Recomiendo bastante a todos esta vivienda! Todo estaba muy limpio, seguro la casa es una joyita! 10/10 La atención de el Host y co-host es excelente. Las camas muy cómodas y dormimos muuuuy cómodos no había ningún ruido y habían suficientes cobijas para el frío. Todo en excelencia y con gusto pienso volver a agendar para quedarnos en la casa.

El lugar es muy tranquilo y seguro y accesible para varios lugares, la casa está muy bonita y equipada, y la anfitriona fue muy amable y estuvo al pendiente en todo momento.

The house is very good and convenient, location is nice and quiet, far from the center , 10 minutes by car to some main malls. the only problem we had is with a very sensitive neighbor that complained about noise few times even though we were very quiet and went to sleep very early. the host was very friendly and answered our needs quickly

The place is perched in a lush beautiful garden that we enjoyed the moment we stepped in. It is central but away from the hustle and bustle of Calle Santander. Thank you Marion and Gerry for having us. Your place has been a home away from home. We truly enjoyed are stay. We are planning for a return trip already.

Visite el alojamiento junto con mi familia, nos encantó, todo están muy limpio y ordenado, la ubicación es perfecta casi sin tráfico. La anfitriona siempre al pendiente, es muy acogedor.

Tal cual a las fotos. Excelente relación con el precio. Buena opción a tener en cuenta para hospedarse en Panajachel.

El hostal Casa Madera en San Marcos es simplemente genial. Ofrece las mejores vistas al Lago Atitlán y los volcanes, lo que lo convierte en un lugar perfecto para relajarse. La atención de la familia local que lleva el lugar es inmejorable, se nota el cariño y el cuidado con el que gestionan el sitio. Sin duda, volveríamos. Estuvimos en el apartamento con terraza privada, pero también disfrutamos de la terraza compartida en la parte superior, que ofrece una vista increíble. El apartamento estaba súper limpio, con todo lo necesario para descansar y disfrutar. Además, cuenta con una cocina bien equipada. Superó nuestras expectativas y lo recomendamos 100%

Clemens and Jenny were incredible hosts, receiving my friends and I with warmth and friendliness. I’ve visited the lake many times, but theirs has the best view I’ve every enjoyed during a visit. Their place is cared for with great care and taste too. Clemens stopped by to offer some great recommendations for our stay there and we gifted us with some great conversations about art and culture. Highly recommended, we will be back!

Loved our stay. The balcony catches some nice wind which helped us cool off in the evenings. We enjoyed their Italian restaurant as well. The hosts are kind and were very helpful. Bring earplugs because the dogs made some noise at night - not the hosts fault, just a product of the region. Tuktuks are frequent once you head in the direction of town. May take a few minutes walk to find one.

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. Always magical here. Second time staying, and our group loved it. Eric helps with everything, his cooks are the best, and his transport is the nicest to get to the lake. Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay!! The staff 5 star Quality!!!

My wife and I spent a few days to get away from it all. After a long day of excursions and exploration, it was a wonderful home to just lay back, enjoy some wine and take in the scenery. It also had us thinking that it would be a great place to bring friends or family the next time we visit. I also must mention that the service was amazing and they were very responsive and helpful which made the whole experience even more pleasant and relaxing than expected.

We LOVED it. The house is beautiful. It was probably designed by an architect because it has a really cool design with a natural tree in the middle. We love nature so this house was perfect for our families with teens, in the mountain with birds singing in the morning. The kids enjoyed paddleboarding (we rented them in Los Elementos …passed Iguana Perdida), the cliff jumping in San Marcos, banana boat in San Pedro…we did not have time for the reserve where you can do tirolesas but looks fun. The house has amazing views of the lake and volcanoes. It is close to Iguana Perdida (10 min walking afrer the stairs) which is like the main point and dock for Santa Cruz. You do have to walk up a lot of stairs to get to the house but it is worth it. We saw it as exercise (not for little kids or grandparents with walking problems). We wish we could have stayed longer to rest more and enjoy the house more. The water in the lake in Santa Cruz is very nice for swimming.

Joshua's home overlooking Lake Atitlan is a great find. Beautiful views, right on (above) the water, easy boat service into town (you can go by road via tuk-tuk but there are many, many steps down to the house), very nicely appointed and equiped, and really nice outdoor space (patio, balconies, jacuzzi, waterfront, etc. We had a lovely stay and definitely plan to come back. Joshua is very responsive and the local caretaker is great and available 24/7 - together they provided great customer service and they offered many good recommendations about local businesses, services, tours, and so on.

Beautiful place with an amazing view. The host was great, we even got a local chef to the house to cook us an authentic Guatemalan meal which was by far the best meal we had on our trip. Highly recommend this place.

The villa was just as beautiful as pictured in the photos, the home was spotless with beautiful surroundings and is an overall wonderful place to relax, take in the nature, and have a true vacation away from home. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect! La villa era tan hermosa como se veía en las fotos. La casa estaba impecable, con un entorno precioso, y es un lugar maravilloso para relajarse, disfrutar de la naturaleza y disfrutar de unas auténticas vacaciones lejos de casa. El personal fue extremadamente amable y servicial. ¡Todo fue perfecto!
