Loved our stay here! It was the perfect relaxing getaway for the weekend. It’s a bit of a drive into Chattanooga, but well worth it for the peace and quiet we were able to enjoy

Best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Beautiful home in a lovely "tiny home" neighborhood. But don't let the word "tiny" fool you ... the house had plenty of space for 4 adults, 2 teens and a newborn. Stocked with everything you could possibly need! Pristine! Beautiful location and scenery. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

We enjoyed our stay at Monteagle so much! We were greeted with the sweetest card and snacks from the owners. The house was immaculately decorated and we appreciated the extra touches such as the toiletries in the bathrooms. The guest book gave us local hikes as well as store and restaurant suggestions. The fire pit and hot tub were a few on the main reasons we initially booked this house. We had everything we needed along with a convenient location in Monteagle. The owners were quick to respond to questions and very friendly. We will be back!

The cabin was perfect, the description on the listing was extremely accurate! The place was extremely clean, had a very homey feel to it, had everything you could need in the kitchen for cooking and more! We have no complaints and will be coming back soon! The only thing I would mention is the driveway is a bit steep and if you are in a car it will scratch the underneath, that is the only problem we had. We will return but with the jeep!

We had a nice stay and had amazing weather. The home was described well and what we expected. The hot tub and outdoor area were great, our dog and kids loved it. We were a bit disappointed there was no playground, it looked like it had recently been removed. We would definitely recommend this house!

Coalmont Lake House is extraordinary! From the incredibly detailed house manual that we received prior to check in, to the gorgeous decor and beautiful lake surroundings, this place is a dream stay! The hosts definitely pay attention to excellence in providing a comfortable respite in a beautiful setting! The beds were very comfortable, including our favorite swinging daybed on one of the back decks! The decks provided plenty of space to relax and spend time with family and the interior of the home was a designer’s dream with plenty of space to enjoy! The airbnb was well-stocked with necessities and then extras like roasting sticks for a campfire and extra blankets and board games and toys for kids! This is hands-down the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and highly recommend it for a getaway!

Our 5 night stay was wonderful at this beautiful riverside cabin! Perfect inside amenities for all 6 of us and a steep hike to a fishing dock that my husband and kids enjoyed! We loved the mountain sunrises and perfect stargazing from the top deck by the gas fire pit. This property is located in Central Time Zone and the Chattanooga area is Eastern so be mindful of time when buying tickets. We wish we would have done more thorough research of the area as to prepare us for the long trip down the narrow, but paved, mountain road and the distance from "town." So we chose to always make it back before sunset for an easier journey. The driveway looks more challenging than it truly is and our front wheel drive SUV handled it just fine! The host responded quickly to our minor questions and were easy to work with. Our family definitely recommends this property for a peaceful getaway from the hustle of parenthood while your kids unplug to connect with the nature around them

What a lovely place! Look forward to returning in the future. Kitchen was very well equipped as was the rest of the house. Can't say enough about the attention to detail put into this beautiful place.

Place was fantastic! Only downfall was we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would’ve loved to have! Short stay! Will highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of staying in the area!

This cabin was beauty and had everything needed for a great stay. The host responded with a quick rate. The cabin is 15 minutes from downtown, perfect location, secluded from neighbors. The road to get down is a little scary but other than that everything was amazing.

First of all Shelia was there to let us in and show us around to make sure she answered all of our questions and knew where everything was. Shelia is so kind and her cabin was so beautiful and cozy. The surprise was having coffee in the morning at the end of the little trail in the back. My kids had a blast blazing a trail though the dry creek bed and s'mores by the fire. The cabin has a surprise around every corner. Wonderful place to vacation.

Our family of 5 loved staying at Amazing Grace! The location on the water was absolutely perfect and peaceful. My kids, 9, 6, and 4, spent hours skipping rocks as we watched from the deck. The king and queen beds were some of the most comfy we've ever slept in on a trip. The kids loved the loft area. The nearby hikes were gorgeous and we loved coming back to grill out and have some hot tub time! We will be back!

Great place! It was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing! The house is beautiful. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. You do have to drive into Chattanooga for groceries/ restaurants. Places to go are a few miles away but will take you twenty minutes to get to. That wasn’t a problem for us but could be for some. There were a few bees around which again wasn’t a problem for us but could be for some. It could be a tight squeeze to fit five vehicles there. We had a big truck so we took up the entire parking space by the garage. Overall, if we would be in the area again we would book this home again. It was so peaceful!

The house is in a beautiful, remote area. We saw loads of deer, beautiful sunsets, and stars. There is a house next door but it did not feel too close. A rushing stream is accessible from the house if you follow a short trail. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the host providing portable speakers so we could listen to music while we played board games. The kitchen is well stocked. It is wise to bring the food you need for dinner the first night before you arrive, because there are very few stores and restaurants close by.
