We had the best weekend visiting Annapolis and our stay was a huge part of that. The space was exactly as described in the listing and perfectly fit our group of 12 visiting for a wedding. We were able to have plenty of space, extra linens and Towels, and the ability to walk to the downtown area to explore and grab great meals. Chris was very quick to respond to any questions and very flexible with our requests. Would highly recommend this home to other Airbnb customers!!!

Grab this up for your next trip , amazing stay ! This place deserves 5 stars and more! It’s set up nicely with great use of space. It has everything you need to feel like you are at a home away from home! Shops/food right across the street (we had Sammy’s and Chinese and both were good). I’ll add that I’m extremely immunocompromised and I felt so safe walking into this home didn’t have to worry about being close to the public (hotel stay) and she keeps it incredibly clean! The yard was great and the front porch is even better ! Great parking as well. I will note you are on a pretty busy street so there is some nose involved but after about 10pm it was quiet and we slept just fine. Thanks for the great coffee and tea available we used both and it was perfect to have a morning cup on the porch before we started our day.

This home is really nice! We stayed there because our daughter was getting married at a venue about 5 minutes away from the home. It was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and was great for the bridal party to get ready! Nice open floor plan. The beds a bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. The home was well equipped. The outdoor area was nice and I’m sure the pool is nice in the summertime. Thank you for sharing your home with us on this very special occasion.

We had a great stay at Christopher's this past weekend! Christopher's home looks exactly as pictured, and is located in a fantastic spot to use as a home base to explore the rest of the city - easily walkable to a grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants (including a delicious food hall!). We were very comfortable and greatly appreciated Christopher's hospitality. He even let us check-out late so that our baby was able to get a long nap in before our travel. We would happily stay here again if we return to Baltimore. Highly recommend!

House was exactly as described. It’s right outside of the arts district of Annapolis, about a five minute drive. Lots of great dining and things to do. Caitlin was an excellent host and very responsive.

This was our third stay at Pirates Perch and we're looking forward to going back. Clean, comfortable and convenient.

The house was perfect and comfortable for me and the grandkids to stay for a family visit. The back porch and fenced in yard gave them a safe place to play in the afternoon ssun to let out some energy. The kitchen was emaculate and well stocked with all needed cookware and utensils. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. We appreciated the welcome binder with local restaurants. Great place to stay!!

Patricia's place is conveniently located next to an Amazon Fresh (walking distance) as well as the Rock Creek Park. The boys and dog were out walking there every morning at 6.30am and loved the almost immediate access to the Park. The house is neat as a pin and had a nicely equipped kitchen - even with a massive supply of coffee and tea - as well as laundry and dishwasher detergents. Patricia was incredibly responsive and made our stay effortless. A great place to stay on the edge of the city.

The place is very nice, we really liked it. There is no dining table but the open living room and kitchen is roomy, with a comfortable area to watch Netflix. Beds were comfortable as well. The only things to be aware of are the stairs are rather steep - not a problem for us, but could be for someone with mobility issues - and there is some traffic noise easily heard in the bedrooms. But it was easy to find parking spots and great to walk right across the street for drinks and pizza, and down the street for good Thai food. Loved our get together at Dawn's!

We had a great stay at Anne’s! It was easy to find and was perfect for a quick stay.

John's place was just as described. walking distance to the square of fells point. Clear instructions on how to get in to the property. The only thing which is not a complaint is the steps are super steep going into the house as well as the steps to get up to the bedroom. All in all a great place to stay and would stay there again

The space was beautiful! The rooftop was my favorite, being able to read a book in the quiet. They always responded quickly and were so nice! They also saved a parking spot for us in the back which we didn’t end up using because parking was not an issue at all up front.

John and Adam's place was just what we needed for our stay in the DC area. It was spacious, spotless, well stocked, peaceful, reasonably priced, and in a convenient location close to a shopping center and the Beltway. The grounds were beautiful, with the koi pond and spring flowers just starting to bloom. Adam greeted us when we arrived and couldn't have been nicer. We hope to stay here again when we next visit friends and family in the area.

As always it was a pleasant stay with fantastic hosts.

Our family had a perfect stay in Eastport. This spot is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood within a block of one of a maritime museum and a beautiful and accessible dock, and a great restaurant/bar around the corner. Annapolis is a short walk away. This location is perfect.

Ellen’s place was clean, quiet , comfortable and very well appointed . It felt like home away from home . Ellen was extremely responsive and helpful during the entire booking time. Would definitely recommend this lovely home and hope to come back again soon .

Very clean and big with nice decoration the location is very accessible around the city.

We were visiting our daughter who works for NIH and lives in Bethesda. This location was ideal for our needs. The apartment was very clean and is well stocked with all pots ,pans, and dishes that you would need. If you wanted to cook there were many oils and spices to choose from that were in the kitchen and available to use. The apartment was very quiet, it had a work desk that I needed and the WIFI connection is very fast. I do rent a car when going to Bethesda and having the designated parking spot is very nice to have included. Thank you for a Great stay. Brian from Boston

We visit DC several times a year but had never stayed in Bethesda before this visit, and we found it surprisingly pleasant and convenient. This condo was perfectly clean and comfortable and Mark was especially proactive in making sure we had no problems checking in, or out, and he got in touch several times during our stay with suggestions to make it even better. The building is in great shape, city noise was minimal, and public transportation a short walk away. We would happily stay here again.

Great place. Quiet building. Beautiful view of the water and the boats. Stocked with everything you’d need. Very comfortable beds. Great patio/deck. The coffee grinder was not working initially. We contacted Jared and he had another one delivered the next day. Couldn’t ask for more from a host. Very walkable. We walked almost everywhere from the unit. Highly recommend!

Our recent stay at this Airbnb was truly exceptional, especially for families with young children. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how clean and incredibly well-equipped the space was. It felt like the hosts had thought of everything! Traveling with little ones can be challenging, but this Airbnb made it a breeze. We were so impressed with the thoughtful touches like the provided crib, toddler-proof plates and cups, and even a selection of toys to keep the kids entertained. They even had baby shampoo on hand – it's those little details that really make a difference. Beyond being fantastic for kids, I have to rave about the bed. Seriously, it was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. After a long day of exploring, sinking into that mattress was heavenly. A beautiful location with plenty of room for two couples. Nice balcony and panoramic view of the historical Annapolis waterfront and state capital. Fantastic restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. Super parking too!!!
