for us. The space is ideal for two and especially if you’re out and about lots of the time. Well equipped kitchen. Did we mention the view, lol. Having defined parking was a must for us. The rooster calls in the mornings and well really anytime was cool! The chickens and their chicks were interesting to watch from the deck too. Red Hook has lots of amenities; groceries, bars, coffee, shopping. We’d recommend this place.

Tressa provides first class service and communication before and throughout our stay! Condo was peaceful, immaculate and well equipped. Highly recommended and can’t wait for our next trip to St Thomas and St John
