Trecate : locations de maisons de vacances

Marco is the ultimate host. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. The apartement has been tastefully renovated and is very spacious! Marco not only handled every request we had he did all with cordial and prompt action. The only downside is the area. Although it is close to a metro it is not an area where you can find a restaurant or walk around in. It is necessary to take the metro to other stops to find restaurants. Although they are only 2 to 3 stops away it is an inconvenience. In all-the property is a hidden jewel in a questionable location!

Logement très propre.Endroit calme. Parking juste à côté. La piscine et le spa sont un plus ainsi que le jardin. Bonne communication avec Flávio et son épouse

Super séjour en Italie. Logement très fonctionnel, idéalement placé proche du lac majeur et de toute commodité. La piscine est agréable également. Même si cela ne nous a pas dérangé il faut quand même signaler que la maison est très proche d’une ligne de train et de l’aéroport et juste à côté du route ce qui rend l’extérieur bruyant.

We had a great stay with friends in this magnificent villa located next to the lake and with a beautiful view of the mountain. There are plenty of activities to do, good restaurants and Mrs. Kristina, a very nice personnes, advised us on restaurants and activities to do and I thank her and with the swimming pool it was incredible. Overall, I recommend this villa to family or friends.

Our stay in this Airbnb was lovely!! The house and garden and the views from the terrace are beautiful, it is quiet and peaceful. A wonderful place to visit the area from, we had a great time with our 2 year old daughter who was able to play in the house and the garden and swim every day in the swimming pool. It is very clean and everything is provided for; from time to time we had a lovely little “chat” (using our hands and feet and what little Italian we know 😋) with the (grand)mother who lives above the appartement. Definitely would recommend this to our family and friends!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Appartement ist zweigeteilt wodurch es zwei Badezimmer und Aufenthaltsbereiche gibt in denen man sich aufhalten kann. Es war angenehm ruhig und der See mit Blick auf die Insel in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es gibt ein Kanu mit drei Sitzen das ihr ausleihen könnt, macht davon unbedingt gebrauch!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus. Alles wie auf den Bildern , Pool war auch super , Grill war vorhanden , genug Platz zum parken. Andrea war sehr freundlich die Kommunikation war hervorragend und ansonsten sind wir auch sehe zufrieden gewesen .

Sono stato accolto dalla sig.ra Luisa che mi ha accompagnato all'appartamento che ho trovato pulito e ben riscaldato, oltrechè completo di tutto l'occorrente. Il locale è molto grazioso, vicino alla stazione ma silenzioso e molto accogliente. Questo autunno in occasione del prossimo soggiorno a Somma Lombardo ci tornerò sicuramente. Sans doute le meilleur Airbnb que j’ai fait. La maison est très belle, elle a tout ce dont on a besoin. Silvana et son mari sont très très sympathiques et serviables. Ils ont laissé une bouteille de prosecco et des gâteaux avec un joli mot pour l’anniversaire de mon mari. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Silvana, après une très mauvaise expérience dans un autre Airbnb. Merci beaucoup à Silvana et son mari pour l’accueil, même mes enfants se sont senti comme chez papy et mamie! ❤️

Consiglio vivamente questa fantastica casa, il proprietario ovvero Andrea, é molto cordiale e disponibile. L’alloggio è molto pulito con un ampio giardino. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Permanenza di un mese super-approvata. Appartamento chiaramente ristrutturato da poco, pulito, con tutto il necessario, in zona tranquilla e vicina al centro storico a piedi e con i mezzi pubblici. Supermercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Host e collabooratori dell'host pieni di gentilezza e informazioni.

Great stay, handy location for the metro to go in to Milan. Spacious accommodation and had everything we needed, incredibly well stocked kitchen and also lovely welcome package of essential food which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.

La casa di Filippo era perfetta! Pulita, accogliente e in una posizione fantastica. Filippo e la famiglia sono stati molto disponibili e ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Sicuramente torneremo.

Notre fils de 2 ans et demi ne cesse de nous dire qu’il souhaite retourner chez Lilla Pour nous aussi ce fut une belle rencontre; d’âme(s). Comme un retour aux sources, chez les grands parents, la famille , la terre. Lilla, Ugo et toute leur famille sont de formidables personnes et le logement était si paisible ; propice a un agréable séjour. Un grand merci à vous . Nous vous attendons pour le café en Suisse. Nausica est une hôtesse amicale, chaleureuse, très réactive et arrangeante (elle a trouvé une solution pour notre arrivée de nuit). Elle est aussi disponible par téléphone, quasiment tout le temps. Ce qui est rassurant pour des voyageurs qui peuvent faire appel à elle au moindre souci ou à la moindre question ou demande de conseil. La location est très agréable, propore, bien équipée (peut-être prévoir une cafetière plus grande que la cafetière à moka, pour les non-italiens ;)), bien située (bus et métro non loin) dans un quartier calme et l'accès à Milan-centre se fait rapidement. Notre séjour en famille s'est très bien déroulé. Au vu de tous ces éléments, vous comprendrez que nous recommandons cette location.

Tout est positif, l’accueil, la relation avec les hôtes, la disponibilité, la gentillesse. Et pour la maison, rien à dire, tout était bien. Lieu, tranquillité, propreté, espace, si nous retournons dans la région, nous ne choisirons pas un autre établissement. Merci pour tout ! Patrice et toute la famille.

the stay was very good. the place was excellent. Carla was very polite and helpfull, we had a great welcome. The house is next to a road so you can hear some cars driving. Other than that the stay was excellent.

Même si nous sommes restés qu’une seule nuit, c’était très agréable de séjourner chez Marco et Simona. Ils nous ont accueillis tardivement et ont été très chaleureux. La communication avec les hôtes a été très simple. Le logement correspond tout à fait à la description. Tout était très propre, la literie était bonne. Nous avons apprécié la place de parking privé, le calme de l’endroit et l’espace dans le logement. Je recommande vraiment.

I stayed with my family in Giulio’s house and definitely it is the best airbnb experience that I had so far. The place is CLEAN with everything provided by the host (towels, etc), private, and you have a lot of space with a garden where children can play. I recommend anyone that would like to feel at home near Milan airport (Malpensa) to get there.

Casa muy amplia, limpia y muy cómoda. Ambiente muy tranquilo y relajado. Ideal para descansar y visitar la zona lejos del bullicio turístico.

L’hôte a été très réactive à nos demandes et de bon conseil! Le logement était très propre!

Simone è disponibile e gentile, pronto a rispondere ad ogni dubbio esigenza. L’appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione e ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo. Se non si ha problemi con i parcheggi, c’è la possibilità di lasciare la macchina davanti alla porta di casa. Mi sento di consigliare assolutamente sia la casa e l’host! :)
