Excellent large property, secure gates and great location (walking distance to the shopping centre and amenities.) We would stay again.

The property has stunning views that were truly exceptional. It provided a tranquil home away from, which was exactly what we were for. During our stay in Jamaica, we chose to rent a car; however, for people who may not feel comfortable navigating a foreign country, taxi fares can be high. Murine, the house manager, was outstanding and treated us like family. Hector, the groundskeeper, was also very kind. Although we arrived late at 7 PM, Murine was there to welcome us at the gate, give us a tour, and clarify how everything worked. The kitchen is equipped with nearly everything one might need for cooking, and there is a coal grill situated by the fire pit. The pool is large, and the hot tub nice at night. We are looking forward to returning next year! As For supermarkets, HiLo supermarket offers the best prices, while Progressive Foods has a better selection, both have parking and easy access to other nearby shops. Raheem, thanks again you for making us feel at home.

Mr. Jacin & Ms. Kimberly were the perfect host!!!! Their communication was superb. Their place was immaculate. The views simply breathtaking. I was able to have the jacuzzi all to myself as no other guest were booked. It was a perfect private getaway, which was much needed. My only issue was the Wi-Fi and Miss Kimberly worked hard to get it up and running. However it wasn’t able to work. I had to use it on the balcony which I was ok with. Gave me more time to absorb the scenery. I definitely would recommend. The local shop was just down the road which provided me with local items. I had a great time!!! Can’t wait to see his other properties when I visit in April….

Repeat guest group & it was great The house setup allowed for some persons to be working while others relaxed. Kitchen was even better than we remembered & great for pizza making. Being in walking distance of gym and pool was fantastic. The group will definitely be back and for a longer stay next time.

Antoinette’s home has the wow factor! First of all it’s beautifully decorated, the beds are so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are so bright and spacious too. You must try her cosmetics she has made, they smell amazing and are so good we will be ordering some. The property has the most amazing outside spaces like the outdoor gazebo makes you feel so zen and you get a view of the all the nature. Antoinette clearly knows how to make a house a home as she filled it with all these amazing snacks, and it had everything you needed to self cater. She was really responsive to questions and sorted us out with the best local driver Ajani. He picked us up from the airport and drove us around Brownstown. He is also a really talented chef and made us amazing food. It was hard to leave we would love to come back, the local town has so much character! Thank you for giving us such a special stay and welcome to Jamaica. 🇯🇲

Bridgette responded fast anytime I had a question the house keeper also was real helpful we rented out the whole unit for 11 people and didn’t feel cluttered at all the location of the Airbnb is perfect not to far from food places and the real local areas I will book with Bridgette again in the future

Ezekiel’s place was just as described and even though we only stayed one night , my only regret was not getting in the jacuzzi . Each room was clean and the Ac and fans worked wonderfully !

We had an amazing stay at Chris’s Airbnb! The space was absolutely beautiful—open, airy, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The indoor/outdoor space is perfect for large families or groups. One of the highlights of our trip was having a chef come in to cook; it turned out to be our favorite meal of the entire stay! We were set up with a driver that was able to get us where we needed pretty much the duration of our stay. Very convenient. Chris was incredibly helpful and attentive to all of our needs, making sure everything went smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

Ann Marie, the chef and housekeeper is the heart of TIKAL—kind, attentive, and made our stay effortless. The villa was even better than described. loved Nais place. I mainly booked this home for the outdoor space, and it did not disappoint. the house is fully stocked, we were able to cook big family meals with enough dishes and utensils for every one. Micheal was also a great part of our stay. he was very helpful and responsive when we needed anything. he even came and chilled with us throughout our stay. a 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

Staff: Davion, George, and Maureen were outstanding—welcoming, attentive, and professional. George always had meals perfectly timed and prepared, and handled all the planning and shopping with professional and ease. Davion was the epitome of Jamaican hospitality—warm, fun, and friendly. Maureen kept everything spotless and ready at all times. Location: The villa isn’t walkable to nearby spots, so plan to rent a car or hire a driver. We used their recommended service and had Carl, who was excellent—professional, punctual, kind, and patient. Villa: All rooms were comfortable and included en-suite bathrooms. I traveled with my 2- and 3-year-old kids, for them the property requires constant supervision with little ones due to multiple stairs, hard tile floors, open balcony railings, and a pool overhang that isn’t child-safe. They provided a pack n play which was very convenient. This house is perfect if you are traveling with older children/teens, so much to do.

If you’re looking for a place that’s conveniently located near everything in Montego Bay Vinroy’s listing is it. The place was spotless with updated appliances for the ones who like to cook when they’re away. The pictures do not justice for how nice the place was. The host was very prompt with their response, they even helped with my birthday decor. I will definitely stay here again.

Private spacious, quiet, intimate, family, friendly neighbors was really nice. Sunsets was beautiful and much more security was very good.

The pictures do this home no justice! This home is immaculate!!! Sheri, the host, was very prompt with responding to any questions and requests that we had prior to our arrival. The staff treated us like family, all of our needs were addressed promptly, and everyone went over and beyond to make sure that our stay was a memorable one. The home is also conveniently located to all excursions, restaurants and nightlife. Special thanks to Shain and Smiley for keeping us safe at all times and showing us around Montego Bay, and Crystal and Dee for their warm welcomes and attentiveness. I can’t leave out the fact that the best meals We’ve ever had were prepared by the onsite staff. We will most definitely be returning to this villa for all our future stays in Montego Bay!!! First off let me just say, WOW! The home is stunning! Its own private tropical oasis. Chef Claudine and Miss Rose were so incredible. The food was 10/10!!! We did mostly all tradicional Jamaican cuisine. The rooms cleaned up daily and towels replaced. My absolute favorite part is the hot tub!!! Spent every night in there and I fell in love!!!! Our driver Fabian is precious. Took us to all the best local places to enjoy and adventure. Thank you Host Nicola. It was a pleasure staying at this place. Just Book it.
