My stay at Giuseppina’s house was just perfect! She was very accommodating regarding my late arrival at her house and welcomed me warmheartedly. She had such a congenial positive aura and bubbly character. I felt at home easily. The house was more than well equipped and Giuseppinas even generously left me milk and her relatives personally baked cookies which tasted just awesome. Needless to say the mountainous scenery around is the cherry on the pie! I can recommend her place without exception and plan to come back when hiking in the area. GRAZIE MILLE CARA GIUSEPPINA ☀️🧡

Logement proche de Santa Maria Navarrese avec un stationnement facile devant la maison. Le village peut facilement se rejoindre à pieds. Les extérieurs de la maison sont vraiment très agréables avec une mention spéciale au toit terrasse pour apprécier le lever du soleil de décembre. Hors saison il y a zéro voisin donc c'est très paisible. Les départs des chemins de rando sont accessibles à pied depuis la maison ou en voiture. La maison est appréciée pour son exterieur autant que pour l'intérieur. Il faut juste savoir que la douche n'est pas large pour les grands gabarits, ce qui était le cas de mon conjoint, mais l'eau bien chaude. Nous avons utilisé la climatisation pour chauffer la maison le soir car nous y étions en décembre ce qui est largement suffisant. Par contre il faut penser à la couper avant de cuisiner pour ne pas faire sauter le courant. Mais le tableau d'électricité est à portée de main ce qui est moins contraignant. Nous retournenions chez Massimiliano avec bonheur.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Sabrina hat sehr schnell geantwortet, hat uns geholfen und uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und hat alles was man braucht. Sie ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr privat, auch wenn über einem noch andere wohnen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Berge ist sehr idyllisch. Der Strand ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Leider mussten wir vorzeitig abreisen aber das hat auch keine Probleme dargestellt. Sabrina ist eine Top Gastgeberin und wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Wir haben uns bei Marco sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war unkompliziert. Vor allem die schön beleuchtete Sitzecke im Garten lädt zum Ausspannen und einfach zum Sein ein. Die Lage ist ruhig am Ende der Straße, weit oben mit guter Aussicht und trotzdem sind Bäcker und Pizzeria in Laufweite. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Haus von Daniela ist toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Meer ist nur 5 min zu Fuß weg, Restaurants, Eisdielen, Supermärkte…alles fußläufig erreichbar. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Terrasse lädt für schöne (Grill-) Abende ein. Daniela ist ein toller Host. Sie gab uns viele Angebote für Unternehmungen und wir konnten sie jederzeit alles fragen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

What a beautiful place! We loved the entire home and its vintage feel. Fabiano is very responsive helpful and welcoming. We absolutely loved our time in the house and hopefully we will be back soon. The house is very close to the ocean. Thanks so much for having us ❤️

Wir haben uns in Antonios Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, der Hof und die dachterasse sind total schön. Es war herrlich, jeden Tag vor einem Bergpanorama aufzuwachen. Die Lage ist wunderschön. Auch die Kommunikation mit Antonio war reibungslos. Die Unterkunft ist klar zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Graziellas apartment is perfect for total relaxation and privacy but having everything in walking distance This is one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in , it’s even better than the pictures ,rooms are spacious , kitchen well equipped , beds very comfortable and a bonus 2 bathrooms ! We loved the local art and classic Sardinian decoration The views of the sea and tower from the balcony amazing , great to wake up to the sound of the birds and the sea , we saw some glorious sunrises and a full moon on the 1st night reflected on the sea … Graziella thank you for lending us your family home we will be back for sure Clare and Hilary

Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

Wir waren zu dritt vor Ort. 2 Nächte war noch unser Sohn zu Besuch. Die Wohnung liegt im 4 oder 5 Geschoss eines typischen italienischen Altbaus. Sie ist tip top in Schuss und sehr grosszügig angelegt. Man kann locker mit 5 Personen dort entspannen. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Sardinienbesuch wieder dort anfragen. Der Ort Lanusei selbst ist nicht sehr touristisch was in meinen Augen ein positiver Aspekt ist. Um Strand und Touristen zu sehen muss man ca. 30min Autofahrt einkalkulieren (Kein grosses Problem). Italienisches Essen (und auch sardische Spezialitäten) gibt es natürlich im Dorf…..

