The place is a 2 bed in a nice apartment tower close to a lovely little oasis of a park where we could walk our dog. The place itself was clean , spacious for the three of us with good facilities. Although not right in the centre , it’s really close for anyone with two legs or 4 legs if you have a pet. It is very easy to walk to the city centre and really not far .Also I went to the Etihad and walked in just over 30 mins. Darts and PS4 are added bonus. The communication with Stephen was good. Would recommend to anyone as this is good value versus some of the more centrally based and overpriced hotels.Also parking was very good value compared to most other parking booked with hotels. Thanks Stephen for the free crocs - a nice surprise.

An amazing place! We had an amazing stay, the apartment is very beautiful, clean, close to everything. Host is very helpful and responsive if any help needed. Loved our stay, made our visit in Manchester way more pleasant

Great apartment, clean and functional

I stayed here last minute for a concert and I’m so glad I did. The host was super responsive and proactive, and the flat was gorgeous. It was spacious and clean, and the balcony was to die for. The flat was quiet even with the balcony door open. The bedding was really comfortable, and the extra touches in the bathroom were really appreciated!! I felt safe in the building and area, and it was really close to the city centre. It was less than 10 mins by bus. There were shops nearby which is where you collect the keys for self check in. You give in your code and they give you the key. I paid the £150 deposit (bear in mind you do pay outside of the app, I didn’t realise this) and I was a bit nervous about this. I contacted Airbnb support and they assured me it was fine. The host was patient while I spoke to support. I received the entire deposit back today. I really enjoyed my stay, I will definitely be back (hopefully in the warmer weather to enjoy the balcony properly!) Thankyou!!!💓

I stayed with my family two nights, it was amazing place and Mohammed responded very quickly and at anytime. Mohammed is honest, helpful and generous person. I keen recommend his place, will absolutely back again.

Sam was an amazing host. The place was clean, homey and in a perfect location. Even though it’s close to a big road the place was quiet and you’re in the heart of the city after a few minutes walk. The place felt safe, was clean and she even made sure we had some simple breakfast items at hand :) loved it and would stay again!

We had a lovely stay here when attending a show at the AO arena. Fantastic location & walking distance to the arena. Plenty of local amenities. Beautiful modern apartment in a lovely clean building. Would definitely return.

Chris es un muy buen anfitrión, amable y atento a cualquier necesidad. El departamento es de lujo, muy limpio, con todo lo necesario, no es ruidoso y por sobre todo está en un barrio muy tranquilo. Cercano a la estación de metro y tren. Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento en Mánchester

Me and my friends had a lovely stay at this apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and roomy for 4 people. The addition of the Wii was lovely to end our night on. The host responds very quickly and even called on the day to let us know that we could check in early which we appreciated. The only thing to note is that you do have to pick up the keys from a location around a 17 minute walk away which was definitely doable but is worth noting. Overall, a lovely apartment well worth the price and I will definitely be looking to book again when staying in Manchester.

Charlie & Rosie's house was fabulous & as the hosts they were very good at communicating! It was comfortable and peaceful, just what was needed. Perfect location, quiet & easily walkable to all the shops & restaurants! 10 out of 10! 🙂

Well, what a lovely home from home place to stay at for a long weekend. We were visiting family between Christmas and New Year. The place had everything to offer with a beautiful view. Perfect location for Cheshire and for Manchester. A place we would definitely stay at again. Nissa was a great host. Thank you again.

Super three bedroom house in a location convenient for many of Manchester's attractions.

La casa estaba muy bien de precio y es una casa cómoda. La casa tiene detalles buenos, como papel en la cocina y muchas comodidades. Las camas están muy bien. Y los espacios son amplios. Nos pillaba a unos 15-20 min del centro, con el tranvía se llega fácil. Aunque la con comunicación era a través de airbnb y a veces tardaba un poco en responde, la comunicación fue buena, se atendió nuestras peticiones en un tiempo record y Jean nos ayudo mucho, le estamos muy agradecido.

It's a good house with 4 rooms to live in. Quiet outside and near to Rochdale center, convenient enough to the stores and supermarkets. While there are some minor stains in the kitchen when arrived, but not impacts on the experience. We come through some issues during the living, but were sorted very soon. This house should be recommended.

We’ve had a wonderful time staying at Adam’s property. It was so good our children didn’t want to leave. The perfect stay for a family, with all the facilities required. Adam was there to answer any questions, and has been a great host. Book this property for your stay you will not be disappointed!
