Trabia : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Sehr sehr schön und individuell eingerichtete geschmackvolle Wohnung, sehr sehr bezaubernde Terrasse mit Blick in den Obst- Garten und über die ganze Bucht, wir bekamen zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Rotwein und durften Orangen, Zitronen Pampelmusen aus dem Garten nutzen die wirklich delicious waren!! Im zu Fuß auch erreichbaren Santa Flavia gibt es kleine ursprüngliche Lebensmittel- geschäfte und alles was man benötigt. Dort gibt es tags auch eine Zugverbindung nach Palermo. Filippo holte uns im Ort ab und brachte uns auf das Anwesen. Sehr freundlich, viele hilfreiche Tips zu Palermo und Umgebung, er ging auch auf unsere Nachfrage nach einer guten Terme ein uns sandte per WA weitere Informationen zu. -- Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Logement très propre et terrasse très agréable ! Roberto et Rita sont d’excellents hôtes et le logement est bien placé, au calme mais proche de toutes les commodités .

We really enjoyed our stay in Luca's place! Great to have the jacuzzi, lovely view. Apartment had everything we needed. Near to the beach. Definitely recommend! Very easy communication with the host who was always available to help and gave clear instructions. Thanks!

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

STEFANO's place was so wonderful and the access to the private docks with lifeguards was amazing (and the Mediterranean water was divine). STEFANO was very helpful and kind and I highly recommend his place if you want to have a quiet and private retreat 10 mins from the airport and 20 minutes from Palermo.

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

Het verblijf in het appartement van Claudio en Giuliana was geweldig. Het huis is in een rustig straatje, maar vlakbij de levendigheid van Piazza Magione en bijna alles is op loopafstand. Het heeft de luxe van een prachtig dakterras, en een buitenkeuken! Er zijn twee prima slaapkamers en de woonkamer is klein maar fijn. Het is fijn dat er verschillende mogelijkheden zijn in het huis: de woonkamer is koel en donker voor op warme dagen, en het dakterras is heerlijk voor als de zon niet te heet is. Kortom: een aanrader!

We loved our stay in Fina’s apartment and felt immediately at home in Terrasini. From the flat there are two beaches within 10-minutes walking distance, and another one ca. 30 minutes walking distance. There are dozens of great places to eat and drink immediately outside, and everyone was extremely friendly to us. The apartment also has a large terrace that’s perfect for sunset dinners. We fell in love with Terrasini and would absolutely come back.

Mieszkanie znajduje się w kamienicy w świetnej lokalizacji. Pokoje są duże z dużymi i wygodnymi łóżkami. Salon jest dość mały a taras nie jest bezpośrednio przy mieszkaniu tylko trzeba z niego wyjść i udać się schodami na górę. Reasumując wszystko polecam to mieszkanie jeśli głównym celem podróży jest zwiedzanie miasta

The apartment was excellent! Very good location, close to everything, we had a great time! Extremely comfortable bed, good equipped kitchen.. the host was even kind enough to rise the temperature in the apartment after asking. The only thing I would add is shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. The walls of the apartments on the floor are really thin, you can hear the conversation from the apartments next door. We didn’t mind because we didn’t spend much time inside. But it is good to know if someone is a light sleeper. Would definitely recommend!

Super Urlaub! Die Unterkunft passte perfekt zu unserem Urlaub. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt um den Westen Siziliens zu bereisen. Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und wirklich sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke! ☺️

Addio al nubilato perfetto. Consiglio tantissimo l appartamento di Silvia, un vero gioiello nel cuore di Palermo. L’appartamento è davvero meraviglioso, curato in ogni dettaglio, elegante e raffinato. Per non palare della terrazzina con idromassaggio. Siamo state benissimo in 5, spazi perfetti e Silvia è stata impeccabile, fornendoci tutte le info per rendere magnifico il soggiorno. Abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di benvenuto, stuzzichini, vasca gia pronta all’uso e la possibilità di poter lasciare i bagagli al checkout. Poi la casa è dotata di tutti i comfort ed è davvero comoda e in centro citta. Consigliatissimo.

