Jesus is a great host, communicated quickly and was responsive to our questions. His place was quite spacious and we were able to accommodate family members for short visits. Best of all for us was his property’s proximity to the Pinellas Trail. We went biking nearly every day, so we had a great vacation! Highly recommended!

Place is great, and the location is a quick 10/15 min walk to a ton of restaurants and shopping in the downtown. The house was well stocked with towels and water. Also liked that there was a Britta filter in the fridge. Jeff is very responsive. We were running out of toilet paper and within 10 or 15 min a new pack of toilet paper was delivered to the house. Also like that the house is equipped with smart locks, so all 10 of us could get in and out without having to worry about keys. Definitely recommend the home and would stay again.

Look no further! Beautiful home in a very quiet and serene neighborhood. Quick drive to Honeymoon Island and Dunedin with Clearwater just down the road. We had a perfect family vacation and loved the home and all of the fun and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommend with no reservations.

This may be one of the best Airbnb rentals we have ever had. We rented this house because we had a family wedding nearby. It accommodated the members of the family who stayed, and everybody loved it! Such a cool house in a great location.

Was an amazing stay at an amazing apartment. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Rebecca was super responsive to any questions we had and even when I ended up leaving my jacket she messaged me and I was easily able to recover. Maikel’s place is in a very safe area. No worries at all. Near a nice park with a great walking path. Perfect for Steinbrenner Field & Raymond James Stadium.

We loved the condo!!! When we opened the door we were so surprised how nice the condo was. Very roomy comfortable and very clean. The hosts get back to you right away. Condo is close to shopping and lots of restaurants. Beaches are a short drive away. We can not wait to come back. Will definitely stay again.

We LOVED staying at Meryem’s place! It was just adorable, the location was perfect, and she was very friendly. We had a small concern with AC, and she immediately came out to see how she could help and was sweet enough to even give us some recommendations for things to do while we were there! Would definitely stay with Meryem again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Tony went above and beyond with instructions and recommendations for the local area. We would gladly stay here again in the future.

Lori was so accommodating getting us into our second cottage for our second week, for which we are grateful to her and her marvelous cleaning crew. This was our third time and each time in a different cottage, which was equally peaceful, provided space and tranquility inside and outside and as with the other reviews the loveliest hidden gem.

Karie and Chris were fabulous hosts. Communication was extremely easy, and responses were prompt if ever we had a question. The property itself was perfect for travelling with two young kids, and three generations all in one house. All of the small details were covered for the kids including baby gates throughout the house for safety, and a variety of toys and books to keep them occupied. The adults also greatly enjoyed the stay, a beautiful house with ample room and amenities to vacation comfortably, and a spacious backyard with heated pool to kick back, relax and enjoy the sun. Thank you Karie, Chris, and Megan for a memorable vacation.

Cheryl was a lovely host and her home was comfortable and close proximity to so many things. We felt safe and at home and we were very comfy! The blankets were so soft and everything was very clean! Communication was great too. A great place to stay while visiting Tampa but wanting to feel at home!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cam’s place! Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, minutes to our favorite beach, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful rooftop views, and the elevator was awesome for one of our group who has a bad knee. We would love to stay here again, especially during a warmer season.

Perfect place for relaxing. The house is clean and has lots of space for our group. Love the layout of the house. Perfect for a retreat, it is close to beaches as well. Would love to come back.

Jeff was exceptional. Very friendly and responsive. His home was gorgeous- just as the photos depicted. Beautiful fireplace in the living room (to take the chill off this year’s cold snap) and one in each bedroom. Such a nice touch. The unit and building met our needs perfectly. Great for two couples or a family that wants gathering space and also privacy. The condo was stocked with all the basic things you’d need! We’d highly recommend Jeff and this condo.
