Most peaceful and beautiful place we've been to in Europe, where we could fully enjoy the serene atmosphere. The view is surreal, it looks like a Windows wallpaper. Our room was very practical as well, since we could live autonomously with the little kitchenette. There is also a fully equipped communal kitchen. Cherry on the cake, Mara and her son Mijo were so kind to us! They didn't hesitate to share useful info and insights about the region. We felt considered! Thank you very much 🙏🏻 we hope to have the chance to come back

We had a great time staying at filip’s place. Its in the middle of a friendly street, and only 15 minutes walk to the center and the walk near the sea is beautiful. There is a beautiful balcony with a great view. And before our stay filip helped us with recommendations, and his father greeted us to the place. We like herceg novi very much and like to stay there.

My daughter and I had an amazing time in Dubrovnik staying at Irena's Happy Home. Everything from arrival to check out was great. Irena arranged for us to be collected from the airport and very kindly let us have an early check in. Irena knows Dubrovnik very well and is passionate about her guests having a great time. We were celebrating my daughters 21st birthday and Irena gave us some fantastic recommendations. Happy Home is in a great location within easy walking distance of the Old Town and the beautiful local beach where the water is crystal clear! Inside the apartment is so clean and well decorated. It is very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly loved the outside space and enjoyed looking for the little turtles in the garden! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are lucky enough to be visiting Dubrovnik! Thank you Irena, you are a fantastic host and we enjoyed our time at Happy Home. We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. Kotor Bay is the place to stay if you don't lik to stay at Busy Old Town. The rising sun and the beauty is fascinating. I used the terrace for Morning Yoga with rising sun on one side coming over across the bay and then the mountains on other side. Teh house has pretty much everything you need for a short stay. Any small thing the owner is more than willing to provide. Property is 20 mins decent and easy walk to Old Town. Supermarket Aroma right at the corner of street. The street is one way, you got to find a parking on First come first serve basis. There is nothing reserved. Its free parking. But the owner is very kind and nice and he pulled his car to make room for ours when the entire slots were gone. Pluck Lemons from his trees and make fresh lemonade. Cats are everywhere so my daughter had lovely playful time making new friends. On the whole 5/5 .

Die Lage der Wohnung mit Postkartenblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang ist großartig! Nach ca. 300 Stufen erreicht man das Meer, wo man meist alleine ist. Katica ist sehr sympathisch, wie eine Mutter und sie gibt wertvolle Tipps. Sie hat uns auch Gebäck und Sherry gebracht. Kaum glaublich im Süden Europas: Es gibt keine bellenden Hunde. Überhaupt ist es sehr ruhig, je nach Wind hört man aber die in der Nähe der Wohnung vorbeiführende Straße. Genau genommen sind es keine zwei getrennten Schlafzimmer. Das zweite Zimmer ist eigentlich ein Wohnzimmer mit zwei Couchen, die zum Bett umfunktioniert werden können. Es ist ein Durchgangszimmer vom Schlafzimmer zum Bad. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Katicas Wohnung buchen.

This is a beautiful beautiful stay! My full family stayed here (8 people including kids) and we all enjoyed our stay. Everything was spotless clean and the house is beautifully furnished and decorated. Sandra is an amazing host, very quick and patient in responding to any questions. The location is very good, near Lapad beach. Need to take a bus to the old town, but this was perfect for us since we enjoyed the beautiful promenade and beach near the stay on the days we didn't go to the old town. I would recommend this place to everyone and we thought it was a steal at the price we got :)

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment von Milica hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Balkon mit dem tollen Ausblick und die neuwertige Terrasse mit großem Garten! Milica ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihr verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Tipps waren hilfreich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen!

Dijana& Mladen's place was in the perfect location, very close to Kotor and another beautiful little towns. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the best was to relax after dark in the terrace the views to the bay from the apartment were incredible. The instructions and responses from our host were always precise and with fast responses and most important very comfortable night sleeps.

Very pleasant stay! The communication was flexible and easy, we especially enjoyed the welcome-coffee :-) Kristina was well informed concerning the weather and helped us a lot to plan the stay. The apartment had its own terrace with a nice view over the town. We felt at home, definitely recommend staying here! :-)

Öncelikle evin içi ve manzarası çok güzeldi. Balkonda bir şeyler içmekten çok keyif aldık. Konum olarak özellikle arabanız varsa güzel bir yerde hem kotor old town’a hem de perast’a gitmek oldukça kolaydı. Irena’nın iletişimi çok iyi ve bu birçok şeyi çok kolaylaştırdı. Bir sorun olduğunda ya da bir şey soracağınız zaman hızlıca iletişim haline geçebiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca gezilecek yerler için de ona danıştık ve bizim için çok faydalı oldu. Yemek konusunda seçici biriyseniz evde birçok mutfak malzemesi mevcut onları kullanabilirsiniz. Sadece eğer 4 kişi gidecekseniz ve hepiniz uzunsanız salondaki koltuklar uyumak için biraz küçük kalabilir. Genel olarak çok güzel bir deneyimdi.

Everything went well and we had a great week at Niko’s place! The pool area was nice and everything was very well taken care of. We can totally recommend!

Een erg fijn verblijf gehad. Een super leuke fijne ruimte, mooie tuin en zwembad om lekker te relaxen. Bij het zwembad ook de mogelijkheid om heerlijke koffie te zetten. Het is rustig en privé. De locatie is ook prettig omdat je makkelijk naar het oude centrum kan lopen en of andere leuke plekken kan bereiken op de voet. Ik zal het zeker aanraden en kijk er naar uit om een x terug te komen😁.

