Casa Amarilla was such a little piece of paradise for us! The views are better than the pictures - you’ve got 1 volcano through the window at the foot of the bed and another visible from your pillow. The house was super peaceful but we still felt connected to the small town and were really close to the shop. Also Jorge is so attentive and helpful if you need anything. If you're sensitive to the light in the morning it may not be for you as there aren't curtains on all of the beautiful big windows but we loved getting to see the sunrise before going back to sleep every morning!

I stayed in all 3 AirBnB rooms at Carlos' Seite Volcanes' suite over 4 months and loved each one! I even had family visit who opted to stay in the San Marcos' center instead at Lush Atitlan; However, after they visited my spot at Carlos', they wished they had taken my suggestion to stay here instead. The view is unmistakable; the Spanish colonial aesthetic is flawless; the lush tropical garden is mature; the privacy is serene. Seite Volcanes is close enough to town to stumble to the lake-front in less than 10 minutes but not so close that your sleep is subject to the howling of street dogs or bar-hopping tourists. In fact, it's nestled quietly away in a forested area off a safe side-road. I never once had a problem with access to great aminities either: constant high-speed internet access, round-the-clock strong hot water pressure, and an on-site washing machine. Top all that off with one of the best hosts on this site, and you might just extend your stay by an extra month like me!

I absolutely loved this lakefront apartment! We were here for my bday trip and we felt right at home! The pictures don’t do the actual view justice! Waking up to this view and being able to relax outside with the view is so priceless! I want to come back to the lake at least once a year and I will be staying here every time. It’s also in a great location! Right when you come off the dock it’s not far :) Kenny was also always responsible and so kind! I cannot recommend this place enough! There are restaurants in San Pedro that sell a lakefront view with your meal! You can do this here ! Love love loved it here <3

Loved our stay. The balcony catches some nice wind which helped us cool off in the evenings. We enjoyed their Italian restaurant as well. The hosts are kind and were very helpful. Bring earplugs because the dogs made some noise at night - not the hosts fault, just a product of the region. Tuktuks are frequent once you head in the direction of town. May take a few minutes walk to find one.

Really enjoyed our time and views in this apartment! Kenny is a great host, very friendly, helpful, and generous. Recommend staying here :) can’t beat that view of the lake.

A million dollar view, spacious terrace for hammocks and entertaining. The beautiful garden an added bonus. Perfect spot to unwind and relax. We recommend the second floor for spectacular view of the lake, perfect spot for a sundowner. Christa did an excellent job of making sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we need ……. I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

I believe it’s super important to support the local community when visiting places & was so happy to do so by booking this spot with Clemente! The place is just as described & pictured. It is in an ideal location as you can catch a Tuk tuk or walk about 15 mins to San Juan La Laguna & use the stairs that go down to the beach & walk to San Pedro La Laguna in less than 10 minutes! The view is magnificent & the best view I saw while in San Pedro. The place was clean & felt really authentic & homey! The vibrant colors & beautiful Guatemalan art gave the place a great touch that is missed by more modern Airbnbs. San Pedro La Laguna is known for its live, party atmosphere so keep that in mind when booking any Airbnb there. During our stay, we closed the windows & the bedroom door & had no issues with noise, but during the hotter months when you might not want to close the windows, keep in mind that you’ll hear local bar music which can be an issue for a light sleeper. 10/10 recommend!

El recibimiento muy bueno, como nos recibió la mamá de Javier muy buena persona, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente para llegar al lugar, habitación cómoda muy biena para el precio que se pagó, un lugar bonito, sin duda volvería a alojarme ahí.

Todo perfecto con nuestra estadía, hubo una pequeña confusión pero los anfitriones siempre estuvieron dispuestos a solucionarlo ☺️

Unser Aufenthalt bei Cirilo war super! Wir kamen relativ weit entfernt von der Unterkunft an, was kein Problem war, weil Cirilo uns gratis mit seinem TukTuk abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht hat. Die Unterkunft war sauber, komfortabel und für uns genau richtig, um etwas zu entspannen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Cirilos Unterstützung in allen Bereichen. Wir brauchten z.B. ein Shuttle nach San Cristobal in Mexico. Cirilo hat das Shuttle organisiert, wir konnten unkompliziert bei ihm mit Karte bezahlen und es hat alles geklappt. Um sicherzustellen, dass alles funktioniert hat er uns den ganzen Tag über immer wieder gefragt, ob alles nach Plan läuft. Wir hatten bisher noch keinen so aufmerksamen und engagierten Host! Vielen Dank für alles!

Cirilo y su familia fueron empáticos y muy amables. El sitio es un barrio de la localidad por lo que de noche es buena idea tomar tuk tuk pero durante el día es super fácil de llegar. La habitación estaba limpia y había de todo. Me gustó mucho quedarme en este lugar.

from the moment your booking is confirmed with Cirilo, he is already treating you like family. very attentive host that can handle all of your needs and help you relax a little easier while travelling. ( ask him anything and he probably knows a guy). Beautiful studio apartment for a very affordable price. it's very walkable for most people but if you need a tuk tuk, they are very cheap and easy to find a ride. 10/10 recommend and I will be back at corilos place in the future
