We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Ripon, CA. The house was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was great, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and parks. Ripon is a charming town. The host provided excellent communication, making the check-in process smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

What a lovely home. Guests who stayed there for our wedding thought it was a family home, it was that inviting. Lots of little spaces to sit and have conversations outside and lots of space inside to enjoy dinner or breakfast. Ample on street parking. Had everything my 5 guests needed to make their stay an enjoyable experience. Charming, comfortable, and worth a return visit for my guests and some of the visitors who stopped in to visit.

Debra and Jose were wonderful hosts. The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated, and even provided Roku channels with guest access in both the living room and bedroom. Nice touch! They were very responsive, even when I had a need late at night. I stayed at their place for eight days, so enjoyed the pleasant neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The cost was reasonable and affordable, so all the nice extra touches were a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this charming apartment. Jose and Debra took good care of me, and I will be staying at their place the next time I return! Thank you, Debra and Jose! 🙂

Our stay was pleasant. Truly a hidden gem.

Cynthia was a great host! She was friendly and welcoming, and her little cottage was clean and charming and fully stocked. We were able to use the backyard and sit out in the sun and enjoy the beautiful flowers. Cynthia made our little rescue dog feel welcomed as well. The only downside to our visit was that we didn't have longer to stay! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Livermore.

we loved our stay! The house was immaculate, roomy and comfortable! plenty of linens, pots, pans and dishes. The pool was sparkling, too bad we stayed during such a cold time. The bedrooms are comfortable, clean and felt very private. It was AMAZING to have washer and dryer on-site, as we were traveling with children. Ryan was quick to respond to any questions we had and his restaurant suggestions are top notch, he definitely knows what he's talking about. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

We had a great stay. The neighborhood is quiet which made relaxing outside by the pool quite peaceful. The kitchen is great and well stocked, and there was more than enough room for our family. Would recommend for sure.

Likely the cleanest Airbnb we’ve stayed in. It was literally spotless. Loved the attention to details, including having throw blankets available to make it cozier. While the street is a bit loud, it’s nice to be close to the Main Street in Pleasanton with plenty of places to eat and shop. Extremely responsive owner.

Great place to stay, very good communication.

Adorable is the best word to describe this home. Everything was clean, updated and easy to manage. We loved the backyard to hang out and play card games. The bathroom was impressive with the strategic positioning of everything. The location had easy access to downtown and the freeway. We would definitely stay here again! Our hosts were great on communication.