We had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb. The house was stunning, equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. It was an ideal retreat for our family, including our 2 teenagers, who loved the pool and near by beach plus the stunning view of the Adriatic. It was a great base for exploring the local area, not just Dubrovnik but all along the cost or into Bosnia or Montenegro if you dont mind driving. Our hosts, Emily and her husband, were truly exceptional—she went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience, gave excellent advice and even lifts into Dubrovnik too. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting! Thank you Emily and family.

The location is perfect and the unit is perfect, and Hrvoje (Ivona's husband) was unbelievably helpful. He was in contact from well before we arrived, sending us a substantial list of favorite restaurants and other activities well in advance so we could plan and book. The day of, he made sure he knew how we were arriving so he could be maximally helpful and make sure he was here to greet us. When we were here, he told us about special events happening that weekend and left us materials about them. And when we realized that we didn't have swim gear, he lent us some! (And he told us which restaurant delivers poolside ... which we took advantage of!) If we come back to Dubrovnik, this is where we'll stay.

We booked this villa for six guys who were going on a stag in Dubrovnik. I would highly recommend booking this villa if you are looking to explore Dubrovnik. The host, Vesna, and her husband, Vlaho, were very welcoming when we arrived with refreshments and showing us around their villa. Vesna was very helpful with information about getting to Dubrovnik, their favourite restaurants and memorable experiences. Vesna arranged transport from the airport to the villa as well as contacting a pizzeria for us when we were unable to communicate with the pizzeria over the phone. The villa is mesmerising and the surrounding views are a sight to behold. There is a nearby, rocky beach less than 5 minute walk away. The villa is only 13-15 minutes via Uber, which is reasonably priced, to Dubrovnik. I would like to thank Vesna,and Vlaho, for letting us stay at their beautiful villa; as well as all of their help over the weekend we stayed.

We just returned from a 3-week stay at Irena's apartment & have so many things to rave about. First, the space itself: as many have mentioned, the view is spectacular, with a spacious & comfortable balcony AND a smaller front door table & chair set to enjoy it from. We had some unexpected health issues that forced us indoors more than we'd expected & that view, so grand & serene, really saved us during those times. The apartment itself was perfect for my husband and I. It's maintained in pristine condition, had everything we needed, and is incredibly cozy and comfortable (OMG, that bed and that leather sofa--SO comfortable!), and having rented a car, I can tell you, having free parking included was invaluable. Lastly, we have met many hosts over the years, but Irena is in a class by herself. Never have we met anyone so warm, accommodating, responsive, and helpful. She was our local angel and just so incredibly kind. If there is an Airbnb Hall of Fame she should definitely be in it!

Great location—right on the water with a private pier and amazing views. The house is renovated, with AC/heating, a proper kitchen, and bathrooms. No moisture issues, which is rare for a waterside home. However, some furniture feels mismatched, like it was brought in from elsewhere, and there are strange design choices—why six TVs? The place lacks some upkeep: the couch and outdoor cushions are worn out, and the umbrella needs replacing. Might be due to off peak season as we stayed early-Apr. The house is built from slate stone, which crumbles on its own. This leaves small stone flakes all over the floors (yes, even in beds). You can hear them hit the wooden floor at night—some pieces are nearly an inch big. Also, the house is a bit dark due to small windows—not a flaw, just something to know if you love natural light. Despite everything, we extended our stay from 3 nights to 6—it’s still much better than most of the places in the area. The host is very friendly and responsive.

John's villa is beautiful. The views are stunning. The units are well equipped (both with washers and one with a combo washer/dryer). John prepared a delicious meal for us one night, with Sea Bream, Sea Bass and his world-famous spaghetti with lobster. We had two children, ages four and eleven in our group and they especially enjoyed the pool, even in late September. A highlight was swimming with the grandkids at the villa after returning from a full-day outing (Dubrovnik, Elaphiti Island Boat Trip and a journey by our van into Montenegro). The beaches are beautiful, but quite a journey to them, which given our time at the villa, was not as much of a plus, as I had imagined. The pizza restaurant and local market are extremely walkable (uphill), but everything else needs to be driven to. There are a lot of hills, but this is part of the beauty of this coastline! John is a very connected, responsive, kind, and helpful host. He will help with all sorts of arrangements.

Me and my 70year old mum had a great week at Markos house. The way is directly by the sea and you have to step over some rocks and might get wet if it's too windy.Also there are many stairs if you want to go to the store so you gotta be quite fit. Just be prepared for an adventure. If you're there, its beautiful! If it's not too windy you can easily swim directly in front of the house,the water is clear and you can watch the stars at night and listen to only the waves and nature,really peaceful. I've stayed at many airbnbs before and met many nice hosts but I have to say Marko was just perfect.He picked us up at the airport by car and got us and our luggage to the house by boat.Went grocery shopping for us 2 times.Picked us up at the middle of the beach and got us home when we got lost on our way back on our first evening.Always easy to reach.Always really nice.He really did everything to make it as beautiful as possible for us.Thank you so much, Marko! It was a great experience! :)

Villa Dobrasin var over all forventning. Skinnende rent overalt. Vi kom ned svært sent (rundt midnatt) og Diana ønsket oss velkommen med ost, skinke,kake brød og vin. Vi var 9 personer ( 3 generasjoner) og hadde et fantastisk opphold her. Godt med egne soverom og tilhørende bad til voksne og barn. Felles oppholdsrom, kjøkken og utvendig spiseplass ble satt stor pris på. Selv om det var litt sent på høsten ble basseng og solsenger tatt i bruk. Avstanden ned til Cavtat aentrum med badestrender, strandpromenaden og mange restauranter var helt uproblematisk. Kort spasertur ned og opp eventuelt med buss eller uber opp igjen. Dagligvare 90 meter unna. Anbefales på det sterkeste for grupper på opptil 14 personer.
