Trabia : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

A great apartment that’s close to most of the things you want to see in Palermo. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there long enough to see them all this time, but we hope to return. My family of four really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the elevator after all the walking!

Très bel appartement clair et joliment décoré. Tout ce qu il faut pour passer un bon séjour, au calme malgré la localisation hyper centrale. Giuseppe était réactif et s est montré disponible . Merci

Ivana was great. Her place was very convenient to everything in the area. She stopped it very well so that when we got in late, we didn’t have to worry about not having coffee, toilet paper and everything else that we need right away I would give her a 10 if I could.

La casa ha tutti i comfort, non manca niente. Il bellissimo terrazzo si presta a piacevolissime serate in compagnia complice il bistrot sotto casa che ci ha fornito ottime pizze e leccornie siciliane. La zona è tranquilla e servita anche dai mezzi facilita di parcheggio. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

l’appartamento è veramente bellissimo, ristrutturato, rifinito nei minimi dettagli, spaziosissimo e climatizzato. la zona è tranquillissima e con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze. la pulizia impeccabile, e l’host sempre disponibile. ci tornerei volentieri; se visitate Palermo, vi consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort possibili; non ve ne pentirete!

Pinas Unterkunft ist bezaubernd. In der dritten Etage gelegen, deren durchaus steile Treppe wir mit Hilfe von Giuseppinas Sohn bewältigt haben, der einen ziemlich schweren Koffer für uns nach oben getragen hat (nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür), haben wir die Wohnung, die Aufmerksamkeiten mit Rotwein und Bereitstellung von Frühstückszutaten, das mitten in Cefalu-Sein sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Strasse und dennoch zentral. Es ist alles vorhanden,, um eine gute Zeit in Cefalu zu verbringen. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt.

Giovanni's apartment is a beautiful space, located in an ideal position to explore Palermo on foot. It feels light and airy with extremely high ceilings giving it a sense of grandeur. The welcome gifts of wine, pastries and sweets were much appreciated. Giovanni went the extra mile in making our stay as trouble free as possible. Our interests include the Opera and sailing therefore, we always time our vacation to ensure there will be a performance at the Opera House, which is just a 10 minute stroll from the apartment. Additionally it is only a 15 minute stroll to the completely revamped marina. Make sure you visit there at 19:00 to see the dancing fountains!

Cet endroit est littéralement le meilleur Airbnb en 10 ans! C’est ultra propre, super beau, il y a tout pour se faire d’excellents soupers. Le lit est confortable, il y a beaucoup d’eau chaude! Et que dire d’Irène! Elle nous a aidé pour l’arrivée et le départ (plus tôt et plus tard que prévu), elle répondait rapidement et elle habite à côté! Donc on se sent en sécurité et comme chez soi! Je recommande ce magnifique endroit! Merci pour tout Irene! Arrivederci!

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Super geeignet für Familien mit Kindern jeden Alters. Das absolute Highlight ist der große und schön gestaltete Garten mit gemütlicher Terrasse. In der direkten Umgebung des Hauses lässt sich leider nicht wirklich etwas unternehmen, aber mit einem Auto ist man schnell an unterschiedlichen tollen Orten! Ohne Auto kommt man allerdings nur sehr schwierig zum Haus! Das sollte man unbedingt berücksichtigen. Das Beste an Allem: Viviana und Federico! Sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit, immer schnell erreichbar und trotzdem diskret. Die haben uns auch mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. versorgt. Vielen Dank!! 🙏☺️

Der Aufenthalt in Marias Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Alles in der Wohnung war sehr sauber. Maria hat die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Schöne, große und praktische Küche, alles vorhanden, macht Spaß dort zu kochen. Super Aussicht von der Terrasse. Die Terrasse ist auch sehr schön gestaltet. Genau für diejenigen, die Ruhe und Erholung wollen und die Seele baumeln lassen wollen. Maria ist sehr sympathisch und ein Herzensmensch. Sie war sehr diskret, für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100% weiter und sind am überlegen, ob wir nächstes Jahr selbst wieder dahin fahren :-) Vielen Dank liebe Maria Ciao, a presto