Die Wohnung war toll und Michele war ein toller Gastgeber. Gerne wieder.

Es war wirklich alles perfekt, die Familie war so herzlich und freundlich man fühlte sich extrem wohl. Man hat seine Privatsphäre in einer sehr gepflegten und schönen Wohnung. Es wird von der Familie gepflegt und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.lieben Dank noch mals Agnes

Mario war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, immer schnell erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Check in war problemlos mit einer Schlüsselbox. Die Lage war toll. Tertenia ist gut zu erreichen und der Strand in der Nähe sehr schön für Kinder. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es fußläufig.

Un grand merci à Antonio et à sa femme Elena ! Tout deux sont des amours, ils sont venu nous récupérer à l'arrêt de bus et nous ont raccompagnés au retour pour nous éviter de nous trimballer avec les valises. Le airbnb est adorable. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin (serviettes, shampoing, gel douche, brosse à dent, serviettes hygiéniques oui oui...), nous avons même reçu des petits cadeaux à notre arrivées ! Bref j'ai l'impression d'avoir atterrit dans un hotel 4 étoiles ! Le jardin est super et vraiment mignon, agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou y manger le soir, vous y ferez sûrement la connaissance de l'adorable Anita, une petite chatte trop mignonne qui traine dans le coin. Le airbnb est à environ 10 minutes de la plage et 15 minutes grand max du centre de Cala Gonone. Bref rien à dire, si vous voulez un airbnb propre, avec un hote accessible en cas de souci, et super agréable, n'hésitez pas !

Absolut schöne Unterkunft. Alles da was man braucht, sehr sauber. Der Billardtisch war unser Highlight. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen. Danke für alles!

Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön und komplett abgelegen. Konnten nach Nachfrage bei Andrea, der sofort antwortete, schon früher einchecken als eigentlich vorhergesehen. Das Grundstück ist ziemlich groß und es gibt Orangen-, Limettenbäume und Dattelpalmen. Der Pool wäre eigentlich zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts (Ende November) nicht mehr beheizt gewesen. Auf Rückfrage und aufgrund der noch relativ milden Temperaturen, wurde er für uns aber trozdem aufgeheizt, was wirklich sehr nett war. Alles in allen wirklich ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Wunderbare Villa mit geräumigen Outdoor Bereich. Der beheitzte Pool, die Tischtennis Platte und der Kicker sind ein Highlight für Kinder. Der Ausblick in die Berge ist grandios und man hat seine Ruhe, da die Ville etwas abgelegen ist.

Wir waren zu acht in der Unterkunft - vier Erwachsene und vier Kleinkinder. wir fanden eine schöne und einfache Unterkunft. Ivo hat schnell und präzise auf Fragen reagiert und war zeitlich sehr flexibel - wir haben uns beim Check-in und Check-out etwas verspätet, was kein Problem war. Lieben Dank!

La maison est au bord de la plage … parfait 🤩 La marina di Tertenia est très calme et la vue sur la montagne est très belle . Nous n’avions pas de voisins dans les deux maisons à côté de la notre , tout était très calme ( fin octobre - hors saison) . Il y a un grand jardin fleuri et une belle terrasse avec une belle vue sur la montagne . Il est possible de faire des balades à pieds et d’accéder à des petites criques au départ de Tesonis , à deux pas de la maison . L’emplacement pour la voiture est parfait et sécurisé. La maison est fonctionnelle et bien équipée . La communication avec l’hôte a été très facile , rapide. Nous avons reçu une petite attention à notre arrivée .

La casa è ampia, arieggiata e attrezzata. La doccia esterna è comodissima di ritorno dalla spiaggia. Il mare è perfetto per i bambini: sabbia e acqua bassa per un lungo tratto. consigliata!

Great home that easily fit 2 families. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive. They helped us find nice beaches and restaurants. The yard is magnificent. Highly recommended

A casa di Paolo io e i miei amici siamo stati benissimo. Casa pulita, confortevole, pratica. Bello poter fare colazione o cenare sul piccolo terrazzino che si affaccia sul giardino. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla. A pochi minuti a piedi si può raggiungere una piccola spiaggia, a una decina di minuti in macchina si raggiungono splendide spiagge. È un'ottima base di partenza per visitare l' Ogliastra. Noi la consigliamo!!
