Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Fantastic stay at Dans Airbnb, would definitely stay again! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Felt very at home in my stay there. The parking was a bonus, and tricky to get in Exeter! Only one minor thing to note, and not an issue from Dan at all, but being a ground floor flat the upstairs could be a bit noisy at times!

what a fantastic apartment and super host! the apartment was spotless and so warm and cosy when we arrived, it's got everything you need and finished to an extremely high standard. The views over the estuary from the private outdoor area are stunning! Pauline was so helpful giving us recommendations for the local area, checking we were settled in and prior to our stay making a few alterations as my partner is allergic to feathers. The apartment is in a fantastic quiet location and only a 10 minute walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants. Thank you Pauline, we loved it! 🙂

We absolutely loved our time at the apartment. It was spotless, very well furnished and everything we needed for our short stay. The beds were comfortable and the views especially from the main bedroom were spectacular. The boys absolutely loved the hot tub and it was a very peaceful place. The walk to the cove was amazing (although steep). All in all a perfect visit! Thank you so much!

Das Studio hatte alles, was ich brauchte. Es war sehr ruhig- und der Garten im Hinterhof ist traumhaft. Patricia hatte Tee, Kaffee und andere Willkommens-Geschenke bereitgestellt. Sie hat mich vom Bahnhof abgeholt und mich bei der Abreise wieder am Ort abgesetzt, wo ich hin musste. Sie war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt in der Begegnung mit ihr und in ihrem schönen Studio.

We had a lovely stay at Louise’s apartment ‘Little Merida’ with our dog Tilly. Louise messaged us before our stay to tell us the apartment would be available early although we weren’t able to take advantage of this. She came and introduced herself after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. There was a fresh vase of flowers, some milk, coffee and some delicious local fudge on our arrival. The apartment looked exactly as in the photos, it was warm comfortable, clean, well look after and tastefully decorated. We ate in on two occasions and the apartment had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There are plenty of restaurants and bars locally and within easy walking distant. We had a great time at Little Merida. Thank you Louise

we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay, lovely place, very close to the sea front only takes 5 mins to walk down. lots of places to eat. Host was very good, would love to stay again soon. thanks.

A very cosy, comfortable home with two spacious bedrooms and everything needed if you are wanting to self cater - but also with nearby amenities in walking distance if you don't. Super outside space with seating area out the front and private back garden with pretty pots and paving - we used both depending where the sun was when we were at 'home'. Location is great as it was very peaceful but just off the main road so really easy to get out and discover the local area. Excellent value for money too - would definitely recommend and go back again.

We are just back from a wonderful week at Vomero, traveling with my 7 year old son, husband, and father in law. The flat was lovely with great views and peaceful gardens. Louise and Sean were great hosts (even after we locked both sets of keys in the flat and Sean had to go in through the window - sorry Sean....) and we'll definitely be back, if they'll have us.

Great apartment with a beautiful little garden overlooking the town. Lots of space for rainy days and evenings. Moira was very responsive and answered all my questions. Bonus to have a parking spot and very short walk into town, although steep but that wasn’t an issue for us. All in all a great place for our weekend away!

This was such a beautiful apartment, the decor is absolutely beautiful and everything was uber clean. The views looking out to the ocean are even better than in the pictures and it felt very peaceful. Phil and Larraine were super helpful and we were welcomed with fresh scones and prosecco! We had the best stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

A perfect little place to stay in Paignton - close to the seafront, shops, etc. The room was warm & cosy, clean and well equipped with everything we needed, would recommend.

Absolutely stunning location and views of the sea and beach, even though the weather was a bit choppy the first few days, it made exploring that little bit more adventurous. Lovely appartment, we've stayed here every year for the last 3 years and Bronwen never lets us down, always greatfull, hopefully be back again next year.🤞 Tash & Rob
