Transacqua : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Francesca. Elle a été très réactive. L’appartement était parfait pour deux amies avec une belle vue sur un jardin. Il y avait de quoi faire les repas avec un peu de sel, poivre, du thé, du produit vaisselle, ce qui était très pratique. Un grand merci nous reviendrons !

Questo weekend lungo con la mia compagna è stato fantastico, e sicuramente l'alloggio che offre Erich ha contribuito a questa bella esperienza! E' spazioso, luminoso, nuovo, costruito bene e con tutto il necessario. La chicca è sicuramente la vista sulle montagne. La zona tranquillissima ma comunque semplice da raggiungere. Erich si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile, pur sapendo lasciare la giusta tranquillità a noi ospiti. E' uno di quelli alloggi dove sicuramente tornerò molto volentieri!

Tina's place is absolutely gorgeous. You feel at home just as you step in. The apartment is meticulously clean, newly renovated, has all amnesties one will need for a short or a long stay. The location at the heart of the d'Ega valley is perfect for exploring the nearby mountains, with amazing views just out of the balcony. Yet a bit away from the bustle of the nearby town which provides privacy and tranquility. Tina was supper friendly and attentive for all our needs. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo soggiornato in uno degli appartamenti della Guestly Srl e siamo stati benissimo. Accoglienza cordiale da parte dell'host e totale disponibilità. L'alloggio, pulito e ben equipaggiato, si trova in un punto strategico a poca distanza dal centro storico. Posto ideale soprattutto per chi viaggia con amici pelosi. Lo consiglio senza esitazione. Io di sicuro ci ritornerò. Grazie Licia...a presto.

Perfect. I would not look for another place to stay in Venice. Dimitri and Valentina were great hosts and the apartment exceeded all our expectations. We pre-arranged a boat transfer and got dropped off less than 200m from the apartment. On arrival Raoul checked us in and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants - our favourite was Al Vecio Maragon (pre-booking advised)! A great location, quiet but also incredibly close to the Rialto Bridge (5 minute walk), early in the morning you can visit the local bustling fish market (Peschiera Fratelli Da Vio), but I would also recommend Majer (Calle del Scaleter) for amazing croissants and coffee. The apartment itself was spotless and was very well equipped. The balcony was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring and catches the sun throughout the day! I will recommend this place to everyone, and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you very much!

Non saprei da dove cominciare per elencare tutte le note positive di questo alloggio. Innanzitutto è difficile trovare un host così disponibile, gentile e anche simpatica! Per quanto riguarda la casa: bellissima, moderna, ben attrezzata, terrazza da fare invidia anche ai migliori roof top spagnoli, compresa di tettoia e parasole elettronici! Se proprio devo fare l’antipatica e scrivere per forza qualcosa che manca.. la grattugia 😂😂 ma anche lì devo ammettere che c’era l’alternativa del pelapatate, quindi niente.. mi tocca fare la precisina e consigliare solo l’aggiunta di una jacuzzi, così posso finalmente fare la mia proposta a Donata per acquistare l’immobile!! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!! Complimenti

Прекрасное жилье и хозяин! Мы абсолютно не знали языка,однако внимательный и дружелюбный хозяин все точно выполнил, заселение прошло отлично. Тихое место, магазин, все необходимое на кухне, хорошая транспортная доступность. Даже в случае дождливой погоды, в доме есть зонтики на всех. Рекомендуем! Спасибо за гостеприимство! Удачи в делах!

Ich war mit meiner Frau und meiner Tochter über Silvester zum Skifahren hier. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist Phantastisch. Die Unterkunft und die Region ist für alle Winteraktivitäten wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Außerdem war das Essen in den von Stefano empfohlenen Restaurants hervorragend.

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Absolute “white glove treatment” from Pamela! She met us at the train, only need to travel over 4 bridges (a mercy in Venice!) with large suitcases. She was even kind enough to help my elderly mother by carrying her lighter shoulder bag and walked slow to accommodate. As we walked, she gave us info on Venice at-large, but also local areas to the accommodation and the upcoming local San Martin holiday. The accommodation was nicest of all, and she showed us how it worked before leaving and letting us know she was only 10 minutes away if we had questions/needs. Only challenge: description is misleading, as we viewed pictures that showed 2 bedrooms and a living room; about a week ahead of check-in, Pamela informed us that one bedroom and the living space were the same space. We were already on holiday, so it was too late to re-book a space with much time that did not detract from our time already abroad (though she did suggest and allow when we realized—just too late for our travels).

