We enjoying staying at Barbara's place. It fit or family very well. The taxis were about to locate the house easily which made travel easy. There is a cute little Panaderia just around the corner where we could but a quick snack and drink and a little market within walking distance. It's was wonderful having our own private pool. What a great value for the price we paid. Barbara's responsiveness was wonderful too! Thanks for letting us stay at your home.

I stayed for 2 weeks at edgars place, i really enjoyed it. Edgar is verry friendly and helpfull, the place is nice and specially the rooftop is just amazing and of top of that you have hushy an verry friendly and kind husky :)

Took Maria’s advice to hire a taxi from the airport. Bring a lot of cash and small bills for the taxi. $1 per person. Or take the bus- 50 cents per person. The house itself is clean. There’s no AC so it was quite hot and humid in February. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The water pressure in the showers was good. You have to let it run a while to get hot water but once you do, it’s great. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was perfect in the hot afternoons. The yard has a zip line and treehouse. Bikes were provided but we didn’t use them. The house is less than 10 minutes from town by taxi. To get the taxi we walked a block on a dirt road to the main road and put our arm out. Even at 5:45am we were able to hail a cab within 5 minutes. The taxis are Toyota trucks! We really liked that we were out of the hustle and bustle of the town. The roosters are loud in the morning so if you’re not used to that, bring earplugs. Don’t leave food out or you’ll have ants.

This property is paradise! Everything we experienced surpassed our expectations and we didn’t want to leave. Wildlife- From the moment we arrived to the day we left, gorgeous wildlife was part of our daily experience. Turtles, cows, birds including watching an owl hunt at night near the back porch, we loved being able to observe animals in their natural habitat. Views - This property has stunning views of the highlands and ocean. The sunrise and sunset were incredible to view and the stars are so bright at night! Walking trails around the house allowed for some fun exploration where we saw coffee plants, lime trees, and guavas! Service - The host provided high class service, and we felt very taken care of. They coordinated all of our excursions including chef service at the home. The professionally cooked meals were incredible and used local ingredients. We can’t wait to stay again in the future!

We loved our stay at Lucia’s place. Lucia & Henry were very responsive & helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable & the view is fantastic. We were above The Arthouse Cafe & went to a salsa night there which was much fun 🤩 We highly recommend this Airbnb 👍😀

La ubicación es muy buena, una zona muy tranquila y a unos 10 minutos caminando del puerto. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario. Incluso nos dejaron fruta y agua, que se agradece mucho. Además, Pilar y Nery nos ayudaron en todo momento si nos surgía alguna duda y nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones sobre la isla. Te hacen sentir como en casa. Muy recomendado.
