Trebbia : locations de vacances avec piscine

Unsere Freundesgruppe (9 Personen) hat eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Unser Highlight war der Pool, der sehr groß und sauber ist. Rolf und Livia sind sehr sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden immer wiederkommen!

Grandissimo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort in una zona rurale molto tranquilla immersa nella natura. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare i castelli e i borghi del Ducato di Parma e Piacenza. Io ho soggiornato con il mio cane e ci siamo trovate molto bene e in quella zona il cane è accettato ovunque anche dentro i castelli per le visite guidate.

Wer die Ruhe, Natur und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Herrlicher Weitblick, großes Gartenareal mit eigenem Gemüsegarten zum Selbsternten und toller Pool. Die Unterkunft entspricht voll den Beschreibungen und Bildern im Inserat, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Olive Press Lodge - leider zu kurz. Das Anwesen ist so schön und liebevoll gepflegt, wir haben uns jeden Abend gefreut "nach Hause" zu kommen. Wir wurden von Thomas sehr freundlich und offen empfangen und er hatte auch in den kommenden Tagen stets ein offenens Ohr, hatte kostbare Tipps und war hilfbereit - auf eine angenehme, unaufdringliche Weise. Wir haben es geschätzt, dass sie nebenan wohnen, wir fühlten uns zu Hause und Willkommen. Das Haus selber hat alles, was man braucht, man kann sich sofort wohl und angekommen fühlen. Wir hatten auch Regentage und haben es genossen, dass es drin so geräumig und so gemütlich ist. Die Olivenhaine drumherum und der schöne Garten, der, wie alles, liebevoll und bis ins Detail gestaltet und gepflegt ist, runden das Ganze wundervoll ab. Für uns war es rundum perfekt und ich kann jedem diesen wunderbaren Platz nur wärmstens empfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Our stay in this Airbnb was lovely!! The house and garden and the views from the terrace are beautiful, it is quiet and peaceful. A wonderful place to visit the area from, we had a great time with our 2 year old daughter who was able to play in the house and the garden and swim every day in the swimming pool. It is very clean and everything is provided for; from time to time we had a lovely little “chat” (using our hands and feet and what little Italian we know 😋) with the (grand)mother who lives above the appartement. Definitely would recommend this to our family and friends!

La posizione in collina è mozzafiato. La casa offre tutto di cui uno può aver bisogno. Lo stato è romantico ed abbastanza originale (anni '70), pertanto non aspettatevi lusso moderno ma charme e atmosfera. Ripeto: c'è tutto e se mancasse qualcosa, Matteo e Ornella ve lo portano subito. La loro ospitalità non ha limiti.

Ik ben met een vriendin en onze honden hier verbleven, voor de honden was het echt een paradijs. De tuin is omheind en ruim, ook privé. In de omgeving zijn wel wat andere honden, dus kunnen ze met het blaffen wel op elkaar reageren. Vanuit het huis kun je heel veel dorpjes en stadjes bezoeken, ze zijn allemaal super hondvriendelijk hier. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en de ramen hebben een muggenet, wat ik een groot pluspunt vind. De keuken is goed uitgerust en de living is ruim. Wij kwamen voor rust en uitstapjes en dit hebben we zeker gekregen.

In cinquanta minuti da Milano ti trovi in un paradiso: colline, vigneti e casa Percivalle con una splendida piscina solo per voi. Il silenzio regna sovrano, solo i grilli. Ti senti libera e in pace. Tutto pulito, curato. Riccardo e Roberta sono deliziosi, sempre a disposizione e cuochi sopraffini. Consiglio a tutti di scoprire Casa Percivalle. Paola

I had a lovely stay at Cosimo’s apartment. I walked from the train station which was not far, but steep with luggage! Though it was a beautiful private walkway there, and a quick way into town when you don’t have your luggage :) Cosimo was an extremely helpful host. He provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and was very helpful upon checkin, giving me a tour of the building and all of its amenities. Very responsive whenever I had a question as well! If you are looking for an escape amongst the hills of the Italian riviera, this is the place!

Fabrizio provided a perfect stay like a family environment, the house is great, the view is magnificent, a peaceful stay, also wine service and the wine that came again instead of the broken bottle, everything was great.