L' alloggio era esattamente come descritto, pulito, facile da raggiungere e Vincenza una persona sempre disponibile e gentilissima. L' alloggio è in un punto strategico , esattamente vicino al porto e al corso centrale; purtroppo c'è un pub sotto che con la musica fino a notte fonda potrebbe creare disagio, chiudendo le finestre si isola molto il rumore ma bisogna a quel punto tenere l' aria condizionata accesa anche di notte. A prescindere da questo, consiglierei di soggiornarvi e ci tornerei volentieri.

We absolutely loved our time in Cefalu. Antonio’s place was perfect! It was so cozy with an amazing view of the sea. But the best part was the central downtown location and walk ability to the heart of Cefalu. Thank you!

Nos encantó hospedarnos en el apartamento de Marghertita. Muy cálido, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. El barrio lindo, en auto podes aparcar sin problema , está alejado del centro pero llegas muy bien en auto y/o otro transporte. Tiene 3 camas, grandes y cómodas.! Estaba muy limpio. Cuando teníamos dudas Marghertita nos respondió enseguida siempre. Muy linda estadía! Gracias !!!!

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Sabrina and her husband (Simone) were great hosts! Very friendly and communication from check-in to check-out was excellent. The apartment was just as in the pictures and had everything needed for my stay. Great location and short walk to the beach! Snack, wine and water given complimentary at check-in! They provided luggage storage at check-out so I could spend the day at the beach before leaving for the airport. Thanks! Ciao!

Arianna er en venlig og yderst hjælpsom vært. Hun gav os masser af anbefalinger og anviste både spisesteder og oplevelser, vi aldrig selv ville have fundet. Lejligheden er hyggelig og meget veludstyret.

My comments refer to Natale’s sister, Margaret. Natale had water damage in his apartment just days before we arrived. Luckily we were able to rent Margaret’s apartment just a few blocks away. We absolutely loved our month in Margaret’s apartment. Fabulous sunrise views every morning to the south and beautiful sunsets every evening to the north. This upper apartment is in 4-plex, a brilliant family concept with 2 apartments on the top floor and the parents on the lower floor. Margaret’s apartment has been carefully and creativity renovated, everything is new and beautiful. The Main Street of Cinisi is a 10 minute walk where there are many excellent shops. The Tuesday morning market is a 15 minute walk. The airport is a 15 minute drive. It was truly an exceptional month in the best location. Many, many thanks to Margaret and her family.

Maria is a wonderful host, and she made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived at her place. Her local recommendation is fun and interesting. Her place is very clean, new and centrally located. You can walk anywhere in the city. I would love to stay at her place again and I highly recommend anyone to stay at her place!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful flat. It is better than the photos. The roof terrace is absolutely amazing. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms beautifully decorated - we could have stayed a month! Cefalu is gorgeous - there are tourists of course but it feels like a place Italians are also living - not like being in a place just for tourists. The location of the flat could not be better - short walk to beach and close to the main square and shopping street. Not far from train station either.

We had a brilliant stay at Francesco’s beautiful, central apartment. The interior is absolutely stunning! Francesco was very responsive and helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Grazie!

Tolle Wohnung, super Badezimmer und alles vorhanden, was man braucht! Innenstadt ist super zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sah so aus wie auf den Bildern.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine chez Margherita et Giorgio. L'appartement était extrêmement propre et bien équipé. Sa position centrale permet de visiter la magnifique ville de Palerme entièrement à pied et vous trouverez à proximité tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Margherita et Giorgio sont des hôtes attentionnés et très réactifs, qui feront tout leur possible pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Si le logement est très calme par rapport aux bruits venants de l'extérieur, l'isolation phonique intérieure est, comme souvent dans les immeuble anciens en Italie, peu efficace. Mais c'est vraiment le seul bémol de l'appartement.
