It is a clean house with everything needed in the kitchen and sits in a great location. Hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had. I'd be happy more than happy to return to this Airbnb on a future trip.

Christy was an amazing host and was very responsive to communications. The property was hygienic, the amenities abundant, and in pristine condition. If you're looking for some time in paradise, the area is amazing and will fulfill your needs.

Excellent location, spacious home. We cooked many meals and enjoyed doing puzzles at the table. The pool are was very nice and the lounge chairs at the beach were awesome. The community is private yet everyone we met were very nice. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation.

A perfect cozy bungalow tucked away behind the dunes which allowed for some shade with a comfortable sitting area with the sound of the ocean. Jean , the caretaker was very accommodating. I’d definitely return.

Matt’s place is a little slice of heaven on earth! The home is in a perfect location on the island and beautifully designed and decorated. It has everything you need to have an amazing time, including plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy. Matt gave us great recommendations (from car rental to boat rental, to places to eat). We felt so at home that we hated to leave!

Serene location in Treasure Cay. Highly recommend renting a golf cart and come ready to relax. Great condo w basics. We enjoyed the beach daily, a boating excursion and exploring Treasure Cay. Nicole and Shantell were of excellent hospitality when I failed to note our arrival a day early- very accommodating for us. Beautiful spot and we plan to return!

Our stay at Molly’s place was more than we could ask for. Great location close to Bahama Beach Club and the access to the boat slip was great. The entire condo was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. Can’t beat the view from the balcony. Molly was super accommodating and quick to respond. Can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay!! Everything you need. Amazing surroundings, Open the front door and jump in the pool or head to the beach and open the back door and hop in the boat to head out for an ocean excursion.

Great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood with pool and beach just steps away. Lithera was very helpful with setting up car arrangements for airport transfers and also suggested a place for gold cart rental. This area was hit hard by Dorian but coming back gently and we look forward to coming back again. You cannot beat the price for staying at one of the best beaches in the world, so beautiful!

We had so much fun staying the week at the condo! It was so peaceful and the dock was awesome to have with a boat. If we had any questions, Calvin was very helpful. The best time!

Josette's place was home away from home!! I will definitely make this Air bnb my go-to place to stay while in Abaco. Very nice & spacious, spotless clean bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms. Josette was very accomodating and always so very responsive. Thank you Ms. Josette for a great stay!!

We loved this stay. We were in the lower unit which faces the sunset and had a great front area with shared picnic table and grill. A quick hop up the stairs and past the other two apartments and you are on the most gorgeous beach in all of Great Guana! Right next door to Nippers, you could roll home! The place had everything we needed and was spacious with queen size bunk beds and a separate private bedroom with a queen bed. The TV had Netflix and the WiFi was lightening fast. Would 100% stay again. Thanks so much Paul!

My stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The condo was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. The Ed and his wife were extremely accommodating and provided great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The location was perfect, close to many shops and cafes. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the Marsh Harbor, Abaco Bahamas area.

Alan’s condo is very convenient and the dock was right outside the door, with dock lines available for use. Everything in the unit was fresh and new. I would highly recommend, especially if you come by boat, or plan to rent a boat from Treasure Boat Rentals.

Everything was as described and on photos and then some! What a beautiful spot in paradise! We had a wonderful week disconnecting and enjoying the amazing beach , super friendly people and stunning sunsets at Grabbers! Also great food there! A golf cart is all you need to get around and have a wonderful time. Thank you Paul for being a great host! We will be back!

A great location on a gorgeous beach!! Very clean condo w easy/direct access to soft sand and clear water. Condo had all needed amenities, kitchen well stocked. Quiet complex. Absolutely would stay again!! Ellen responds very quickly to any questions.