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

The accomodations are exactly as described. Great floorplan/layout and very quiet in the evenings. We loved the location, not in the city of Verona, but close enough to get there easily. We found nearby restaurants to be outstanding, and made us some wonderful memories. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Alloggio a pochissimi minuti dal centro a piedi e in zona tranquilla. L’appartamento si presentava molto in ordine e impeccabile. Proprio di fronte ad esso c’è un parcheggio dove poter lasciare l’automobile. Katharina ci ha indicato attività e ristoranti nei dintorni ed è stata gentilissima nel posticiparci il check-out. Reattiva alle nostre richieste e domande. Sotto l’appartamento si trova la sua caffetteria Café Villa Bux dove purtroppo siamo riusciti a fare solamente una colazione causa festività. Se dovessimo tornare a Merano, terremo sicuramente in considerazione l’alloggio di Katharina.

Hôtes d’une extrême gentillesse et d’une générosité incroyable ! Lieu paisible en plein milieu des champs mais à proximité des routes et villes Aucun bruit sauf celui du court d’eau avec ses truites 😊 Logement super bien équipé (sèche cheveux, lisseur, draps, serviettes, lit chauffant !…) tout y es pour le petit déjeuner… Les adresses recommandées par les hôtes ont toujours été de qualité ! A 1h de Venise … le top des gîtes !

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, i padroni di casa simpatici e sempre a disposizione per eventuali problemi. La casa rispettava la descrizione, spaziosa, pulita e accogliente; perfetta per 4 persone . La posizione ottima, sul canale principale di Murano, e facilmente raggiungibile da Venezia.

Comoda, limpia y bien ubicada. Nos recibió con botella de agua, cápsulas de café y té. Muy amable de su parte. Muy comunicativa! Gracias por todo!

Ottima sistemazione. Consigliata soprattutto per la pulizia e la disponibilità della proprietaria. Casa completa di tutto ciò che occorre e anche di più... situata in posizione strategica per raggiungere le località termali che si trovano nei paraggi. Grazie Federica...a presto 😚

We had a great time at Adam's place! It was lovely with everything we needed and Adam was an amazingly helpful host with lots of suggestions and advice for us. One note is that the home does not have Wifi but sounds like that might happen in the future. The flat was right in the middle of town and we could see the lake, the mountains on both sides, etc - it was beautiful. We'd love to go back!

Casa molto accogliente con ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura e due divani letto (singoli); bagno pulito con doccia e soppalco con letto matrimoniale. Stile tradizionale e accogliente, panorama meraviglioso sulla pista 3Tre. Comodo il box auto e la zona riscaldata per riporre l'attrezzatura da sci. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi. Ho avuto nel complesso un'ottima impressione

Paolo was incredibly genuine and thoughtful. Not only did he meet us at the pier to ensure we wouldn’t get lost, but he also checked in when we arrived at the airport to make sure we knew how to buy ferry tickets and other essentials. He provided fantastic local tips, from restaurant recommendations to nearby island attractions, and even guided us on where to shop for groceries so we could cook at home. The accommodation was about an 8-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square—close enough to enjoy the sights but far enough to offer a peaceful, local atmosphere. Initially, we were unsure about the lack of a traditional living room, but the large dining table became a cozy gathering spot for our family, fostering even more quality time. The space was also very generous, allowing our family of four to unpack comfortably and truly settle in. This stay felt like a perfect home base for exploring Venice.

We absolutely loved our stay!! Marina was extremely nice and helpful. The apartment is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. There is even a lovely balcony to enjoy the evening breeze! It is very well connected to public transport and one can also easily walk into the city. We would definitely come back!! Thank you, Marina!!

This flat is in a beautiful location overlooking a canal. It's in a really sweet neighbourhood, with a few bars and restaurants as well as a grocery shop and greengrocers very nearby. All of the stunning sites of Venice are in walking distance but it was nice to be staying away from the crowds (we visited at Carnivale!) and not right in the centre, and it was a lot less touristy. It's also a great location for getting to and from the airport more quickly via the Alilaguna water boat. Inside, it is small but perfectly formed, clean and functional, as you can see from the photos. The highlight for me was the little balcony from the main bedroom, where you can just about fit two chairs to sit outside and admire the view. We had a wonderful visit (three adults), and highly recommend the apartment.