Viviana è stata puntuale, cordiale e proattiva nella comunicazione, fornendo suggerimenti utili e in tempo reale. l'alloggio è delizioso, in una zona vivace e in posizione comodissima. Grazie ancora !

Lucia and her flat are both wonderful! It's right off the main drag, so there's no shortage of shops, restaurants, bars, sights, the Cathedral and Palazzo Normani, and the Kalsa and marina at the other end. Everything is walkable, including the Balaro market. But even being so centrally located, it is amazingly quiet. The photos here do not do it justice! The house was amazingly clean (we arrived as Lucia was cleaning), the kitchen is well-equipped. And then there are the two terraces!!! One off the kitchen, the other off the bedroom, both with great views. There are a lot of steps, but it's worth every one of them! I cannot recommend this flat highly enough.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Alda war bei kleinen Problemen sehr hilfsbereit gut erreichbar, außerdem gab sie uns beim Check In einige Empfehlungen für Restaurants o.Ä. Wir haben einige davon getestet und waren total begeistert! Alles super sauber und ordentlich, sehr ruhig und auch an Grundausstattung alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Leider war das Wlan nicht zu jederzeit 100% stabil, hat uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört.☀️ Danke!

A great apartment very central in Cefalú, walking distance to everything and car parking was very helpful. Laura and Francesco were very helpful, with lots of great local recommendations. Lovely views and apartment as described. Thanks for a great stay.

Absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend for groups of 3-5. Great communication with Luigi and Giada, gave our group of 4 perfect food recommendations. The location is perfect, quiet at night but only 2 minute walk to the main area of bars and restaurants and felt very safe. The patio space is lovely on a nice day. Check in and check out experience was super easy. We also had a car and Luigi was able to secure a free spot for us during the stay even though there was construction where his normal spot is. Extremely responsive. Beds and pillows both very comfortable. 3 full bathrooms a nice benefit. Can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Valentina is an excellent host, always very quick to respond and very helpful letting us into the apartment well before the check in time. The neighborhood is very nice, not as busy as the touristic center but still in the heart of the city. Please be aware that the free parking is not on location but a few blocks away. Not a problem at all once Valentina sent us the location. We can highly recommend the apartment and it’s great host.

We absolutely loved our stay at Antonio’s place. The location is perfect, if you want to be in the center of town. The views are incredible; looking on to the Piazza del Duomo. The apartment is very roomy and decorated with original watercolor paintings, historic prints and unique personal touches. The beds were a bit firm for us, but the living room furniture was comfortable with natural light from the small terrace, where we ate meals and watched people below. The Duomo pastry shop down the street was perfect for a relaxing cappuccino in the sunny piazza. We loved the relaxed feel of the town and residents. Antonio was an awesome host, accommodating our requests and offering great suggestions for restaurants; always responding very quickly to our needs. We would highly recommend Antonio’s place to other travelers.

Giuseppe's apartment was great. Above all, the location: right in the heart of Ballarò, just a few blocks from a bustling old-school Sicilian market. Giuseppe was also extremely attentive. The apartment was newly renovated, clean, and stocked with water, cake, and coffee. We had a brief issue with the wifi that he personally came and sorted out immediately. Would absolutely recommend if you're looking for an authentic Palermo experience.

Très beau séjour dans ce bel appartement offrant une vue superbe sur Palerme ! Luigi à été très accueillant, nous a même offert une bouteille de Prosseco pour célébrer la nouvelle année. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la rue piétonne où de nombreux restaurants proposent des spécialités et autres ! Merci encore !

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful flat. It is better than the photos. The roof terrace is absolutely amazing. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms beautifully decorated - we could have stayed a month! Cefalu is gorgeous - there are tourists of course but it feels like a place Italians are also living - not like being in a place just for tourists. The location of the flat could not be better - short walk to beach and close to the main square and shopping street. Not far from train station either.

If you are traveling to Cefalu this apartment is a must stay! It was such a charming and comfortable place. Fabiene was a kind and responsive host and the apartment was clean and quiet. The location couldn’t be better, only a 10 minute walk from the train, and a few minutes from the beach and the balcony provided beautiful views. We will definitely be staying again!
