Tokoni did everything he like to ensure our stay was comfortable, he even provided us with a means so we could stream tv programmes we wanted to watch. He is a lovely genuine person and nothing was too much trouble for him. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you Tokoni for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Davis's place. It was quiet and peaceful and had everything we need. We stayed to visit the two football stadiums and visit Manchester City and staying here meant that we had easy to access to all using the tram. An added bonus is the Media City access within walking distance including restaurants and bars. The perfect location for me and my teenage son. Davis was so accommodating, welcoming us to the apartment and keeping in touch whenever we needed him. On our check-out day, Davis was particularly supportive when our travel plans changed last minute and he supported us with a slightly later check out time which was so helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.

This was my first stay at Yashika’s house and I will definitely go back again in the future! 👍🤞🙏 I was initially met outside by her partner Vinayak and felt comfortable straight away! 👍 He explained the free car parking space usage! Yashika was inside when I arrived! Both hosts were very welcoming and friendly! I immediately got a key, to come and go as I wished! The room, at the top of the stairs, was warm and comfortable and ideal for my stay in the area for a friend’s 70th Birthday celebration! It had all the facilities I wanted for 24 hours! The spotless bathroom next door to my room was also a dedicated facility! 😃 Having unpacked and changed I left to enjoy my evening’s activity! 🎂🍰 In the morning I was able to make a cuppa in the room, have a hot shower next door and then a spot of breakfast with yoghurt and cereal! (two choices!) I left without, unfortunately, seeing my hosts again to thank them for their hospitality, but I hope to be back again, as the location is

Very nice property having recently been refurbished throughout. Very spacious. Very comfy sofa. Very nice TV. Very nice bathroom and shower But, best of all the responses to queries from the team were prompt and very helpful ! Highly recommended !

James is a friendly and approachable host. He has great local knowledge and can help guests feel at home. The room is spacious and the kitchen facilities are quite complete. Shopping is convenient with easy access to public transport. This place is highly recommended.

It's a good house with 4 rooms to live in. Quiet outside and near to Rochdale center, convenient enough to the stores and supermarkets. While there are some minor stains in the kitchen when arrived, but not impacts on the experience. We come through some issues during the living, but were sorted very soon. This house should be recommended.

Me and my husband have spent the weekend at Tim’s house. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. Tim’s house smells like a candy, very tidy and spacious. The bed we slept in was so comfortable that I couldn’t fall asleep in my own one once we had back home🤣 Tim is a very gracious gentleman. Both he and his partner welcomed us warmly. We will definitely come back there in the future.

Great experience, James and his flatmates were very kind and accomodating. I stayed only 1 night but felt completely at home. James updated my room for free, provided complimentary soft drinks, coffee and also offered helpful safety advice about the city. 100% recommended

Really friendly host. Check in was really easy and he was flexible around our plans. There is a tram a short walk away into Manchester, ideal location with some lovely parks and brunch spots only a 5 minute walk away.
