I absolutely loved my stay at Raquel and Stephanie’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at the door and given a full tour of the building. The space was beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained, and the view from the pool was simply breathtaking! This was truly a 10/10 experience—highly recommend, and I will definitely be visiting again!

Doreen went out of her way to make sure we could find the location easily, she came to show me the place around, the place was beautiful, the cleanest apartment and pool I’ve seen in many years traveling to Jamaica! The view is breathtaking, even better than the photos!! Can’t wait to come back :)

This place was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Sue was very communicative and was very helpful/responsive. The place is in a good location, as it is right next to the airport and the strip. The laundry smelled amazing and I'd seriously like to know the detergent they use. :) I'd stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! Shana was hands down the best host I’ve ever had—she was so friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our trip special. She even arranged transportation to and from the airport and had a birthday cake made for me, which was such a sweet surprise! The house was super clean and well maintained, and the neighborhood is peaceful and secure. I really appreciated that it’s a gated community, which made us feel extra safe. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back! Look No Further This is the best place to book !

Our stay at the Spring Garden Mobay Resort was amazing. Melds hospitality was great, we felt safe and the location of the airbnb was perfect! The airbnb itself was huge and the rooms met all our expectations. My toddler enjoyed the pool and we were grateful for the washer and dryer in the laundry room. The kitchen area was a plus, as we made breakfast some mornings, as well as prepared lunch for our little one. Everything we needed was there (e.g. pots, containers, glasses, plates etc). All in all, an 11 of 10 experience and stay. We will definitely stay at the Spring Garden Mobay Resort if we visit Jamaica again.

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Doneita's was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to Dunn River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Ocho Rios Market, and several other things to do. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. Don’t hesitate to book ! Great private neighborhood, clean modern space, very responsive and patient host and co host. They also recommended restaurants, activities and a driver. This is my first air b n b experience, I’m normally a resort person and it won’t be my last. I will definitely book again. When I first booked this place over two months in advance, I heard from Jason within a day or so of booking. We spoke briefly through WhatsApp, and he let me know he'd be in touch in the future. Jason contacted me again prior to the trip and asked if there was anything specifically I needed for him to do. I did ask that all the windows and doors be closed, and this is when he informed me that the place had window mesh, or what we call window screens. He even mentioned that the doors had screens as well, which is great for keep bugs out. When we arrived, he left the key for us, but I'm going to mention this here that he has a lockbox listed, but there is not one on the property. I think a lockbox would be much easier and safer for both Jason as well as any guests arriving in the future when leaving keys. We were in a rush to go out and get food, so we quickly looked over the place and left our belongings, and we didn't come back until the evening, which is when we were able to observe everything, and I always take pictures of places I'm staying at. I mentioned a few issues to him, just to make sure this wasn't blamed on myself or my brother after our stay. The only issues that really bothered me was the fact that there was an ant infestation in the hall bathroom. We did use Raid on the problem 3 or 4 times before they finally went away completely, but that took about two weeks to become successful. Honestly, I was surprised to see that there were a bunch of dead ants in the tub as if no one had cleaned the tub prior to us coming, so we had to clean it multiple times because ants were constantly being killed in there. The only real issue I had with the place personally was the air conditioning. I picked the room that had the bathroom, and the AC wouldn't turn on at all because of an error code. Jason had someone come and fix it within two days, but just about a week later it started dripping water to the point where it soaked the dresser and floor, so he had to call out the AC Tech again, and the tech kept putting us off. The tech literally took 1 week and 5 days to finally come out and fix the issue. Jason is a saint because I can't imagine being this patient with someone who was so irresponsible and wouldn't even keep his appointments much more answer the phone or text messages! This also was an issue for me because the room gets extremely hot in the daytime, and even though I would only run the AC in brief periods, I wasn't able to run it more than 15 minutes at a time before it began leaking. The things I enjoyed about this place was the location. It's very close to Falmouth, there is shopping and gas close by, and the security is so strict that you better have your papers in place, or you may not be able to get into the complex. Many people talk about the safety issues in Jamaica, but this is not a problem for me, and staying here made me feel even more safe than I normally do. The place has grills on the front and back doors and all windows, which may seem like overkill, but it definitely gives you a safe feeling as well. There is parking in front of the home, but a vehicle that was previously parked there was taking up one side, but we were able to use the other side to park when we rented a car. The AC in the hallway would quickly cool the living room, so we didn't have to run it very long to keep it cool. Another amazing thing about this home are the fans! The fans are so powerful it's like having a helicopter over your head, and I can't say you can go completely without the AC, but the fans definitely makes it less necessary to run the AC for long periods of time. There are two fans in the living room that are fantastic, and even the small standing fan that's mounted to the wall can help to keep you cool if you sit on the largest couch. The fan in my room would help to keep me cool and even allow me to sleep through the hot morning because it was so powerful. I also love that he has chosen to put such large TVs in each bedroom. I'm used to my 55 inch TV at home, and I even shipped one out to make sure I would have one to use in my room, but I didn't need it because the 50-inch TV that's mounted high on the wall in each room is perfect with great picture as well as excellent Wi-Fi, and both are smart TVs. There is even a cable box in each room as well as the living room, which allows for you to watch many channels. I did bring my own Roku and media player, so I didn't use the cable box, but it's nice having this provided for us. The living room entertainment system is really loud, and there is even additional speakers if you want to play music, but I kept it quiet as I'm mindful of the neighbors. The kitchen was great as well. I really loathe gas stoves, but I was easily able to use this one. It's a new stove and very clean, and when I finally learned how to bake in it, I was able to crank out some wonderful treats for Christmas. Absolutely my favorite house to stay at in Silver Sand strictly because of the house keeper Ms. Dawn. She is an amazing cook and even better person always smiling, definitely will be returning soon

I’ve been a part of Airbnb for many years and am a host myself, and this was by far the BEST Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. From the moment you book with Rohan, you can tell you’re in good hands. The glowing reviews gave me peace of mind, but upon arrival, my expectations were exceeded. The place is absolutely spotless, not a speck of dirt in sight. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with everything you might need, whether you’re staying short or long term. Yes, the hill leading to the property is steep and might seem intimidating at first, but we walked it every day without a problem. The pool was nice and I have to give a special shoutout to Mrs. Chen at the restaurant downstairs—she’s an angel! Be sure to try her curry chicken and tell her Porshia sent you. If this place is available for your travel dates, don’t hesitate BOOK IT!

Matthew accommodated me and my friends on a last minute trip and I really appreciated that. He was also very easy to work with. He was responsive from the beginning and very helpful throughout the stay. The house is very easy to find, about 15-20mins outside of Montego Bay. If you enjoy nature then this is a great spot to visit for a few days. The river is easily accessible and if you’re not into that, you have a great sized and clean pool to swim in. I plan on going back soon with my friends again, hopefully stay a bit longer this time.

Adrian was a very welcoming host. Adrian coordinated with the housekeeper to show me the apartment features and I appreciate the added care. 5 minute walk to a great taxi pickup area, and indrive (MBJ version of uber/lyft) can find this place easy. I would want to stay here again or even at another of Adrian's properties. this is the kind of host I love. Thank you!

I stayed at this beautiful villa It was clean and spacious had quite a few necessities right there that made me feel like I was returning home. I will definitely be returning soon.

My stay was good, peaceful and enjoyable. Only issue the gate takes a while to close after entering or exiting. Overall would recommend to a friend.

Shadine was quick to respond to any inquires we had. She welcomed us when we pulled in and gave us a tour of the space. Her and her family were very hospitable.
