This was a great location. Lots of shops and restaurants within a short driving distance. Easy neighborhood to walk around and bike in.

Great little gem in the heart of the newly created Midtown Tampa area. The property is in a small community of townhomes, gated overnight. It is between 2 major roads and walking distance from multiple bars / restaurants. Very close to multiple grocery superstores as well as Whole Foods and Trader Joe's! Very close to International mall, International Airport, South Tampa and Channel side nights out. Large bedrooms, bright living room, equipped kitchen. Host, Luz is very friendly and accommodating. She is very quick to respond to app messages. Our family felt at home as soon as we walked in.

You will not regret staying in this beautiful house. I promise y’all. I had such an amazing time. This house is big and the hospitality was SUPER great. It was literally Better then expected. I will definitely will look forward into staying here again when I go back to Florida for vacation. Thank you for everything!

Had the best time here with all my girlfriends! The location was incredible and the views were spectacular! Struggled with the front lock a little bit, but overall a fantastic trip! Can’t wait to come back!

Wow! The condo was so clean and had everything you need for the week. The view is breathtaking and we loved drinking coffee on the balcony every morning. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our group, we all had our own space. Conveniently located to many place and walking distance to restaurants and ice cream at The Candy Kitchen. The communication was excellent before our stay and Kim checked in on us while we were there. This location, view and beach are worth it and such a good value! We would go back in a heartbeat! We had a great Spring Break!

Amazing location, awesome property and great hosts (super responsive). We stayed at the property when touring the University of Tampa. We drove to campus for the actual tour but walked to campus (along Bayshore) and other areas throughout our stay. This was the perfect home base to get a feel for the neighborhood. Safe, comfortable and convenient!

Nice spot and had everything we needed. Convenient location to most of Tampa. Decent space, very clean, and responsive hosts. Would stay again.

What a great place! The neighborhood community was very friendly & beautiful. The pool, tennis/pickleball courts and clubhouse were just a quick walk away. Coastal Cottage is convenient to multiple parks, shopping, restaurants, beaches and activities in various nearby by towns including Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and Clearwater. Every detail has been covered to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable - so very comfortable. I particularly loved the back screened porch area for morning coffee and reading as well as the front porch to just sit and enjoy the Florida weather. We couldn't have dreamed nor asked for a better place to spend our time away from the winter up north! Can't wait to come again!

This place was a 15 out of 10! My girlfriend and I were in a pinch trying to find a second place to stay after Hurricane Milton (our home got ruined and we lost all our furniture). These guys responded quickly. The check in was super easy as opposed to most key pads. The outside area is SO CUTE btw. The home was really homey and super clean; it also had EVERYTHING we needed from pots, utensils, W/D, towels, etc. Oh! And the bed was SOOOO comfortable. I even asked where they got the bed hehe 😂🥰 It was 10 extra mins for me to work but that’s alright. But yes, Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay, Claire was responsive to all our needs, made tremendous recommendations and arranged a later check out to accommodate my wife’s needs. The unit is equipped with everything u might need for your stay. Looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended !

We loved our stay! This house is wonderful for quality family time! It’s just a short walk from many restaurants and things to do. The beach access was nice and private which we really appreciated! There were many nice beach chairs and beach towels which was really nice. The half bath in the downstairs storage area was really handy, no need to get your feet all cleaned up and go upstairs to the bathroom if you were hanging out on the beach! We really loved the spacious house. The bathrooms were super nice. The beds were really comfy. Would definitely stay here again! One thing to just be aware of and careful for is the sand on the beach near the house still had debris and glass in it from the hurricane. You just need to watch where you walk. The hot tub and back patio were destroyed in the hurricane as well. But we totally understand it takes time to get this stuff up and running again. Glad to see the area thriving again! We love Madeira beach!

It was a great property. It was nice to have separate spaces on a larger property. Very convenient to our day trips.

We really enjoyed staying for a month in Safety Harbor. The place has everything needed and sitting in the backyard in the sun was like a little oasis. The beds are extremely comfortable and loved that there was a second bathroom. The downtown is vibrant with no shortage of restaurants and coffee shops. We enjoyed our walks to and from as well as in nearby Phillippe Park. We also really enjoyed the pickleball courts which are not far away. Overall a great stay with a great host who was very responsive to our needs.

Wonderful location with beautiful views. The kitchen was well equipped and having access to a beach wagon, towels, chairs and a cooler was very convenient. The beach is just a short walk away and the communal pool was very warm and clean. We enjoyed a very pleasent stay.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! Beautiful home that clearly a lot of thought a car was put into, and it was incredibly clean. Bathrooms were super clean and kitchen was fully stocked with supplies! Ton of space and perfect for 4 people

We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and had everything and more than we needed. Very comfortable and quiet. We were in town for a wedding and it was a perfect , close location to the venue. Easy access and flexible checkin was appreciated.

We have stayed at Airbnbs throughout the world. You know within five minutes in the property whether you are a valued guest or a short term tenant. I knew we would fall into the valued guest category as the communication between us and Gerise, the owner, had been superb to this point. This home is incredible! It was immaculate! It had a warm, welcoming vibe, complete with a written note from Gerise. The home was stocked with everything we needed. The beds, linens and towels were comfy and substantial. There were children’s items and a two car garage containing many beach items and chairs, all in fantastic shape. The location is outstanding, within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Did I mention the beach! It was across the street! We sat on our balcony for sunset every night. And we took many walks on the silky sand beach. This was one of the best AirBnB stay's I have ever had!! The house was immaculate, perfectly located for both baseball games and downtown walkability, and some of the most responsive hosts I have ever had! We had a minor issue with the locks that was fixed very quickly and did not interfere with our stay at all. Added bonus, the hosts are local and we ran into them downtown and got some great recommendations!

Exceeded our expectations in every way, they thought of everything you could possibly need from the fully equipped kitchen, beach gear, extra beach towels, fun family home activities, to a great grilling area! This home is truly beautiful and extremely comfortable, not to mention the daily Dolphin watching that play right outside the dock. The location is gorgeous! There are so many bonus rooms and space in the home that everyone has room to enjoy time together as well as a little privacy time. Diana was great, very responsive, professional, and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Thank you for everything Diana!
