The furnitures, interiors, and design were not like other Airbnbs, you can say that it’s carefully thought for and picked—it exceeded our expectations. The room is well-maintained and clean as well. Janelle was very accommodating! One of the best accommodations I have ever had when visiting Manila from Iloilo. I can't wait to come back and recommend her place to my colleagues. The place was really clean and smells so good. It's near fast food chains like McDonald's, Jollibee, Starbucks, Dunkin, 7 Eleven and etc. if you want a quick bite during wee hours. They are just a few walks away and visible from the room's window. The area is also easy to locate and the neighborhood is very nice with the right amount of peace and quite. If you're looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend Janelle's place! Thank you so much!

I recommend this place especially if you’re going to an event at SM Southmall. It’s very convenient. But even if you’re just looking for a place to relax, this unit is a great choice. It really lives up to its name, cozy in every sense. 🙂 Ms. Beverly was a great host. She gave clear instructions from check-in to check-out, which made everything easy. The place was clean and had everything we needed. ☺️

My entire stay was awesome. The unit is elegantly designed. Everything is well maintained, clean, and feels brand new. The wifi is fast and reliable too. The building is relatively new as well, with hotel-like lobby, pool, and amenities. I can say that this listing is well worth it.

Our overall experience is absolutely great! The owner is very kind and friendly. The unit is very clean and even the caretaker, Ate Caine is very accommodating and jolly. Irenes Place is perfectly situated just across a massive mall that offers anything one could ask for. It’s very close to all the business in Alabang. I stayed at the place for 1 month and have not gotten any bored, views are amazing and it’s fancy design makes for a amazing stay. The condo offers anything you need for a daily life and if anything, I found Irene is super responsive and able to give great tips. 10/10 would recommend and very likely I will be back.

We had a great stay at Shiraz Twin Lakes Tagaytay! The location was very convenient, being near our retreat venue and close to many restaurants. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The host was also very responsive, making the check-in and stay hassle-free. Overall, a great choice for a peaceful getaway in Tagaytay!

Had a very short stay yet equally amazing and fantastic , complimented by the warmth of the host and the care takers. Wished to have another night but failed to reserve it ahead.