Appartement idéalement situé à Rapallo, avec une très belle vue sur la baie, à proximité immédiate de la gare, ce qui permet de laisser la voiture sur le parking et de découvrir tranquillement les environs et Gênes en particulier. Proximité également de la jolie vieille ville, du port et des restaurants, tout se fait à pieds. L’appartement est tout à fait fidèle à la description, confortable, fonctionnel et remarquablement propre. L’accueil de Carla est très sympathique, avec une excellente réactivité et tous les conseils utiles. Nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps ! Merci Carla !

Appartement avec jardin, agréable, logement suffisant pour cinq personnes hôte , très gentille et chaleureuse et la gardienne est très aimable super accueil je recommande vivement

L’appartement de Paolo est situé sur les hauteurs de Rapallo: le chemin pour y accéder en voiture est pentu mais une fois trouvé la localisation est parfaite avec une jolie vue sur la mer et un parking fermé. Il y a également un petit chemin piéton principalement composé de marches afin d’accéder plus rapidement à la plage ainsi qu’à la balade du front de mer qui relie au centre-ville (ça monte mais nous avons pu le faire avec deux enfants en bas-âge). L’appartement est très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire, il est encore plus joli que sur les photos! La piscine dans la résidence est grande et très agréable. Nous recommandons ce lieu!

Das Haus des Malers ist ein wunderbarer, persönlicher Ort. Mit grandiosem Ausblick, schönem Garten, individuell eingerichteter Wohnung. Einzig der Verkehr auf der Via Aurelia und die Züge stören ein wenig die ansonsten famose Lage am Golfo Paradiso. Vielen Dank an unsere herzlichen Gastgeber, die einen erfreulichen Sinn für Nachhaltigkeit haben: Wassersprudler, Plastik vermeiden, Heizen mit Pellets, Stromgewinnung per Photovoltaik. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten tolle Tage dort. Das Frühstück und Abendessen in der Casa Turchetti waren großartig! Der Ort ist eine Reise wert, um ein paar Tage Entspannung und Ruhe zu genießen. Immer wieder gerne!

The house was extremely charming, perfect for a big family or, like us, a group of friends. Very spacious with a wonderful kitchen which became one of the centre points where we often came together and socialised. Beautiful views and so so tranquil, we slept so well and woke to peace and beauty. We are all talking about coming back and experiencing this again. The owners were friendly and charming people who made us feel welcome. Overall a wonderful experience and extremely good value for such a property!

Our stay at Palazzo Mariscotti 1886 was very nice. Great views of the surrounding hills and vineyards from the pool area. In my opinion, a car is absolutely necessary. You can reach many good restaurants in 10-30 minutes. Be sure to bring a travel adapter, there aren't many sockets - but that's normal for such an old house. Rooms are very nice, large, with air conditioning (we didn't need it). Kitchen well equipped. You can be in a group of 10 people, enough space available. WLAN and TV are not high speed, but you can still work remotely like in a home office.

Agréable maison idéale pour voyager en groupe car contient plusieurs entrées et espaces de vie. Presque toutes les chambres ont leur propre salle de bain qui sont elles-mêmes très spacieuses. La maison est grande et bien équipée mais elle manquerait un peu d’entretien (casseroles encore grasses, algues dans la piscine, luminaires extérieurs défectueux, parasols en mauvais état). Les moustiques sont très nombreux dans cette région, de sorte qu’il était impossible de passer du temps dehors (même en pleine journée) sans être piqués sans arret. La maison n’étant pas équipée de moustiquaires au moment de notre séjour, durant la nuit il fallait choisir entre laisser les fenêtres ouvertes (être au frais) ou les fermer (avoir chaud) et être tranquille. Sinon, Marion a été très chaleureuse et disponible pour toutes questions.

Belle demeure de style entièrement rénovée et équipée avec 2 cuisine. Le propriétaire Roberto est très sympathique et disponible. La villa isolée est idéalement située dans la région pour visiter les villages alentours jusqu à Milan.

Patrizia and Luca were extremely helpful and welcoming. The villa is in a beautiful location which is very peaceful but just a short distance from the local town. The hosts were very helpful and very quick to answer and resolve any issues we had. Would definitely recommend and return here!
